* We can expect it to launch in the coming weeks.
* The OnePlus Nord Buds 2r TWS are reportedly launching soon in India.

OnePlus, last month, launched the OnePlus Nord Buds 2 TWS alongside the Nord CE 3 Lite in the Indian market. The Nord Buds 2 is the first TWS under the Nord lineup to offer active noise cancellation.

Now, it seems like the company might have another TWS under the Nord branding as we have spotted the OnePlus Nord Buds 2r moniker of Malaysia’s SIRIM database.

As per the SIRIM database listing, the upcoming OnePlus Nord Buds 2r will have the model number E510A. To those unaware, the model number of the recently launched Nord Buds 2 is E508A.

OnePlus Nord Buds 2r

OnePlus recently launched its OnePlus Nord Buds 2 alongside the OnePlus Nord CE 3 Lite 5G smartphone.

The brand is now to launch yet another pair of Nord-branded TWS, which will be dubbed the OnePlus Nord Buds 2r.

According to a new leak, the serial production of the OnePlus Nord Buds 2r has already begun, and the buds are said to launch alongside the upcoming OnePlus Nord 3 smartphone.

Additionally, the OnePlus Nord Buds 2r have been spotted on the Malaysian SIRIM certification website, which double-checks the moniker.

Let us take a closer look at the details.

OnePlus Nord Buds 2r

The OnePlus Nord Buds 2r with the model number E510A have made an appearance on SIRIM certification website. This is the first time when the upcoming TWS has been spotted on a certification website. The listing doesn’t reveal anything about the upcoming Nord Buds 2r.

However, based on the moniker, we speculate that the Nord Buds 2r might be a cheaper variant of the Nord Buds 2. The company might remove a feature or two from the Nord Buds 2 and might call it Buds 2r. The company has done that in the past with the OnePlus Buds Pro 2 and OnePlus Buds Pro 2R.

Let us take a quick recap of the Nods Buds 2 specifications and features.

OnePlus Nord Buds 2r

The Nord Buds 2 offers a 12.4mm titanium dynamic driver with BassWave Enhancement algorithm. It supports up to 25dB active noise cancellation and also features transparency mode. It relies on Bluetooth 5.2 connectivity and offers Dolby Atmos audio support as well.

The Nord Buds 2 earbuds pack a 41mAh battery that lasts for around 7 hours on a charge. The charging case packs an additional 480mAh battery that provides around 36 hours of music playback.

Additionally, the OnePlus Nord Buds 2r (with the model number OnePlus E510A) have also been spotted on the Malaysian SIRIM certification website, which has confirmed their moniker and have also suggested that the launch must be nearing.

For those unaware, SIRIM is a regulatory body in Malaysia, which certifies various electronic products. The SIRIM listing of the OnePlus Nord Buds 2r means that the TWS have received the regulatory approval in the country.

For now, the specifications and features of the OnePlus Nord Buds 2r are unknown, but we expect them to be a toned-down variant of the OnePlus Nord Buds 2.In all likelihood, the OnePlus Nord Buds 2r will launch in India (and possibly in the global market) sometime in June, as the OnePlus Nord 3 is also rumoured to launch during the same time.

2) What are OnePlus Nord Buds 2 Specifications ?

If the brand’s previous trends are anything to go by, we can expect the OnePlus Nord Buds 2 to be a rebadged version of the OnePlus Buds Ace, which launched a little while ago in China, alongside the OnePlus Ace 2.

In case you have not been keeping track, MySmartPrice was the first to reveal not just the design but also the colour options of the Pixel 7a. The company is rumoured to launch the phone in four colour options.

However, there is a lot more about the Pixel 7a known ahead of the India launch. Now, a leak has revealed the marketing materials of the Pixel 7a.

Google Pixel 7a

The images shared by tipster Roland Quandt which include the Pixel 7a’s specifications, as well as device images seem to corroborate what was revealed few days ago. Google launch of a new Pixel smartphone in India, most likely the Pixel 7a, will be on May 11th.

The latest Google Pixel 7a leak is a series of marketing images of the smartphone, shared by tipster Roland Quandt on Twitter. Here, we can see images showing the design and colour options of the Pixel 7a along with its detailed spec sheet.

The Pixel 7a is seen in a light blue, black and white colour. It was earlier spotted in a bright orange colour but we’re not sure if this option exists or not.

Let’s take a look at the Google Pixel 7a specifications, features and other details known so far.

The leaked images also show what’s inside the box of the Pixel 7a. Along with the phone you’ll get a USB Type-C to Type-C cable, a quick switch adapter, and a SIM tool. Some photography features such as Photo Unblur, Magic Eraser, and Night Sight are also confirmed for the Pixel 7a.

No More Surprises Left as Google Pixel 7a Leaks in Full Glory

Google Pixel 7a

The Google Pixel 7a will launch in India on May 11 and will be available via Flipkart. The phone’s specs and features along with images leaked online show that the Pixel 7a has a flat display, a dual-camera setup on the horizontal camera bar on the back and multiple colour options to choose from.

The Pixel 7a will launch in three colour options — Blue, Grey and White — according to the leaked images. However, a recent leak sparked rumours of the Coral colour variant. It could be possible that the Coral colour option might be available either in select markets or months after the launch.

The images further confirm that the Pixel 7a has a 6.1-inch Full HD+ display. The screen refresh rate has been upgraded from 60Hz to 90Hz. It is likely to feature an OLED display with a hole-punch cutout at the top centre. The phone will also feature an in-display fingerprint scanner.

Google Pixel 7aOn the back, there will be a dual-camera setup. The phone will feature a 64MP main camera sensor and a 13MP ultra-wide camera sensor. Both sensors have received an upgrade compared to the outgoing model. The Pixel 7a will support up to 8x Super Res Zoom and come with camera features, such as Face Unblur, Magic Eraser, Night Sight, etc.

The Pixel 7a will feature a Tensor G2 SoC under the hood, which is the same as the Pixel 7 series. The phone will launch with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. Our source revealed that the Canadian price of the Pixel 7a will start at CAD 702 (roughly Rs 42,300). In India, the Pixel 7a is rumoured to be priced at around Rs 46,000.

The device is also tipped to pack a 24-hour battery. The leaked image did not mention any details about the battery capacity. It is being tipped that the Pixel 7a will pack a 4400mAh battery. The fine print at the bottom of the specs revealed that the phone will support 18W fast charging.

However, there would not be a charger in the box. The phone will also support 5W wireless charging, which is a first in an A-series Pixel.

The phone will boot Android 13 out of the box and is tipped to get software updates for five years.

Google Pixel 7a Specifications (Expected)

Google Pixel 7a

The leaked images also include one detailing the spec sheet of the Pixel 7a which also corroborates past leaks and rumours.

The Pixel 7a will feature a 6.1-inch FHD+ display with a 90hz refresh rate. The screen size is the same as the Pixel 6a but you get a higher refresh rate.

In the photography department, it will house two rear cameras including a 64MP wide lens and a 13MP ultra-wide angle lens. The smartphone will come with a 13MP front camera for selfies. It will also offer up to 8x zoom.  This is an upgrade in comparison to the Pixel 6a’s 12MP dual rear cameras and 8MP front camera.

Google Pixel 7A

The battery specs haven’t been revealed in this leak but confirms fast wired charging, and wireless charging, and that it’s a 24-hour battery.

Rumours have also suggested a 4,400mAh battery on the Pixel 7a. As for the processor, it will be the Tensor G2 which also powers the Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro.

Going by these leaks and rumours, almost everything that is to know about the Pixel 7a has been revealed. Note that these details aren’t official but they come from reliable and accurate sources, so the plausibility is high.

Apple releases first ‘rapid’ security fixes for iOS, iPadOS, macOS (iPhones, iPads and Macs) :Check the first-ever Rapid Security Response update from Apple & what it means here

0

HIGHLIGHTS

* Apple is making it easier to roll out security updates for iPhones, iPads and Macs.
* The new update is called “Rapid Security Responses” and it’s designed to fix security issues in Apple devices.
* The first Rapid Security Responses has been rolled out with the latest software update available for iPhones, iPads and Macs.

Last year, Apple promised faster security patches with iOS 16 and macOS Ventura. Almost a year later, Apple has released the first-ever Rapid Security Response update to the public for iPhones, iPads, and Macs.

The Security Response is rolling out for devices running iOS 16.4.1, iPadOS 16.4.1, and macOS 13.3.1. When installed, the Rapid Security Response update adds a letter to the end. For example, iOS 16.4.1 is marked as iOS 16.4.1 (a).

The Rapid Security Response (RSR) updates are an addition to the software release cycle for iPhone, iPad, and Mac. They provide essential security enhancements that are separate from regular software updates. This includes enhancements to critical system libraries, the Safari web browser, and the WebKit framework stack.

The Security Response may also be used to quickly mitigate specific security issues, such as those that are being exploited or have been reported to exist in the wild.

Compared to the traditional scheduled software updates, the Rapid Security Response updates do not take much time and happen in a jiffy.

Apple recommends all users install the Security Response as it “provides important security fixes.” Also, note that the Security Response will only be available on the latest version of iOS, iPadOS, and macOS.

It is not necessary to install the Rapid Security Response updates. Users can choose to disable installation and wait until the next software update for the fixes. However, it is ideal to let these updates install automatically.

To enable the Security Responses update on an iPhone or iPad, navigate to Settings and then General. Tap on Software Update, then Automatic Updates, and ensure that the toggle for Security Responses & System Files is turned on.

On a Mac, open System Preferences and select General from the sidebar. Click on Software Update and then click the “i” icon next to Automatic Updates to reveal more details. Finally, enable the “Install Security Responses and system files” option.

Apple has released a new kind of software update for iPhones, iPads and Macs. This new update is called “Rapid Security Responses” and through this Apple will send important security improvements between software updates. Rapid Security Responses will not be part of major software updates but instead come in small batches to fix urgent issues.

Apple’s Rapid Security Responses

As the name suggests, Rapid Security Responses will essentially fix underlying security issues or any new bug without having to wait for a software update. Some of these examples according to Apple include improvements to Safari, the Webkit framework stack, and any other critical system libraries. Rapid Security Responses will also fix issues “that might have been exploited or reported to exist in the wild.”

Responses

The first Rapid Security Responses update has been rolled out, and it is available with iOS 16.4.1
(a) for iPhones, iPadOS 16.4.1 for iPads, and macOS 13.3.1 for Macs. You can head to your device’s settings menu to download and install the latest update. Also, this is available only for latest OS versions mentioned above. Once Rapid Security Responses is download, your device will automatically install it. You might also be asked to restart your device if required.
Also, for the update to automatically install in your iPhone or iPad you will have to go to Settings > General > Software Update >
Automatic Updates. Mac users can open the Apple menu > System Settings > General >Software Update.

You can also choose to not install Rapid Security Responses, and if so then you will receive security fixes through the usual software updates. Apple also issues a letter along with the update so you have a better idea of what it is exactly about.

1)iPhone, iPad, and Mac Get First-of-its-kind Security Update.Details?

Ans)The latest Rapid Security Response update is available for iOS 16.4.1, iPad OS 16.4.1, and macOS 13.3.1 users. This update aims to enhance the security of Apple devices, mitigate vulnerabilities, and deliver bug fixes, in between significant updates. As stated by Apple’s support page, these updates deliver significant security improvements that are meant to streamline the experience of your Apple devices, while the company preps major OS updates (iOS 17 coming next month).

The RSR updates will improve the security of native iOS apps like Safari, improve the WebKit framework stack, and update critical system libraries. Your device will install the update automatically. In some cases, your device might need to restart itself.

furthermore, a letter will appear after the software version to indicate that the RSR update has been installed successfully. In this case, it will be “a” since this is the first update.
However, once the Rapid Security Response update went live a few hours ago, multiple iPhone users took to social media to express their angst when the update seemingly failed to install on their devices. Prominent Senior Editor at Verge, Tom Warren, also took to Twitter to share a similar experience.
This bite-sized update (85MB) bombarded iPhone users with the “Unable to Verify Security Response” error message. However, after some time, the issue was automatically resolved and every eligible iPhone could download and install the RSR update without any hiccups.

2)How to download Rapid Security Responses

The first Rapid Security Responses update has been rolled out, and it is available with iOS 16.4.1 (a) for iPhones, iPadOS 16.4.1 for iPads, and macOS 13.3.1 for Macs. You can head to your device’s settings menu to download and install the latest update. Also, this is available only for latest OS versions mentioned above. 3)Apple Releases Rapid Security Response Updates for iOS 16.4.1 and macOS 13.3.1.Details?

Ans)Apple today released Rapid Security Response (RSR) updates that are available for iPhone and iPad users running the iOS 16.4.1 update and Mac users running macOS 13.3.1. These are the first public RSR updates that Apple has released to date.
Rapid Security Response updates 16.4.1 (a) and macOS 13.3.1 (a) are designed to provide iOS 16.4.1 users and macOS 13.3.1 users with security fixes without the need to install a full software update.

iOS Security Response 16.4.1 is available through the standard Software Update mechanism in the ‌iPhone‌ or ‌iPad‌ Settings app, but is a quick update, requiring just a couple of minutes to download the update and then a quick restart for the install process. The macOS update can be installed through System Settings.
Once the ‌iPhone‌ Rapid Security Response update is installed, iOS 16.4.1 users will see an updated version of the software, and tapping on the version in the About section of Settings will display information about the installed iOS version and the Rapid Security Response update. Those who want to disable Rapid Security Response updates on ‌iPhone‌ can do so by following our how to. The updates can also be disabled on the Mac.

Apple has been testing the Rapid Security Response feature since last year, with RSRs first introduced with the launch of iOS 16 and macOS Ventura. To date, Apple has only provided updates to beta testers in order to make sure the function is working before providing it to all iOS and macOS users. These are the first Rapid Security Response updates that Apple has provided to the general public following the beta testing period.

Going forward, Apple will make Rapid Security Response updates available only to those who are running the latest versions of iOS, iPadOS, and macOS.

Update: Apple is releasing the Rapid Security Response updates on a rolling basis across next 48 hours, so not all users will see it right away.

Pixel 7a Could Be The Last & Final A Series Smartphone: Is Google Exiting From The Midrange Android Category?:Tipster Claims Google Pixel 7a is the last budget Pixel

0

HIGHLIGHTS

* The upcoming Google Pixel 7a is expected to be launched this month.
* The upcoming smartphone is said to be the last A-series phone by Google.
* Some key specifications of the Google Pixel 7a were recently revealed on Geekbench.
* The Pixel 7a is expected to be revealed during Google I/O.
* Our leaked Pixel roadmap says there could be a Pixel 8a, but it depends on how the Pixel 7a sells.
* A leaker suggests the Pixel 7a could be the last of its kind.

Google Pixel 6a should soon be succeeded by the Google Pixel 7a, which is supposed to be a mid-range Android smartphone. The Pixel 7a, although a serious upgrade over its predecessor, could be the last A series phone from Google.

Google should make quite a few hardware and software announcements at this year’s Google 1/O 2023, scheduled on May 10, 2023. Alongside the premium Pixel Fold, Google is also expected to launch a mid-range Android smartphone, dubbed the Pixel 7a, which will also arrive in India. Let’s look at the latest developments and rumors about this well-established series.

We’re only days away from Google’s 1/0 event where there’s a good chance the company will officially reveal the Google

Pixel 7a. But could the Pixel 7a be Google’s swan song for its A-series phones? The answer may be a little complicated.

Back in December, industry sources worked with a trustworthy source to reveal Google’s Pixel roadmap. What we learned from that leak is that Google could be rethinking its A series strategy. Based on the information, we know there is a plan for a Pixel 8a, and it has the codename “akita.” However, whether the Pixel 8a gets released or not may ultimately depend on the sales of the Pixel 7a.

Now, tipster Yogesh Brar seems fairly certain the Pixel 7a will be the last of its
kind. On Twitter, Brar claims that the end is nigh for the A series and Google will simply go forward with just the vanilla Pixel and the Pro model.

Instead of outright ending the A series, as Brar suggests could happen, our source said that Google could move to a biannual release schedule. Our guess is that the tech giant could even choose to change the name of the line, although our source didn’t mention this. If the name does change, it would effectively mean the A series is gone, but the line will still be the mid-tier budget phone Pixel owners know and love.

Google will introduce several firsts to the Pixel A-Series this month With the Pixel 7a, Google will introduce several firsts to the Pixel A-Series this month, including a 90 Hz display and wireless charging. The Google Tensor G2 chipset used by Pixel 7 Pro and the Pixel 7 will also power the Pixel 7a. The Pixel 7a will arguably bring Google’s entry-level Pixel smartphones as near as they can go to the Pixel A-Series, albeit with a primary camera that is marginally poorer and less expensive components like a plastic back.

Google To End Pixel A Series With The Pixel 7a?

According to a new report, Google may release two candy bar flagship smartphones and one foldable offering in the future. The prediction in the report is based on the increased price and rumored advanced features of the Pixel 7a.
The tipster claims that the Google Pixel 7a has several serious upgrades over the Pixel 6a.
This suggests Google is closing the gap between the Pixel A series and the regular Pixel series smartphones.

Moving forward, Google may offer two premium Android smartphones in the candy-bar form factor, but both will belong to the Pixel series. Google could be ending the A series in order to offer a standard and Pro variant of Pixel smartphones. There could be minor differences between these models, presumably to justify the Pro moniker.

Google Pixel 7a Expected Specs, Prices, Availability

The Google Pixel 7a is tipped to feature a 6.1-inch FHD+ OLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate. The Pixel smartphone would be powered by Google’s in-house Tensor G2 chipset, which is also embedded in the Pixel 7 & Pixel 7 Pro.

Google is rumored to be packing 8GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 128GB of UFS 3.1 storage inside the Pixel 7a. For imaging, there could be a 64MP rear camera with OIS, a 12MP ultra-wide camera, and a 10.8MP front-facing camera.

The Pixel 7a is tipped to pack a 4,400mAh battery, which would support 20W wired and wireless fast charging. Needless to say, the Pixel 7a should run the latest version of the Android 13 operating system.

Previous reports have indicated the Google Pixel 7a will be priced at CAD $702 (approx. ₹42,300). Google released the Pixel 7 at CAD $779 (approx. $47,000) in the same region.
The difference between the prices of the Pixel 7a and the Pixel 7 seems to be marginal. Hence, the rumors about the Pixel A series ending with the Pixel 7a seem to have some weightage.

Google’s options

The problem is we really like the Pixel 6a,we did with previous Pixel a-series models. We’d hate to see such a good-value phone disappear. So the initial solution would seem to be that Google’s better off upping the specs price of the standard flagship Pixel to compensate for the improved Pixel a model.

However, doing so would likely cause the same issue between the standard and Pro flagship Pixels, and we wouldn’t want the pro Pixels to get more expensive that much since they’ve such excellent value while still competing with the best phones around.

With that in mind, maybe Google is better off getting rid of the Pixel a-series. That way, its regular phone line-up each year would consist of two models with an easy-to-understand price/feature gap that both get renewed at the same time. But if that did happen, Google would need to find a new way to appeal to users unable or unwilling to pay for flagship phones. Fortunately, its rivals may have pointed the way here.

New old phones

Apple, and more recently Samsung, sell older flagship phone models alongside their latest models. The Apple Store offers the iPhone 13 or iPhone 13 mini from 2021, and the iPhone 12 from 2020, alongside its latest iPhone 14 handsets, while Samsung has kept the Galaxy S22 as a cheaper counterpart to the Galaxy S23 family. Google is already rumored to be doing this with the Pixel 6a (seemingly to make up for the Pixel 7a’s alleged price increase), so in future years perhaps we’ll see vanilla flagship Pixels take up the mantle of The Cheap Google Phone.

Buying older phones can feel a bit riskier than just buying a fresh model. But with big spec changes only happening every few years, and update schedules for phone OSes stretching longer into the future than ever before (three years guaranteed in Google’s case), smartphone shoppers can often get a discount by selecting a 12-month-old model without missing out on any meaningful features that the new version has.

Google’s more generous than most Android phone makers with software updates too thanks to its quarterly Feature Drop updates, which help even older Pixels continue to feel fresh.

This rumor is going to take a while to play out, since the Google Pixel 7a is only rumored to launch on May 11 at Google I/O 2023, it could be up to another year until it would become obvious there’s no replacement coming. But while we’d miss getting a Pixel 8a next year, as long as Google still does something to cater to users with tight budgets, the end of the Pixel a-series wouldn’t be worth worrying about.

HIGHLIGHTS

* Google has confirmed its launching a new Pixel smartphone in India this month.
* The smartphone is most likely the Pixel 7a, the more affordable offering from the Pixel 7 series.
* Just like the other Pixels, the Pixel 7a will also be available exclusively through Flipkart.

Have you been waiting for Google to launch Pixel 7a in India? The wait is about to be over. The tech giant is all set to launch one of the most awaited
smartphones from its line-up, the Google Pixel 7a on May 11 in India, a day after it makes its debut at Google I/0 2023.

Once unveiled, the upcoming Pixel 7a will go on sale in India on e-commerce platform, Flipkart.

Google took to Twitter to make the announcement regarding the Pixel 7a’s launch. The tech company tweeted: “The latest phone engineered by Google. Launching 11.05.2023.”

As per Google’s tweet, we can expect the smartphone to flaunt a similar design as the Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro with a metallic
camera.

Ever since Google confirmed the date for its I/O 2023 to be May 10th, the same date is being considered as the launch date for quite a few hardware products from the brand.
One of the most anticipated launches is the 3rd member of the Google Pixel 7 family, the Pixel 7a smartphone. Not only has the Google Pixel 7a been confirmed to launch on May 10, but now its India launch date has been confirmed as well.

The budget Pixel 7a arriving in India a day after its global unveiling, that is 11th of May 2023. The smartphone will sell via Flipkart.

Google has just announced that it is launching a new Pixel smartphone in India on May 11th.
No guesses are required for which phone it’s going to be thanks to multiple leaks and tips heavily suggesting that it’s the Google pixel 7a.
The announcement was made by the Google India Twitter account with a small teaser of the upcoming smartphone.

Google Pixel 7a India launch

The Pixel 7a was already speculated to launch during the Google I/O developers conference that is scheduled to start on May 10th but there was no confirmation yet.
It is now official that the Pixel 7a will arrive during the said time, and this time it’s coming earlier than expected. The smartphone will be available exclusively through Flipkart with the sale details yet to be announced.

Google Pixel 7a: Expected specs

Google Pixel 7a expected to be powered by an in-house Tensor G2 chipset paired with 8GB RAM and up to 128GB storage. It is said to sport a 6.1-inch OLED panel with a 90Hz refresh rate and have a dual camera setup at the back, including a 64MP primary and 12MP ultrawide lens. At the front will be a 10.8MP selfie camera. The Pixel 7a will run Android 13 out of the box and pack a 4400mAh battery with 20W wired charging support.

Google Pixel 7a design, colours (expected)

Leaked renders of the Pixel 7a don’t show any changes in the design of the smartphone as it carries the same look as the Pixel 7 series. In terms of colour options, the Pixel 7a is expected to come in black, light blue, bright orange and possible grey as well.

Here is what we know so far

The Google Pixel 7a is likely to run on Google’s latest Tensor G2 chipset with 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of storage.

The Pixel 7a is rumoured to feature a 64MP Sony IMX787 main camera sensor along with a 12MP ultra-wide lens.

Additionally, the phone is tipped to feature a 6.1-inch OLED display with a 90Hz screen refresh rate — the same as its predecessor. The Pixel 7a is also reported to feature support for wireless charging, something that has been missing in the Pixel’s budget lineup.

The Pixel 7a could run on Android 13 out of the box and is likely to get OS updates for three years and security updates for up to five years.

The design of the phone seems to be similar to that of its high-end siblings — the Pixel 7 and the Pixel 7 Pro. Earlier, MySmartPrice also claimed that the device is expected to come in three colour options — white, grey and pale blue, which the tweet seems to confirm.

The pricing of the device is still up for debate. The Pixel 6a was launched at Rs 39,999 on Flipkart last year and users should expect a similar price tag for its successor as well.

A previous 9to5Google report added, citing a retail source, that the price of Pixel 7a will be $499 (which roughly translates into Rs 40,970) and which is a $50 increase over last year’s Pixel 6a. The India and US prices of the Pixel will most likely be different. This increase in price likely comes from the new design and improvements. The tech giant is also upgrading the main camera to a 64MP main sensor flanked by a 13MP ultra-wide shooter.

* Xiaomi 13 Ultra has been launched in China in three colour options.
* The flagship smartphone is yet to be launched in India.
* The phone is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset.

Chinese smartphone maker Xiaomi launched the flagship Xiaomi 13 Ultra in China last month in three colour variants – White, Black, and Olive Green. However, now a report says that the smartphone will be released in three more colour options, most likely in China.
Recently, Xiaomi’s founder and CEO, Lei Jun, along with the company’s president, Lu Weibing, reached out to users to inquire about their preferred colours for the Xiaomi 13.

The could be an indication is that Xiaomi 13 Ultra will soon release new colour options. Take a look at the matter.

Xiaomi 13 Ultra the highly anticipated smartphone model, has been making headlines again with new updates on its color options.
While the initial release only showcased three color variants, recent reports suggest that Xiaomi may be planning to launch three additional color options in the near future.

Rumors of these new color options began circulating shortly after the Xiaomi 13 Ultra launch event.
Netizens discovered that the device recognition feature on QQ showed six different color options for the phone, despite only three being released at the time.

Xiaomi 13 Ultra colours

Three new colour-matched wallpapers have been extracted from the Xiaomi 13 Ultra firmware by netizens.

The hues of the wallpapers match the colours of Starry Sky Blue, Chixia Orange, and Ginkgo Yellow.

It is highly probable that Xiaomi 13 Ultra will release three limited custom colours soon, as evidenced by Lei Jun’s recent Weibo posts about colour matching and promotion of the Xiaomi 13’s custom colour operation.
The flagship Xiaomi 13 Ultra is yet to be released globally, but the company has confirmed that it will be available outside of China, as per a Mydrivers report.

Xiaomi 13 Ultra specifications

The Xiaomi 13 Ultra is a feature-packed flagship smartphone with impressive specifications. It sports a 6.73-inch Quad HD+ AMOLED HDR10+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate, 240Hz touch sampling rate, and Corning Gorilla Glass Victus protection. The device is powered by the Octa-Core Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 4nm chipset, coupled with up to 16GB LPPDDR5X RAM and 1TB UFS 4.0 storage.

Chipset: The flagship smartphone is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset paired with Adreno GPU.

It comes with an IP68 rating, making them resistant to water for up to 30 minutes at a maximum depth of 1.5 meters and protected from dust.

2)What are Xiaomi 13 Ultra’s new color options?

Ans)Many speculated that the additional color options were abandoned during the development process, but recent developments suggest otherwise. Several netizens have reportedly extracted new color options from the Xiaomi 13 Ultra firmware, revealing Orange, Yellow, and Blue options.
These new color options may be released as limited edition customization options for Xiaomi
13 Ultra. Lei Jun, Founder and CEO of Xiaomi, has also been promoting the limited edition customization feature on his Weibo account, hinting at the possibility of these new color options becoming available in the future.
The release of these new color options will undoubtedly cater to the different preferences of Xiaomi 13 Ultra users, allowing them to showcase the phone’s unique design without a protective case. However, it is worth noting that using the phone without a protective case may result in screen damage from accidental drops.
Screen repairs for the Xiaomi 13 Ultra can be costly, with a price tag of 1360 yuan and an additional 40 yuan for labor.
As such, users should take caution when handling their phones and consider investing in a protective case to avoid potential damage.

Apple iOS 17

HIGHLIGHTS

* iOS 17 is expected to be unveiled next month at WWDC.
* Ahead of the preview, a new leak has revealed what we can expect in iOS 17.
* We could see more features in wallpaper customisation along with some redesigned apps in iOS 17.
* The new iOS 17 leak gives us a glimpse of redesigned Wallet, Health, and Wallpaper UI.
* The update will likely be more of an iterative update focusing on bug fixes and optimizations.
* The iOS 17 will be showcased at the WWDC 2023, to be hosted by Apple in June 2023.

iOS 17 will be the next major update for iPhones, and it’s expected to be unveiled at the Worldwide Developer Conference (WWDC) in June. As with every new iOS version we’re expecting some big changes with the iOS 17 as well, and thanks to leaks we have an idea on what the new update could come with. The latest leak shows redesigning of some apps in iOS 17.

Apple is reportedly adding more features in customising wallpapers, and redesigning the Wallet and Health apps in iOS 17. The new leak comes from tipster @analyst941 who has been consistently sharing updates on Apple.

iOS 17 updates

The latest iOS 17 leak has given us our first glimpse at several redesigned elements of the next update. Tipster @analyst941, who goes by 941 on Twitter, has posted several renders of the iOS 17 on the micro-blogging platform. According to the tipster, apps like Health, Wallet, and Wallpaper interface will get a significant overhaul.

However, since iOS 16 was a rocky terrain for Apple, iOS 17 is primarily expected to be an iterative upgrade focusing on weeding out the bugs and optimising the performance. Here’s all you need to know about the latest iOS 17 leak.

New app designs reportedly coming in iOS 17

iOS 17 updates

Right off the bat, we’d treat this rumor with skepticism. The source of the leak is @analyst941 on Twitter, who does not have an established long-term track record of accurate iOS leaks. They did, however, correctly predict certain details of the iPhone 14 Pro’s Dynamic Island ahead of its release.

The source claims to have seen various aspects of iOS 17 themselves, including the new Wallet app, the new Health app, and the revamped interface for customizing your iPhone’s wallpaper. With that knowledge, the source created a set of concepts visualizing what these new designs will look like.

The new Wallet app is said to feature an updated interface that offers search functionality and separated tabs for your cards and your other passes, such as airline boarding passes. iOS 17 will also reportedly add a bottom navigation bar to the Wallet app, with dedicated tabs for “Cash,” “Keys, “IDs,” and “Orders.”

Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman has previously reported on Apple’s plans to overhaul the Wallet app with a new design and new features in iOS 17.

The new Health app will reportedly feature a revamped interface for the “Favorites” tab of the app. The new design will allegedly use smaller square-shaped tiles, allowing you to see additional metrics without having to scroll down the app.

Finally, Apple is also reportedly planning to overhaul the process of changing and customizing your iPhone’s wallpaper. The source says:

* All new Grid-view displays 9+ wallpapers at once.
* Delete wallpapers quickly within the grid VIew.
* Rearrange the order of wallpapers in a grid vIew.
* Share or duplicate wallpapers by swiping up in single-view.
* The @analyst941 source shared these concepts on Twitter. Again, we’d treat the rumor with skepticism for now. Apple will officially unveil iOS 17 at WWDC in June, alongside updates to watchOS, iPadOS, macOS, and tvOS.

iOS 17 Will Come With a Redesigned Wallet, Health, and Wallpaper Interface

iOS 17 Wallpaper Customisation

iOS 17 updates

According to the tipster, in iOS 17, the wallpaper grid-view will display over nine wallpapers at once. You will also be able to delete wallpapers quickly and rearrange them in grid-view. iOS 17 will also let you swipe up in single-view if you want to share or duplicate wallpapers.

iOS 17 redesigned Wallet App

iOS 17 updates

The ‘Favourites’ section in the Health app could get revamped in iOS 17. Images shared by the tipster show boxes for each category in the Favourites section of the Health app. Apple shows your heart rate, sleep routine, activity, steps, walking speed and more data in Favourites. At present, all this is displayed in a single-page format but we could see a more organised view in iOS 17.

The Wallet app is also said to get a new interface that will show different tabs for all your cards and passes. So you’ll two sections for your cards and passes that you can conveniently access in the app. Another addition is supposedly a navigation bar at the bottom of the app that will have tabs for cards, cash, keys, IDs and orders.

iOS 16 was already a major upgrade in terms of user interface since Apple for the first time introduced wallpaper customisation and widgets. It also introduced Dynamic Island that takes advantage of the front camera cutout on the iPhone 14 Pro series.

iOS 17 Expected Release

iOS 17 updates

Apple is hosting WWDC from June 5th to June 9th where it is expected to unveil iOS 17 and give a detailed preview to everyone. The actual release should happen later this year after the iPhone 15 series schedule.

Lastly, there will be multiple changes in the Wallet app too. It will get a categorised tab for everything, an “All Transactions” button, and a swipe down to search gesture. The leakster also claims that Apple Cash will get a dedicated tab in iOS 17.

This is all that the tipster shared for now, with the assurance that more information and renders are coming soon. However, since this particular tipster has no proven track record, it’s best to take these renders with a pinch of salt.

Faqs on iOS 17 apps

1) Leak reveals redesigned iOS 17 apps with new streamlined UI.Details ?

Ans) In just about a month, Apple will take the wraps off iOS 17 and show everyone the major changes coming to their iPhones this fall. And according to the latest leak, some of Apple’s most popular apps will be getting a complete makeover.

Analyst941 on Twitter, who has been on a tear lately when it comes to WWDC leaks, has revealed the changes coming to the Wallet and Health apps, which will look a lot different in iOS 17. The “concept renders,” which show off many of the new features, were “based exactly on what I was shown earlier today,” according to the leaker.

This is the new home of the Wallet app in iOS 17.

• Swipe down to Search anywhere.
• Sorted tabs for everything.
• Apple Cash/Savings gets its own tab.
• New “All transactions” button.
• much more, not pictured 😬

Sharing more info soon pic.twitter.com/mUjTjUUrps

— 941 (@analyst941) April 28, 2023 Starting with the Heath app, the renders show off the new Favorites screen that will now show a series of tiles with “colored graphs, tables, etc. filled with data inside each section” instead of a simple list. There are also rumors that the Health app is coming to watchOS 10 and iPadOS 17, and the streamlined interface makes sense for both larger and smaller screens.

The Wallet app is reportedly getting an even bigger redesign, with several new features, including swipe to search, sorted tabs for credit cards and passes, a dedicated tab for Apple Cash, and “much more,” according to Analyst941. In the render provided, the app’s Home screen has a much cleaner organization, with smarter and simpler navigation aided by menus and buttons.

Finally, Analyst941 also shares an image of the new Wallpaper tab in Settings with a grid layout that “displays 9+ wallpapers at once” and lets you easily rearrange your favorites similar to the customizable Lock Screen interface. You’ll also be able to easily share wallpapers and presumably, Lock Screens similar to Apple Watch faces.

Apple will unveil iOS 17 at the WWDC keynote on June 5 along with iPadOS 17, watchOS 10, and macOS 14. Several new products are also expected to debut, including a 15-inch MacBook Air and the long-rumored AR headset.

2) Redesigned Favorites section in Health app. details ?

Ans) The current version of the Health app that is available in iOS 16, has a favorites section that you may customize to view your health’s summary. It displays various data such as activity, heart rate, sleep, etc., in horizontal panels. The new Health app in iOS 17 will change these panels into square boxes, each of which will contain a small colored graph or tables to provide visualization of the data.

This could be a useful improvement compared to the existing version, which only lets you access the graphs by tapping on the relevant panel. Scrolling down the Summary page to view data is also slower as opposed to viewing it at a glance/ The new design retains the glyph icons representing each category. The app will let you rearrange the order of the panels to suit your needs.
Rumors have suggested that the Cupertino company is working on a subscription-based AI-powered Health coach that will help users stay fit, this redesigned interface could help users monitor their health to see how their workout schedule is helping them. As a frequent user of the app, I like the design of the upcoming version.

3) Grid view for Wallpapers.Details?

Ans) Apple is also tweaking the Wallpapers section in the Settings. Let’s be honest, the current method to set the backdrop in iOS 16 is pretty basic, it displays a few categories and shows you three images (per category) on the screen, you have to swipe it to the side to scroll through the backgrounds.

The new design for Wallpapers in iOS 17 will display a grid view featuring thumbnails of 9 wallpapers at once. It will allow users to delete wallpapers from the grid too, similar to editing your home screen. The images in the grid can also be rearranged. Swiping up on a wallpaper’s preview will let you share the image easily, or you can duplicate it to make some changes using an image editor. It is not clear whether this will apply to the lock screen as well.

Images via Analyst941 (1, 2, 3)

Apple is set to reveal iOS 17 at WWDC 2023 in June, along with iPadOS 17, macOS 14, watchOS 10 among other things. Speaking of which, watchOS 10 will focus on Widgets as a crucial part of the user experience.

4)Alleged iOS 17 Wallet and Health App Redesigns Shown Off in Mockups.Details?
Ans)The Wallet and Health apps are rumored to be getting updates in iOS 17, and leaker @analyst941 today shared some mockups that allegedly represent the design changes that we can expect to see.

In the Wallet app mockup, there’s a navigation bar at the bottom that separates the different functions available in the app. Cards, Cash, Keys, IDs, and Orders are listed categories. Note that this is a mockup, so the “ID’s” spelling is likely an oversight. There’s also a “Passes & More” tab, and the leaker claims there are other features coming as well.

Users will reportedly be able to swipe down to access a search interface to find a specific card or pass, and there’s a “Transactions” button. Compared to the current Wallet app design, this would be a functional improvement because it would make finding certain features like specific passes and order details simpler. It would not be a surprise to see a design like this given the many functions the Wallet app now serves in addition to storing credit and debit cards.

As for the Health app, Analyst941 claims that the “Favorites” section under “Summary” will see a redesign with a card-style interface. Each card will have “visual data” that includes “colored graphs,” “tables,” and other information. Since the Summary tab in the Health app also includes Trends and Highlights, it is not clear how the card design for Favorites would work with those sections.

Analyst941 leaked accurate information about the iPhone 14 Pro’s Dynamic Island ahead of its launch last year, but this leaker does not have a long-term track record as of yet and the information shared should be viewed with some skepticism in light of that.

Analyst941 has shared a number of rumors about features coming in ‌iOS 17‌ in recent weeks, suggesting that there’s a “special” version of ‌iOS 17‌ in the works for a 14.1-inch iPad and that iPads will get iPhone-style Lock Screen customization, plus they have mentioned vague changes coming to Search, the ‌Dynamic Island‌, Control Center, and more. They have also made claims about a new watchOS 10 Home Screen layout and have said that in the future, the Apple Watch will be able to pair with multiple devices, including the iPad and Mac.

It’s worth noting that Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman has expressed doubt about Analyst941’s claims and believes that some of the information is inaccurate. We’ll know more about Analyst941’s accuracy in just over a month when Apple unveils ‌iOS 17‌, watchOS 10, and other updates at the June 5 WWDC keynote.

Regardless of whether these mockups are accurate, there are other reliable rumors suggesting updates for the Health and Wallet apps. On the MacRumors podcast, Gurman confirmed that Apple is working on updates to the Wallet app, and he also recently said that Apple is working on new features for the Health app such as an expansion to the ‌iPad‌ and a mood tracking feature.
