The plastic rectangular frame dial placed in a polycarbonate shell makes the overall look solid and along with the silicone straps, the total weight of the watch is about 37 grams. The watch has a single plastic button on the right and gives a usual entry level fitness band vibe. The physical button on the right spine of the watch body is to access pre-install apps, navigate to the home screen, and switch the device power on/off. A downside, however, is the material of the strap which can become itchy at times, especially when worn for too long continuously.

GOQii Smart Vital Ultra is designed with a 1.78 inch AMOLED display screen that has 2.5D curved glass atop and 320 x 380p resolution. Although the screen easily gets scratched, the curved glass top provides smooth operation facilitating ease of use. However, it’s not only the scratches that you as a user have to worry about, the watch display is also too prone to fingerprints due to no fingerprint resistant coating. The display brightness is decent and works quite well even during daytime and under direct sunlight.
