OPPO smartphone with model number, PJC110 has received the 3C certification from China. Its fast charging feature has been revealed.

After introducing the OPPO K11x smartphone in China last month, OPPO now seems to be gearing up for the launch of a new K11 series smartphone dubbed as the OPPO K11.

While the launch date of this upcoming smartphone remains unknown, it now has received the required TENAA as well as 3C certification recently. The TENAA certification reveals the OPPO K11’s design as well as specifications ahead of the launch.

OPPO K11 Will Feature AMOLED Display, Triple-Camera Setup

The upcoming OPPO K11 smartphone carries the model number as PJC110 as per 3C and TENAA certification. The 3C certification reveals that the OPPO K11 will offer 100W fast charging and it will have 5G support.

Furthermore, the images revealed by the TENAA certification showcase to us that the K11 will have a triple-camera setup accompanied by a LED flash.

Furthermore, the TENAA listing also discloses that the OPPO K11 will feature a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with a Full HD+ resolution. Similar to the K11x, we can expect the K11 to offer a 120Hz refresh rate.

Under the hood, the device will be powered by an octa-core 2.7GHz processor. Though the SoC name isn’t mentioned on the certification website, a recent leak by tipster Digital Chat Station suggests that the device will feature Snapdragon 782G chipset.

The smartphone will launch in three RAM and storage configurations. As per the TENAA certification, the K11 will come in 6GB/8GB and 12GB RAM variants along with 128GB/256GB and 512GB of internal storage.

The device will also have a microSD card slot for storage expansion of up to 1TB. For the security purpose, the handset will also feature an in-display fingerprint sensor.

As for the software, we can expect this upcoming smartphone to boot Android 13 out of the box with ColorOS 13 skin on top. Microsoft’s annual events Xbox Showcase and Xbox Games Showcase were held just a couple of weeks ago.
These events were packed with announcements for Xbox fans around the world.
One key announcement at the event was a new Xbox Series S console variant that comes with 1TB of storage space.

Microsoft is bringing the Xbox Series S 1TB black model to India in the first wave at the same time as global markets.

The Xbox Series S with upgraded storage and new paintjob will cost Rs 38,990 and go on sale starting from September 1, the console’s dedicated product listing page has confirmed. Globally, the model will retail for $349 which roughly translates to about Rs 28,800.

The Xbox Series S was originally launched in white with 512GB of base storage at a price of Rs 34,990. Microsoft markets the Series S as an affordable console offering close-to Xbox Series X power at a budget pricing thanks to a lack of disk drive and a few other core hardware changes.

But the console has been held back somewhat due to its puny internal storage of which only 364GB is available to use right out of the gate. It doesn’t help that the console only supports proprietary storage cards for expansion which are naturally expensive.

More storage, as such, is highly appreciated not only from a short-term point of view but also from a longevity and future-proofing perspective.

Aside from the colour swap and more storage, the rest of the hardware remains unchanged which is to say that the console is based on the same 8-core AMD Zen 2 CPU as the Series X.

This is paired with an AMD RDNA 2 GPU, same as the Series X. The major differences are that the CPU in the Series S is clocked at 3.6GHz (this is 3.8GHz in the Series X) and the GPU comes with 20 compute units clocked at 1.563GHz delivering 4 TFLOPS (this is 52 CUs @1.825GHz for 12 TFLOPS in the Series X).

The Series S has 10GB RAM @224GB/s with 8GB available to games (this is 16GB @560GB/s with 13.5GB available to games in the Series X).

But despite its dialled down approach, the Xbox Series S can pull off nearly every trick out the Series X’s textbook including variable rate shading, variable refresh rate (up to 120Hz), hardware accelerated ray tracing, ultra-low latency, Quick Resume, and Smart Delivery.

If you are an avid follower of the tech and gadgets space, you must have heard about the new ambition of Android OEMs. It is to launch the world’s first smartphone with an insane 24GB RAM.

Nubia’s RedMagic is one of those brands and is well en route to claiming that title next week. But in order to keep the hype train going, it has released Red Magic 8S Pro official renders revealing the design and colours.

The upcoming smartphone has also been spotted on AnTuTu with unprecedented scores.

RedMagic 8S Pro Official Renders Shared

RedMagic used its official Weibo account to share RedMagic 8S Pro official renders ahead of the launch. These renders reveal that the much-awaited and hyped 24GB RAM smartphone will arrive in Black and Silver colours.
In terms of design, it is very much identical to the Red Magic 8 Pro which is not a surprise.

It continues with the flat frame design that gives it a boxy look. You do not see any punch-hole or notch on the front which confirms it will have an under-display front camera.

There are shoulder triggers for an improved gaming experience and a Game Mode toggle. The latter will also double up as an alert slider. The phone has a 3.5mm headphone jack at the top and a USB Type-C port at the bottom.

The RedMagic 8S Pro will primarily have two design choices, one with RGB lighting on the back for the cooling fan and one without it. These choices are available in both Black and Silver colours.

However, the company has a special transparent edition as well which is shown only in Black. This edition has a transparent design only in the upper half.

Additionally, you can see RedMagic, Ice Cool System, Touch to Shoot, and Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 branding on the back.

RedMagic 8S Pro AnTuTu Score

In a separate report, the RedMagic 8S Pro has been spotted on the AnTuTu benchmarking website. The alleged listing shows the gaming smartphone scored an impressive and never-seen-before 17,04,020 in the test.

This is way more than the 13,63,206 scored by iQOO Neo 8 Pro last month. The specific scores were 4,54,470 in the CPU test, 6,42,562 in the GPU test, 3,18,386 in the memory test, and 2,88,602 in the UX test.

The listing mentions it is the 16GB RAM and 512GB storage variant of the phone that was used for the test. It was powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor clocked at 3.36GHz.

This is in line with what we have heard previously about the RedMagic 8S Pro specifications. The smartphone will launch on July 5 which is exactly a week away.

Nubia showcases Red Magic 8S Pro in Official Renders

The Red Magic 8S Pro is arriving next week, and the phone will have almost the same specifications as its predecessor, the key difference being a more powerful Cortex-X3 CPU core.
Today, nubia posted official renders of the device, and just as we expected, it will look the same.

There are some minor differences in the writing on the back and how the 20,000 RPM cooling fan is depicted. Still, none of those are functional improvements, just a neat way of differentiating the newer device from its non-S sibling.

After a detailed inspection of the renders, we can see one so-called transparent version that is likely to have RGB light for the fan and the Red Magic logo.
The Silver and Black options are pictured in two variants – with and without an RGB circle over the fan, which could act as a notification light but is likely to cost a bit more.

All other design elements are hardly a surprise – flat sides, an under-display selfie camera, a USB-C port on the bottom and a 3.5 mm audio jack on the top.

There is a toggle for Game Mode (that effectively acts as an alert slider) and two touch-sensitive buttons on the shoulders for hardcore gaming. The cameras are aligned vertically with no fancy island whatsoever, and the single LED flash is above the lenses.

The launch is in exactly one week, and we expect to learn more details in the days leading up to the event.

The ZTE-owned brand launched the Red Magic 8 Pro with a CNY3,999 (about $550) price tag that was later increased to CNY4,199 ($580), and we have to wait and see whether the 8S Pro will cost the same.
