Reason for OnePlus, OPPO Ban
Previously, both OnePlus and its sister company OPPO faced an injunction from a Regional Court in Germany, upholding a patent infringement claim by Nokia.
The conflict led to a temporary halt in sales, stirring uncertainties about their presence in other European markets.
Despite unofficial withdrawals from several European regions, the companies maintained their commitment to these markets.
The resolution of this patent dispute seems to have been a turning point for OnePlus.
