Samsung Galaxy S23 FE is tipped to debut around Q3 this year and this will come as a follow-up to the Galaxy S21 FE.

Now, noted Korean tipster, Connor claims the handset will come with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen1 SoC, which is based on TSMC’s 4nm process.

Samsung’s special Fan Edition models offer the same premium experiences as the brand’s S-series model but with slightly trim-down hardware specifications and design changes.

As we expected more details about the Galaxy S23 FE have started appearing online gradually.

Earlier reports have claimed that Samsung might skip the Galaxy A74 to focus on the next Fan Edition model, which is turning out to be true at the moment. For now, that’s all we know about the Samsung Galaxy S23 FE.

The Korean tipster has revealed that Samsung will ship the smartphone with Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 chipset.

Samsung will price the smartphone attractively to boost sales. The Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 chipset is much better in comparison to the 8 Gen 1 SoC.

The chipset uses TSMC’s 4nm process and offers better performance and power efficiency.
If the report is true, then Samsung might be able to create a positive impact on the smartphone.

Since Samsung has already used the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 with the Galaxy S23 series, it is not possible for them to the same chipset with the Galaxy S23 FE smartphone.

Apart from this, the usage of 8 Gen 2 would also increase the price and might not perform well in the market.

There are rumors around the smartphone that Samsung might the device around USD 150 (approx. Rs 12,430) lesser than the Galaxy S23 smartphone. The Galaxy S23 retails for USD 799.99 (approx. Rs 66,265), so the FE should be priced around USD 649.99 (approx. Rs 53,840).

The product will be selling like hotcakes once launched. Many smartphones in the segment on features like IP rating and wireless charging.

The previous reports revealed that Samsung will skip the Galaxy A74 smartphone to focus on the upcoming S23 FE smartphone. The brand wants to offer a complete makeover for the Galaxy A series smartphones.

Motorola launched the Razr 2022 globally last year in October. The new foldable smartphone from Motorola came with many upgrades over its predecessor, which include a much bigger display on the outside, a powerful Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC and a 144Hz foldable display.

It has been a few months since the launch and now rumours about the Motorola Razr 2023 have surfaced online.

Motorola Razr 2023 First Look Leaked via Design Renders

As seen in the leaked render images above (posted by noted tipster Evan Blass (@evleaks)), this is what the Motorola Razr 2023 might look like.

The cover display of the device occupies almost the whole top rear panel, which has a dual camera setup alongside an LED flash.

The exact size of the cover display is unknown at the moment, but we can expect it to be around 3.26-inch, much like the one found on the OPPO Find N2 Flip.

Moving on to the main display, strangely, the Motorola Razr 2023 does not appear to have any sort of cutout for the selfie camera, which could either mean that the device might feature an under-display front camera or might skip it entirely.

The latter is also a plausible theory, considering the fact that the outer cover display could potentially be used as a viewfinder for taking selfies, that too via the device’s main camera.
This could eliminate the need for a hole in the display, thereby ensuring a more immersive viewing experience.

The specifications of the Motorola Razr 2023 are rather unknown at the moment, but we can expect the brand’s upcoming foldable to be powered by a flagship processor by either Qualcomm or MediaTek.

Motorola Razr 2023 Design Renders

The Motorola Razr 2023 design renders have leaked ahead of the foldable phone’s official launch. The device will have a big cover display. The leaked renders of the upcoming Motorola foldable phone were uploaded by tipster Evan Blass.

The renders show that the cover display almost occupies the whole top rear panel shell.
The foldable phone’s outer display will have three cutouts at the bottom right.

These are for the dual-camera setup and an LED flash. The exact size of the cover display is unknown. However, by the looks of it, the Razr 2023 might have a cover display bigger than the OPPO Find N2 Flip, which has a 3.26-inch outer screen.

On the inside, the phone does not have any cutout for the front camera, according to the leaked design renders shared by The Tech Outlook.

It could be possible that Motorola launches the phone with an under-screen front camera or none at all. And it might make sense as the cover display itself is large enough to be used as a viewfinder for clicking selfies.

This will also help get an immersive viewing experience when using the foldable screen.
The bezels around the foldable display are fairly narrow.

The frame is also curved, which should help offer comfortable grip. At the moment, no specifications of the phone have leaked online.

However, we can expect the Razr 2023 to feature a flagship SoC from Qualcomm or Media Tek.

It would be interesting to see if the company manages to increase the battery capacity of the phone, considering the consumption by the bigger displays could be more.

Motorola has not confirmed the official launch timeline of the Razr 2023. While the 2022 Razr did not make it to India (at least at the time of writing this), we hope that the upcoming foldable phone from Motorola launches later this year in the country.
