Elon Musk stated the drop in revenue was the reason for sacking out the employees, such a large number that is almost 50% of the workforce. “If you are in the office or on your way to the office, please return home” was the statement received by half of the employees via mail while terminating their employment period on Twitter. This treatment of termination was taken under scrutiny by many ex-twitter employees and they expressed their reproachment to the manner as it was a violation of the WARN act. Subsequently, for this twitter is again under the news as it faces a lawsuit for mass layoffs. Seems like Elon Musk’s plan of terminating the number of employees clearing several departments just backfired. On the 5th of November, the declaration hit the headlines, that this San Francisco-based social media giant company started to fire their employees. This fast-approaching layoff was a bad idea as many analysts suggested that it would be violating the WARN Act under US and California law. Well, this was not overlooked by others, hence they sued Twitter Inc.

The WARN (Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification) Act is written under US and California law, which elaborates on the idea of passing 60-day prior notice to the employees of different departments of a company with more than 100 employees about the inevitable arrangement of mass layoffs. If the organization is planning to engage in terminating some employees that exceed one-third of the workforce the entity is bound to give either the severance pay of 60 days or immediately ask the employee to serve a notice period. However, this was not the case with the mass layoffs on Twitter that aggravated some appalled ex-employees to use the law in their favour.

Nintendo has shipped nearly 3.22 million units in September 2022, which is the end of the second fiscal quarter, due to which the sales shot up to 114 million units whereas the first six months’ sale during the fiscal year was around 6.68 million units.

Realme 10 4G Teased in Rush Black Colour Ahead of Imminent Launch

After multiple leaks leading up to the launch, Realme 10 4G is again gaining attention just a couple of days before its official debut. According to the last reveal, Realme 10 4G was reported to be made available in Clash White colour. Now the brand has also revealed that the smartphone would come in Rush Black colour as well. Realme tweeted divulging the colour options of their upcoming smartphone along with a teaser image that shows its rear panel. The poster teaser image provides a clear shot of the rear panel of the smartphone and reveals that it sports a dual camera setup.

Realme, the Chinese consumer electronics manufacturer that is based in Shenzhen, also confirmed that this upcoming Realme 10 4G smartphone will have a Super AMOLED display and will be powered by a MediaTek Helio G99 SoC.

The images tweeted by the brand also suggest that the smartphone is designed to have a right-side power button along with volume rockers on the same side. The dual-rear camera setup that was clearly visible in the poster teaser image also appears to be supported with LED flash.

According to a company official, the smartphone is all set to have a grand November 9th debit launch in the markets globally. The Realme Indonesia official website was noticed to have listed the smartphone in its database ahead of the official launch. The database listing has interestingly revealed a complete set of specifications of the Realme 10 4G model.

The Realme 10 4G will have a full high definition + Super AMOLED display with 1,080 x 2,400 pixels resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate for optimum performance. The display will also most likely have a hole-punch slot for positioning the selfie camera in the top left corner of the panel. As previously earlier, the Realme 10 4G is supposedly powered by a MediaTek Helio G99 SoC. It most probably will come with 8 GB of onboard RAM along with up to 8 GB of Dynamic RAM.

The smartphone also appears to be featuring a 50 megapixel dual rear camera setup. This dual camera setup will likely have a 16 megapixel front camera for selfies. The Realme 10 4G will function on Android 12 along with the Realme UI 3.0 skin on top. According to the specifications revealed through the Indonesian database, the smartphone will be equipped with UltraBoom speakers as well as Hi-Res audio quality support. The smartphone will carry a 5,000 mAh battery which will be supported by 33 W SuperVOOC fast charging. As per the maker’s claim, the battery would easily last for up to 21 hours of video streaming.

Indian consumer electronics market is highly price sensitive, So while launching any new product, what do you prioritize, is it the quality, or the price?

As I have mentioned above a strike balance has to be maintained to best quality at right price. Some time we have to subsidize with other SKU and sometime we have to charge premium, but yes standard quality is always our priority.

So which platform works best for you in terms of sales, is it the online platform or the offline channels?

IN OEM sales these channels doesn’t matter.

Talking about the price-sensitivity of Indian market, how do you combat the challenge of providing a good quality product in an inexpensive & affordable range?

This is why IBM Research AI Hardware Center is toiling hard for creating a strong and dedicated computer AI chip for which its research has been groundbreaking. The tech giant has named the chip Artificial Intelligence Unit (AIU).

CPU has been a mainstay when it comes to traditional computing even though there have been significant transformations in deep learning models that have given rise to computing in its present state, while applications for general-purpose software suits well to the flexibility of CPUs.

It needs to be mentioned that deep learning models have been used for rendering video game graphics on GPUs and CPUs for more than a decade even though the processor is used for various purposes like optimization of the numerous vector and matrix multiplication operations required in deep learning.

IBM has also revealed that the AI Chip was not created from the scratch and is simply a scaled down version of an AI accelerator like Telum processor from IBM, while there is are 32 cores in the AIU that resemble AI core in the latest z16 system chip from Telum.

The latest tip on iQoo 11 and 11 Pro claims that both smartphones will have fast charging support, a feature different from the detailed specifications revealed previously. iQoo is expected to launch the iQoo 11 and iQoo 11 Pro smartphones in China by the end of this year. If market speculations are to be believed, both smartphone variants may also witness an India launch very soon. However, the brand has not made any details of the launch public and the specifications revealed are also based on multiple leaks of these smartphones. iQoo previously did not have an official launch of the iQoo 10 series in India and rather choose to rename and release the primary iQoo 10 various as iQoo 9T 5G instead.

Popular tech blogging website 91Mobiles in its recent reporting based on input from tipster Digital Chat Station said that the vanilla iQoo 11 could come with a 5,000 mAh battery complemented with a 120 W fast charging. On the other hand, the iQoo 11 Pro battery would most likely have a little smaller 4,700 mAh capacity paired with 200W fast charging support. For those who are unaware of the last iQoo launch, both the iQoo 10 and iQoo 10 Pro launched previously this year also came with fast charging support of 200W and 120W, respectively.

If tipsters’ words are to be considered, both these iQoo smartphones are all set to witness an India launch anytime now. Eager users can expect to have the India launch around the same time as the smartphones will be launched in the Chinese market. Leaks also claim that the primary iQoo 11 will carry the model number I2209 and the iQoo 11 Pro variant will have I2212 as its official model number. As per some Chinese tech blog reports, the China models of the iQoo 11 series have been awarded a 3C certification.

Moreover, the vanilla iQoo 11 may also be packed with a 6.78 inch E6 AMOLED panel display. The smartphone can have Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC and also a triple rear camera setup with 50 megapixel rear camera along with a 16 megapixel selfie camera. The handset will also be supported with up to 12GB of RAM and up to 512GB of onboard storage.

As for the iQoo 11 Pro variant, the leaked iQoo 11 Pro specifications detail that it could adorn a 6.78 inch Samsung E6 2K LTPO display and also have a 144Hz refresh rate for better performance. Tech experts believe this smartphone would pack a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC. It should be noted that all these iQoo 11 Pro and iQoo 11 specifications are based on the recent leaks and report roaming in the media. The 11 Pro variant will also feature a 50 megapixel Sony IMX866 main camera, a 50 megapixel ultra-wide camera sensor along with a complimentary 14.6 megapixel camera telephoto sensor on the back.

A MySmartPrice report about the leak also states that both smartphone are likely to sport the new V2 ISP chip. This could very well improve the lowlight camera performance as well as portrait shots for the users.
