Realme has added another stunning smartphone to its V-series portfolio with the Realme V20 5G. The V-series from Realme is the China-exclusive lineup that has never made it outside of Realme’s home market. The smartphone from this V-series is very stylish and offers amazing specs that are worth boasting about.
Realme has now expanded its budget-smartphone portfolio with an all-new V20 5G. The smartphone was silently launched in the offline market and is not available at any online listing so far. The latest smartphone offers a MediaTek Dimensity processor with 5G-connectivity. Here’s all that we know about the smartphone so far!
Realme V20 5G: Specifications
Talking about the features, the brand has not yet revealed much about it though we still have some standard specs about the phone. The Realme V20 5G features a 6.5-inch LCD display with a Full HD+ resolution of 720 x 1600 pixels. The screen also sports a teardrop notch design on the front.
Coming to the powerhouse of the smartphone, it sports the MediaTek Dimensity 700 chipset under the hood to handle all the multi-tasking. Furthermore, it is also equipped with 4 GB RAM paired with 128 GB of built-in storage. It is still unknown whether the device will feature the latest Android 12 OS or support the older Android 11 OS. Unfortunately, the device does lack a fingerprint sensor, which is definitely a bummer.
As for the optics of the phone, it features a 5MP selfie camera at the front. At the back, it features a dual-camera setup with a 13MP primary lens and 0.3MP auxiliary sensor. The alignment of the camera looks very similar to the recently launched Oppo Reno-series phones.
The Realme V20 5G packs a good 5,000mAh battery that also supports 10W fast charging. It comes equipped with a 3.5mm audio jack. The device measures 8.1mm in thickness and weighs around 184 grams.
Realme V20 5G: Price and availability
Talking about the price of this smartphone, the Realme V20 starts at CNY 999 (INR 11,596) in China. Since Realme has never launched V-series phones outside of China, the V20 is also unlikely to arrive elsewhere. Additionally, even if it’s planned to launch outside, we can expect it to come under the brand’s C-series smartphone. The C-series is the budget offering from the Chinese smartphone brand. The Realme V20 is also available in two gorgeous colours: Ink Cloud Black and Star Blue.
Interestingly, the smartphone was first planned to be launched under the name Realme V21, but the company seemingly had different plans. Also, it is launched in the offline market of China, so it’s really difficult to find it listed online for the time being.
With audio industry growing like never before in India, many domestic electronics manufacturers have joined the bandwagon in bringing in products that are not just affordable but also giving a tough competition to the established global players. World of Play, co-founded by Vikas Jain of Micromax and Sandeep Banga, is one such brand that is scaling its highs with one after the other offerings. The company recently launched PlayGo Muze speaker along with BudsLite TWS earbuds and Flaunt neckband. PlayGo Muze is a Bluetooth-enabled portable Karaoke speaker which is made for the party lovers, whether at home or while travelling. Priced at Rs 2,499, the speaker has a lot to offer in terms of specs and features, and here is what we felt about this device after using it for a couple of days.
Build and Design
The PlayGo Muze comes in a Military Green colour which looks decent, and is made of a good quality plastic, which doesn’t look fragile in any way. Having a rectangular design with curved edges, the speaker comes with two woofers on the left and right sides, and four tactile control buttons on the top (offering functionalities like play/pause, backward/forward, volume up/down). Even though it looks a bit bulky, the speaker offers you a comfortable grip in your hand owing to its evenly-distributed weight. Besides, there is a sling strap inside the box, in order to carry it around easily.
The front of the device has an LED display (on the top) which exhibits the modes of function. The company’s logo/branding is placed on the left side of the metal mesh with two 10W speakers underneath both sides. On top of the back is a compartment housing an on/off slider button, a micro-USB charging port, a microSD port, a USB port, a karaoke mic port, a 3.5mm headphone jack and a red indicator showing charging status. On the bottom of the speaker are two rubber stands that hold the surface firmly and do not slide. Although there is no mention of any IP-rating, it’s a good choice for harsher environments, as splashes and dust mean nothing to it.
Overall, the PlayGo Muze speaker is sturdily built and will give you a sophisticated feeling if you carry it outside. It looks slightly pricier than it is.
Functionalities and Performance
Here you get almost all necessary connectivity options that one would expect in a Bluetooth speaker. It pairs fast and easily wirelessly, having a Bluetooth range of 33 feet (up to 10 metres), besides offering facilities like Aux, SD, FM and USB. Setting up this Bluetooth speaker is very straightforward. Once paired, the PlayGo Muze will connect automatically the next time you turn on Bluetooth on your device.
Having two 10W speakers, the all-new PlayGo Muze pumps out 20W in total – this is enough to give you a thrill in a mid-sized room. In terms of audio quality, it offers a good amount of treble but lacks a lot in terms of bass despite having two exposed woofer drums on the sides. Besides offering good lows, the mid ranges and the highs are also magnificent. However, there’s a little bit of distortion at the highest volume, which is quite common with many speakers at the given price point. Moreover, the frequency range of 20Hz~20KHz is not bad.
The best part with this speaker is the Karaoke mode which delivers a good performance. PlayGo also provides a basic external microphone which can be plugged into the speaker. Taken as a whole, the PlayGo Muze is definitely not good for bass-heavy songs but delivered a good performance on songs with a low bass.
In terms of FM, the radio quality was a hit and miss. Interestingly, the PlayGo Muze also has a TWS function which will allow you to pair another Bluetooth speaker to get an immersive sound, but we were unable to take advantage of this feature.
Battery
The PlayGo Muze is powered by a 2,400mAh Li-polymer battery, which claims to offer up to 7 hours of playtime on a single charge. Standing tall to its claim, the battery performed really well during our review, as we mostly used it with mid-level of sound for nearly an hour every day a week. Since there is not fast charging available, it takes around 4 hours to charge fully via the micro-USB port.
Conclusion
The PlayGo Muze offers a decent look and size with Karaoke feature which is good for a small gathering to enjoy a musical evening at home or while travelling. It’s sturdily built and has multiple connectivity options, besides offering you a powerful battery. One area where this device will disappoint you is its bass, which is definitely not good as it delivered a lacklustre performance on bass-heavy songs during our review. Price-wise, it offers a good deal, which you cannot ignore.

Facebook’s Messenger brings a new calling tab for all users
Messenger has started rolling out a calling tab on its app for all the users. The feature will be available to some selected users at first since it is being developed in phases. The users who are getting access to it can actually see the option coming below on the app’s screen between the people and chats tab. On rolling out the feature to the users, Meta added that “the decision to integrate the feature for calls on the Facebook Messenger app’s main screen was taken because of the substantial increase in video and audio calls conducted through another user’s chat window.”
The latest development in the call section placement is to ensure that the users can easily use it on both Android and iOS. The feature is somewhere similar to WhatsApp as the users now don’t have to reach the right-top side of the guard. They can simply continue with their discussion and start a call by tapping on a button.

The app keeps pushing suggested posts on users’ feed based on the posts they already follow on a regular basis along with other posts where they have commented or their common connections have liked. Sometimes users might like the posts and reels which pops-up on their page, but at times they may not interest you at all, and you, at times, would want to break the cycle and turn off the suggestions made by Instagram.
If you do not want to hide the unwanted post on your Instagram, you need to follow these steps:
Here are steps to help you hide the suggested posts from your Instagram wall:
Step 1: Open the Instagram app
Step 2: Click on the three dots on the top right corner of the post which you see on the suggested post
Step 3: The dots will direct you to not see the posts option
Step 4: Now click on the cross icon (This will stop the suggested posts in the feed)

Here’s how to delete an Instagram post:

One Plus is planning the launch of its 10 or 10T variant in the Indian market. The smartphone has been spotted in the wild with only the specs sheet, but a fully fresh look. The upcoming premium device from the brand is expected to feature the most optimized Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset. Furthermore, it is expected to look just like its flagship version One Plus pro which was launched earlier this year.
OnePlus 10T design (Expected)
The camera module coming with this upcoming device looks the same as the one that the OnePlus 10 Pro features. It will sport the same camera island aesthetics that are often compared to a stove-top design. Furthermore, One Plus 10T’s flash is also in the form of a ring making a faux fourth module. From the leaked images, it can be easily said that the device will have a triple camera configuration on the rear. The selfie camera at the front will also come protected as well as placed in a punch hole in the screen.
The new render has been leaked by popular tipster Yogesh Brar in partnership with the website Onsitego. If you look at the render of the OnePlus 10T/OnePlus 10, you’ll see that there seems to be no alert slider. Following this leak, the tipster also claimed that OnePlus will only opt for the alert slider in the more expensive Pro-level devices, which will limit the reach of the slider substantially. OnePlus was the first Android smartphone maker to standardize the alert slider. With Oneplus moving towards a new direction, it is to be seen how hardcore OnePlus fans will accept this situation.
OnePlus 10T specifications (expected)
Though we are still not sure what the upcoming flagship is about to unveil, apart from the name there are some specs leaks that you can expect it to feature. The smartphone is expected to feature a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with Full HD+ resolution. It is also expected to come with a 120Hz refresh rate for effortless scrolling and long gaming sessions without any lag.
Coming to the optics, we can expect the primary lens to feature a 50-megapixel unit with optical image stabilization (OIS). The front camera will also come with a 32-megapixel lens.
Furthermore, the OnePlus 10T is expected to sport a battery of 4,800mAh unit with the phone along with 80W fast charging.
We don’t have the actual price specs of the phone on the sleeves yet, however, it’s expected to launch somewhere within the price bracket of One Plus 10 Pro which sells for a price of Rs 66,999.
