This is why Meta has resorted to take drastic measures to counter any such attempts from cyber criminals that are constantly looking for a way to entrap youngsters and earn some quick bucks by hacking their account.

The company is going to roll out new privacy updates for teenagers on Facebook and Instagram so any individual that who has signed up on Facebook under age 16, or under age 18 in some countries, will be automatically placed in more private settings.

Meta has clarified on the issue on its official blogspot and all other social media platforms so that the message reaches to all sundry and everyone is alerted to the news, especially its target audience.

Fake accounts constantly DM (direct message) on the pretext of a new scheme or offer to earn money that many teenagers fall prey to, which is why Meta is testing certain methods so that teenagers are warned and prevented from messaging back to suspicious accounts they’re not connected to.

With this new method, no platform will display them in the ‘People You May Know’ recommendations, which was incidentally a way to connect with friends or make potential new ones.

In addition, Meta is also creating a number of tools for teenagers so that the company is immediately notified if they’re feeling any discomfort while using any applications, whilst developing some more tools to prevent self-generate photographs of intimacy from spreading online.

The Infinix Hot 20 5G series has been hyped by Infinix for the past few days, and it will soon be available in India. The brand has officially confirmed that the Infinix Hot 20 5G series will debut on December 1 this year in the Indian market. The first 5G device in the Hot line from Infinix will be the Hot 20 5G. Infinix is also expected to launch the Infinix Hot 20 Play alongside the Hot 20 5G in the country. 

The launch date for the Infinix Hot 20 5G series was announced on Infinix’s social media. The company has also declared that Flipkart will be the only retailer in the nation where the next Hot 20 5G series smartphones will be offered. For those who are unaware, Flipkart is the only retailer that sells Infinix smartphones in India, and the next device won’t be an exception.

The Infinix Hot 20 5G debuted internationally in October and is currently offered in a few markets. The company’s first Hot series device to support 5G is the Hot 20 5G. According to Infinix, the Hot 20 5G will support 12 5G bands making it one of the most affordable 5G-capable smartphones in India.

The Hot 20 5G features a 6.6-inch diagonal, 120Hz refresh rate IPS LCD display panel with Full HD+ quality and a 240Hz touch sampling rate. It boasts a 1900:1 contrast ratio and includes a waterdrop notch to accommodate the selfie camera.

The Hot 20 5G’s internal hardware includes an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 810 CPU. An integrated Mali G57 GPU, 4GB of RAM, and 128GB of onboard storage are all included with the Dimensity 810. The smartphone includes a microSD card slot and is 3 GB virtual RAM compatible. It has XOS 10.6, which is based on Android 12, pre-installed.

A 5000mAh battery and 18 W (7.5 V/2.4 A) quick charging capability are included with the Hot 20 5G. A 50MP Samsung JN1 sensor and a 2MP secondary sensor are used in the smartphone’s dual-rear camera arrangement. Camera capabilities such as Super Night Mode, Portrait Mode, and Eye Tracking Mode are supported. It has an 8-megapixel camera for selfies and video calls.

Three colour options are available for the Infinix Hot 20 5G: Space Blue, Blaster Green, and Racing Black. Its dimensions are 166.25 x 76.45 x 8.93 mm, and its weight is 204 g. It provides a side-mounted fingerprint scanner for security that is built into the power button. The 4GB + 128GB option of the smartphone costs €179, or roughly Rs 14,000, thus it might cost that much in India.

Another phone that is making waves in the smartphone market is the Hot 20 Play, which is expected to be released a week after the HOT 20 5G. The specifications of the phone are already displayed on Infinix’s official website. The HOT 20 Play is speculated to be priced around Rs. 11,000 for the Indian markets and will be available at Flipkart. 

The LCD on the Infinix Hot 20 Play has a height of 6.82 inches. On the back of the Infinix Hot 20 Play, the company Infinix sports a 13-megapixel wide-angle main lens. This single-camera configuration has various features, including Touch to Focus, Face Detection, Exposure Compensation, and ISO Control. On the front, users may also access an 8MP camera.

The LPDDR4X type of 4 GB of RAM is offered by the Infinix Hot 20 Play. A MediaTek Helio G37 CPU and a PowerVR GE8320 GPU for graphics and games are also included. The smartphone also has an Octa-core CPU put within it to boost performance. The Infinix Hot 20 Play’s Li-Polymer cell is supported by an 18-watt charging system. The 6000 mAh battery is also non-removable.

Coming to camera, it is speculated to have the new Vivo V2 ISP, although the company has refused to divulge anything regarding the spec sheets of the device, while its media invite calls it the ‘king of gaming smartphones’.

The company has confirmed that the handset will have a powerful hardware but will not be in the category of Black Shark series or ROG phone, but will resemble a normal premium smartphone model with upgraded hardware.

Following the termination of nearly 3,700 employees in the first week of November 2022, Musk immediately issued an ultimatum via email to all the remaining ones where, apart from informing them of the layoffs, asked them to pull up their socks and start working for 40 hours a week to remain employed.

It is clear that the layoffs have been done at a global scale due to which many of them started protesting on social media, where the news spread like wildfire, resulting in people cursing and abusing Musk for taking such a decision.

However, Musk stood firm on his ground citing that the termination was necessary as the company needed to cut down their costs and improve financial condition as revenues from ad business had plummeted drastically.

As if this wasn’t enough, Musk has also fired those who have voiced their opposing opinions to the layoffs as a Twitter engineer was fired some days back for fact checking claims about the app running slowly, including 20 others who let Musk know about their thoughts on the matter on internal platforms like Slack.

The past few months have been quite rough for the employees of the aforementioned companies as many of them have been shown the door, but objectively speaking, it is their own incompetence and laziness that is to blame for such a thing happening to them.

If the latest reports are anything to go by, it seems that Google is going for a performance evaluation and review for which it is conducting a new ranking and improvement plant where its employees can work on their performance and improve them significantly.

However, the main purpose of this performance management system is to weed out employees that are no good and underperforming as the company has to bear the brunt of their worthlessness.

Alphabet is the parental company of Google that hasn’t yet confirmed the news of any layoffs as yet but CEO Sunder Pichai had hinted that this would happen around mid-2022, as present day events too are pointing towards the same.

Pichai had recently clarified in an LA Code Conference that the increase in employee count had gradually slowed down the company’s growth for which he had planned to improve things so as to make the organization increase its productivity by at least 20%.

The model has already been speculated about so much that by now we pretty much have a decent idea of how the upcoming Apple device is going to be. The latest leak to join the series of rumours is that the next generation iPhone is most likely to adopt the iPhone 5C design and go with a curved side frame back panel. It is also been speculated that the brand might use titanium for the body of the iPhone 15 instead of stainless steel. Reliable tech tipsters ShrimpApplePro was the first person on Twitter to suggest that the Cupertino giant is planning to adopt a curved side frame back panel for the next-gen iPhone instead of options such as the flat back panel we have seen in iPhone 12.

Tech enthusiast and leakster ShrimpApplePro tweeted the leak on the official handle @VNchocoTaco and wrote, “So the new iPhone 15, from the early information that I have, the iPhone 15 will feature a new border design. The back edge corner (as pointed out in the images) will be rounded and not square anymore. The material also will be titanium. Still very early to take it as it is.” Adding more speculations about its similarity to 5C, ShrimpApplePro also tweeted, “So like the 5C? Idk. Will keep looking into it.” ShrimpApplePro also posted a few renders of the devices, however, nothing can be said with utmost confirmation at the moment.

Although it is still only a leak or rumour and nothing can be said with utmost certainty, the similarity with the curved edges of the iPhone 5C for the next model should be a surprise for those who haave been following the brand for some time. Apple has been hinting at this as the MacBook Pro and old-gen iPhone also was launched with the same design fundamentals.

One of the best examples of this is the decade-old iPhone 5C, which was launched with a curved back and a flat display. If indeed the leak is accurate, then those waiting for the next generation iPhone should expect the brand to page out of its old playbook while making the device a lot more premium.

After dealing with years of rumours and speculations about the development of this project, fans could finally take a sigh of relief when Marvel’s Thunderbolts was officially confirmed. However, an official confirmation didn’t mean that the wave of speculations died down because as far as we can tell, things around the project are still not clear. So, we are bringing to you everything that we know about one of the most hotly anticipated MCU movies, Thunderbolts and its cast, trailer, and release date among other details.

The official word on the project was revealed during the recently concluded San Diego Comic-Con 2022. The President of Marvel Studios, Kevin Feige disclosed the schedule of the Marvel Cinematic Universe for the next few years, which has a complete slate of movies and series lined up for the fans. It includes projects for the rest of Phase 4 and the upcoming Phase 5. While every other show and movie was announced, the anti-hero team of the Thunderbolts Phase 5 was confirmed, along with the plan of their own movie in 2024.

As per the confirmation during San Diego Comic-Con 2022, Marvel’s Thunderbolts is slated for a July 26th, 2024 premiere. The plan also discloses that the movie will hit the streaming platform, Disney Plus after 45 days of theatrical release.

Another latest official word on the project came from David Harbour. The Stranger Things star plays Red Guardian, a character that made MCU debut with Black Widow in 2021. Harbour, while speaking to one of the media personnel, said,  “It’s really cool. We introduce a thing that’s super cool. It’s vital. I’m psyched that Julia Louis Dreyfus’ character is going to be, in a bigger way, explored. One of the things you’ll probably know is that me and Florence dynamic will be in there and explored in a way that’s really cool.”

Thunderbolts

While giving more insight into the cast of Thunderbold, Harbour further said, “all these guys, Sebastian’s character, Wyatt’s character, I just love this mercenary element in the MCU. MCU has always been sort of elevated in a certain way. Captain America, even Iron Man, although he has egos, is always in it for the right reasons or ultimately does the right thing. And I like these guys who are a bunch of losers or a bunch of guys who can’t quite get it right. And so far what they’ve pitched me just feels really cool.”

As for the cast, Marvel fans will be excited to know that a lot of their favourite characters will mark a return with Thunderbolts. While not the entire list of the cast is out yet, below are some of the characters that are confirmed as of now:

We have always sensed another business war between X box and PlayStation; However, the news making headlines this time doesn’t hint at any sort of rivalry. This Microsoft-powered device, loved by many, has come up with some new updates that will certainly make avid video game players excited especially when it has rolled out official support to Discord, Lightstream, and Streamlabs. We are already on the highways in technology advancements, oh boy! Xbox announcing and insinuating a lot of upgrades in the device is undulating our bodies with joy. In a very informative blog post, Xbox went rogue and rolled out a listicle mentioning what all Xbox is coming with to enhance users’ experience. Xbox mentioned that it will now officially be providing support to Discord, Adding to it, Xbox confirmed its well-equipped system that will further provide streaming support to Streamlabs and Lightstream, along with this it has also rolled out the assistance to a new Capture app, and set of other features.

If you are fond of video games and are obsessed with being updated with the news around them, then you know that Xbox officially providing support to Discord is the best news of all as now this can enable the game streamers to join or create voice channels directly through their console. To spread the news to the world about the November updates the company wrote “Starting today, we’ve made it even easier to chat with Discord friends across mobile, console, and PC. When your Discord account is linked to Xbox, you can now join voice channels from your Discord servers directly from your Xbox console. To try it, open the guide, scroll to Parties & chats, and select Discord. Then scroll through your available Discord servers and pick a voice channel. You’ll see a preview of your friends who are in a Discord server and voice channel before you join.”

This Microsoft-powered company has further added in their post that Xbox direct integration with streaming services has increased and expanded. In line with this, the company added that not with YouTube, but with Lightstream and Streamlabs users can live stream. The company also added the initial itinerary for their users comprehensibility about the same by stating that “You can now start your live stream directly from your Xbox console with Twitch, Lightstream, and Streamlabs. To get started, open the guide and go to Capture & share > Live streaming > More options. Then scroll down to Destination to stream from the Twitch, Lightstream, or Streamlabs Studio apps. With the newly integrated streaming experiences, the Twitch app on Xbox consoles is now dedicated to viewing only.”

CONCLUSION

Xbox rolled out seemingly quite important updates on its recent November update post. Directing the users that the company has rolled out the official support for Discord, Lightstream, and Streamlabs will augment the users’ experience and streaming the games directly through Xbox will be fun and keep us on the edge to get further feedback.
