However, OnePlus will be broadcasting the launch of the Ace 2V on its official Weibo handle.
The OnePlus Ace 2V launch is scheduled at 2:30PM China time, on March 7th.
Users in India will, therefore, be able to see the launch at 12PM IST.

OnePlus Ace 2V price

At the moment, there has been no word regarding the launch price of the upcoming OnePlus Ace 2V. Given its branding, it is clear that the smartphone will not be a direct successor to the Ace 2, but will line-up alongside the latter.
The Ace 2 went on sale in China last month, on February 13th, at CNY 2,799 (around Rs 33,100).

It is interesting to note that the Ace 2, which is rebranded to OnePlus 11R in India, sells onward of Rs 38,999 in the country.
Most reports have claimed that due to a key difference in the set of specifications, the Ace 2V could be a more affordable version of the Ace 2 series (possibly named differently outside of China).

The front camera drill-hole slot is placed at the centre, while apart from the edges, the biggest differentiating factor between the Ace 2 and 2V lie in the camera module. While the latter had an elaborate camera module at the rear, the Ace 2V appears to have functional ones — with two standalone cutouts for three rear cameras, and two LED flashes to the top-left corner.
The OnePlus Ace 2V is, however, tipped to feature similar ceramic and sandstone rear finishes that are similar to the OnePlus 11R (or Ace 2).

In terms of recent specifications ,the key differentiator is expected to be the chipset onboard — the OnePlus Ace 2V is expected to run on the MediaTek Dimensity 9000 SoC. This is tipped to be paired with up to 16GB of LPDDR5X memory, and 512GB of UFS 3.1 storage. A 6.74-inch, 10-bit AMOLED display has been tipped with HDR10+ certification, and 2772 x 1240 pixels screen resolution that appears to be the same as the OnePlus Ace 2V.

Recently, the London-based business has tweeted many unusual images and even a video of the upcoming Nothing Ear (2), which is said to be among the company’s most anticipated products.

“And now, Nothing has revealed that Nothing Ear (2) will be released on March 22 at 15:00 GMT (8:30 PM IST).
Except for the launch date and time, no other details have been shared by the company so far.

A recent report leaked the design of the upcoming earbuds from Nothing. As per the leaked renders, the earbuds will continue to sport a semi-transparent design. The stem continues to exist with a transparent case whereas the internals are protected and covered by a black sheet. Both earbuds have silicone rubber ear tips.
There are some minor changes in the design of the earbuds. The noise-cancelling microphone, for example, has been moved to the red dot on the stem. In comparison, the Ear (1)’s microphone was placed at the top of the earbud.
The stem also has the Nothing Ear (2) branding on it.
The case is said to get some design changes. Nothing is yet to take the wraps off the design details of the charging case. However, considering we are very close to the launch, it would not be a surprise if the case manages to get leaked in the coming days. Nothing might drop a surprise and reveal the design ahead of the launch too.

A recent leak of a render of Nothing Eat (2) suggests that the company will stick with a similar transparent design philosophy as seen on the Ear (1).

The accident happened during MWC 2023 when Qualcomm’s SVP and GM of Mobile, Compute and XR business unit, Alex Katouzian, posted an update on Linkedin congratulating the Nothing team on using the Snapdragon 8 series chip on the Nothing Phone (2).
However, eagle-eyed readers quickly noticed that the post included the mention of the exact SoC being used, which will be the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1.
The mention was just by the way but it was enough to cause excitement among fans of the Nothing community.
While the mention of the chip was quickly removed from the post, it was too late.

Nothing Phone (2) To Get Flagship-Grade SoC

The Nothing Phone (2) is set to get a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC under the hood.
The details were leaked by Qualcomm’s SVP and GM of Mobile, Compute and XR business unit, Alex Katouzian. The details were posted on Katouzian’s LinkedIn. Minutes after making the post live, the details were deleted.

The post confirms that the Phone (2) will get a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC. While being a generation old, the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC is still quite fast and efficient for most use cases.
It would be interesting to see when the Nothing smartphone launches.
If the device launches by the end of 2023, the Phone (2)’s performance unit might feel a bit dated as Qualcomm might also launch the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 2 SoC in the second half of the year.

Nothing has already sold over 650,000 units of the Nothing Phone (1) to date.

While the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor is still a very capable chip, when it comes to face value, it is still an older generation processor, which some might find a little off-putting when it comes to a smartphone releasing in 2023.
As stated before, this is still a very capable processor that packs more than enough power when it comes to daily use and even gaming. In our tests of the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 versus the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1, we found that the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 was better, but not by that much in certain areas.

Now, as and when the phone launch nears, we can expect the company to reveal more details about the upcoming smartphone. Meanwhile, Nothing has confirmed Ear (2) and revealed that it is launching on March 22 globally. The company has been teasing the Nothing Ear (2) for a while now.

So, if this phone uses a processor so powerful, then it will definitely be able to go toe-to-toe with the top phones of the year. Sure, it’s half of a generation behind, but the differences in day-to-day performance will be negligible.
With a higher-performing chip, we’re also expecting a higher price tag along with it. Not only is Nothing using a more expensive SoC, but the diminishing economy means that manufacturing the phone will be even more expensive.
We’re not sure how much the phone will cost when it hits the shelves, but let’s hope that it’s close to that of the Nothing Phone (1).

Of course, for those that were hoping for and wanted the best possible internals inside the Nothing Phone 2, it looks like that probably won’t be happening this year. Again, as stated before, this isn’t a huge blow to the handset, and by using an older generation processor, there’s always the chance, or there’s a likely chance that the price of the device will debut much lower than competitors offerings.

The much-anticipated and widely rumoured smartphone is all set to make an appearance with an official launch on March 21st, 2023 in India.

The smartphone will succeed the iQOO Z6, which was announced last year in August with 80W fast charging, Snapdragon 778G+ chipset, and 64MP triple cameras.

Here are the details regarding the iQOO Z7 launch in India.

As per a tweet by reputed tipster Oneily Gadget, a new Google ad has been spotted that confirms March 21st as the India launch date for iQOO Z7.

While the search term is not known, a screenshot posted by the Twitter account reveals an ad on Google Search – by iQOO’s e-commerce store – that says, “iQOO Z7 – Slay, Stream, Shoot, Repeat – Launching 21st March 2023”.

Since last week, iQOO been teasing the arrival of the iQOO Z7 5G in India. The teasers released so far hint that the company may announce it this month. Tipster Oneily Gadget seems to have spotted the iQOO Z7 5G launch date for India on Google Search.

The below shown tweet released by the tipster reveals that the iQOO Z7 India launch date has appeared in Google Search result. Hence, it appears that the device may go official on March 21 in India.

It is likely that the iQOO India may confirm the same launch date for the Z7 later this week.

Furthermore, the screenshot reveals that the phone will launch with “fully loaded features.” iQOO is also expected to have certain exchange offers and bank cashback at launch. And, users will be able to register to be notified.

A recent leak revealed that the iQ00 Z7 will be equipped with the Dimensity 920 chipset. The inclusion of the MediaTek chip has allowed to score over 480,000 points on AnTuTu benchmarks.

It appears that the iQ0O Z7 will offer better performance than phones powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 695 and Snapdragon 4 Gen 1 chipsets.

The teaser image of the phone that can be found on its landing page on the iQOO India website suggests that it will be equipped with an OlS-enabled rear camera setup.

However, no information is available on the camera configuration and other specs of the device.

Reports have revealed that iQOO will launch two models, such as the iQOO Z7 and iQOO Z7 Pro in the Indian market.

However, it seems that the Pro model may not launch with the vanilla model. The Z7 has the model number 12207, whereas the Pro variant has the model number 12213.

iQOO is also expected to announce the iQ00 Z7 and Z7x in China this month. The Snapdragon 782G chip, a 5,000mAh battery, and 120W charging are expected to be in the first one.

The iQOO Z7x, on the other hand, may arrive with the Snapdragon 695, a 6,000mAh battery, and 80W charging.

To recall, ¡QOO India CEO Nipun Marya took to social media last month to share the first-ever teaser for its upcoming iQOO Z7 launch.

While not much has been revealed in this teaser, the silhouette clearly shows a massive vertical dual camera setup at the back, with dual LED flash.

This will include a 50MP primary sensor with OIS (optical image stabilisation) support. Plus, the image shows a possible Teal colour option. Other than that, we have no information on the other specifications of this smartphone.

There was a report that suggested that the upcoming iQ00 Z7 series would come with a standard Z7 5G and a premium Z7 Pro 5G.

Vivo unveiled the Vivo V27 and Vivo V27 Pro smartphones recently in India. The V27 Pro smartphone will go on sale for the first time today (i.e. March 6).

People think that the device will be a rebranded version of the Moto X40, which came out in China in December 2022. Well-known tipster Evan Blass has shared the leaked renders of the Edge 40 Pro.

It appears that it will not take too long for the flagship phone to go official.

The Motorola Edge 40 Pro is getting closer to launch as new renders have been leaked online.

In the most recent update to the Edge 40 Pro rumours, high-quality renders have been outed and all the design elements including display, cameras, and water resistance of the upcoming premium smartphone have been revealed.

In a tweet by reputed tipster Evan Blass, the Motorola Edge 40 Pro renders have finally been leaked. As expected before an impending launch, the design renders of the smartphone are out.

For starters, you get a seamless front display design with a tiny punch-hole selfie camera and minimal bezels.

Then, certain images of the Motorola Edge 40 Pro’s back panel reveal a triple camera setup with a flash at the back.

And, the branding also reveals that the primary sensor will be a large, 50MP one. Other than that, on the back, you see the Motorola branding and nothing else.

One render where the smartphone is shown dipped in water suggests it could come with a decent water resistance rating, probably IP67 or IP68.

But, the biggest giveaway, which has been seen in previous leaks as well, is that the Edge 40 Pro looks too much like the Moto X40.

This goes on to show that the upcoming Motorola Edge 40 Pro could indeed be the internationally rebranded version of the X40.

The images of the Edge 40 Pro show that it looks identical to the Moto X40, which is available in China. It will come in black and blue shades.

As one of the images shows, the Edge40 Pro will be a water-resistant device.

Motorola Edge 40 Pro Specifications

Last month, a Poco device with model number 23049PCD8G was spotted with the “POCO F5” moniker in the IMEI database. The Indian variant of the device, with model number 23049PCD81, was approved by the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) in February.

The global edition of the Poco F5 (23049PCD8G) has now been approved by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) authority.

These certifications indicate that the Poco F5 will be launching soon in the Indian and
global markets.

The device will come preloaded with the Android 13 OS with MIUI 14 on top. Some of the connectivity features that have been revealed through the certification include dual SIM, 5G bands (n1 / n5 / n7 / n38 / n41 / n77 / n78), NFC, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and an IR blaster.

The Chinese variant of the device has the model number 23049RAD8C.

As seen in the FCC certification images above (via), the POCO F5 5G (with the model number POCO 23049PCD8G) has recently been certified, thereby hinting that the launch of the device (or the series) might be nearing.

The FCC listing reveals that the POCO F5 5G will arrive in three memory variants. The base variant will feature 8GB RAM and 128GB storage, the mid-tier variant will have 8GB RAM and 256GB storage, and the top-tier variant will feature 12GB RAM and 256GB storage.

The FCC listing also confirms that the POCO F5 5G will run on Android 13-based MIUI 14 skin out of the box. The device will support NFC, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, dual SIM, 7 5G bands (n1/n5/n7/n38/n41/n77/n78), and will have an IR Blaster as well.

Speculations are rife that the 23049RAD8C device will be called the Redmi Note 12 Turbo (or Note 12T) when it arrives in the home market.

Reports have revealed that the Redmi Note 12T Turbo will arrive with specs like a 6.67-inch AMOLED FHD+ 120Hz display with an under-display fingerprint scanner, the forthcoming Snapdragon 7 Plus Gen1 chipset, up to 12 GB of RAM, up to 512 GB of storage, MIUI 14-based Android 13, and a 5,000mAh battery with 67W charging support.

The POCO F5 5G is tipped to be a rebranded version of the Redmi Note 12 Turbo, which is said to launch soon in China.

The device will reportedly feature a 6.67-inch FHD+ AMOLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate.

Under the hood, the POCO F5 5G is rumoured to drive power from an unannounced and upcoming Snapdragon 7-series processor, which will be coupled with up to 12GB RAM and up to 256GB storage.

In terms of cameras, the POCO F5 5G is tipped to offer a 50MP + 8MP + 2MP triple rear camera setup and a 16MP selfie snapper.
