All network service providers in India provide call forwarding services through which users can forward an incoming call to any other phone number. This feature can be easily activated and deactivated using the call forwarding codes. Every network service provider, be it Jio, Airtel, Vi or BSNL, have its own specific call forwarding codes that its users can use to take benefit of this service.

Call forwarding is an important feature in many situations where a phone number user might not want to receive the call on a particular device or number. It can be a lifesaver in situations when your device is out of battery or you somehow lost access when waiting for an important call. This feature can also be helpful when you wish someone else to receive incoming calls from one number. The process is simple as users will only have to activate the feature by dialling the network service provider specific call forwarding code.

Users can route the call from one phone number to another phone number of their choice either through the advanced call settings or by dialling certain codes.

While activating the feature, the users need to enter the 10-digit number of the phone number where they want to route the calls. Simply Tap on the Call button once the code and phone number you want the calls to divert to are entered and confirm the activation of the feature.

When the phone number is busy – **67*<10 digit mobile number>*

When unable to pick up within a timelimit –  **61*<digit mobile number>*

When the number is unreachable – **62*<digit mobile number>*

Activate Call Forwarding Codes – Vi

For all incoming calls – **21*<10 digit number>

When the phone number is busy – **67*<10 digit number>

When unable to pick up –  **61*<10 digit number>
