So, if this phone uses a processor so powerful, then it will definitely be able to go toe-to-toe with the top phones of the year. Sure, it’s half of a generation behind, but the differences in day-to-day performance will be negligible.
With a higher-performing chip, we’re also expecting a higher price tag along with it.

Not only is Nothing using a more expensive SoC, but the diminishing economy means that manufacturing the phone will be even more expensive.
We’re not sure how much the phone will cost when it hits the shelves, but let’s hope that it’s close to that of the Nothing Phone (1).

Of course, for those that were hoping for and wanted the best possible internals inside the Nothing Phone 2, it looks like that probably won’t be happening this year. The most recent leak confirms that Samsung has no plans of launching the Galaxy S23 FE in the pipeline. Instead, it may launch a “Tri-Fold” display device, some time this year.

Popular Tipster Yogesh Brar revealed this news on Twitter. He suggested that Samsung may launch an improved version of the Z Fold 5 and the Flip 5, alongside a Tri-Fold display this year.

There have been widespread rumors that Samsung is planning to release a new Fan Edition phone later this year, speculated to be called the Galaxy S23 FE. The last Fan Edition device released by Samsung was the Galaxy S21 FE 5G, but the company decided to skip the S22 FE.

However, according to the latest reports, Samsung has decided to forgo a more affordable version of its flagship phone in favour of a new type of folding smartphone.

According to a tweet from tipster Yogesh Brar, Samsung is not currently developing a Galaxy S23 FE, contrary to recent rumors that suggested the device is in active development and will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset.

Instead, the company is reportedly working on an improved version of its Z series foldable phones.

This new line is expected to include the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 5 and the Galaxy Z Flip 5, which will be released later this year.

In addition, the tweet mentions that Samsung is working on a tri-fold phone that will fold like a book.

This is not the first time we’ve heard about this concept, as Samsung has been rumored to be working on a dual-hinge Galaxy Z Fold successor since 2018. Last year, the company even showcased a working prototype of a tri-fold phone.

The double-folding design of the tri-fold phone will likely resemble a small tablet when folded out, with a larger display than the Galaxy Z Fold 4.

Other phone manufacturers have attempted to bring a similar design to market, but the challenge lies in delivering a device with both inward and outward folding mechanisms.

Samsung has made some headway in this area and showcased a prototype at CES earlier this year called a “Flex in and out” display platform.

Although foldable displays were not durable in the past, Samsung’s continued efforts to push the boundaries of foldable phones are exciting.

This suggests that the company sees the form factor as the future of smartphones and is continuously pushing the boundaries to deliver a product in the near future.

While the launch of the Samsung Galaxy S23 FE has been speculated right from the start, Samsung’s interest into developing a “Tri-Fold” display could have arisen from the success of its foldable phones, notably the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold smartphones, and the concept phones it displayed at CES 2022.

Samsung demostrated three foldable display at CES 2022 called the Flex S, Flex G, Flex Slidable. The Flex S display comes with three panels and opens up outwards like a pamphlet. The Flex G, on the other hand, folds inwards twice like a wallet. The Flex Slidable is said to be similar to the Oppo X 2021.

During CES 2023, Samsung showcased a prototype for a “Flex In and Out” display with a 360-degree rotating screen. This means the display can rotate both inwards and outwards up to a full 360-degree.

Samsung’s foldable phones to date have a single hinge that allows the device to be “folded”, but the earlier-mentioned displays come with three foldable parts. The “Flex In and Out” display is said to use a water-drop hinge design that allows it to be able to turn a full 360-degree.

Ever since these displays have been showcased, there has been constant speculation whether Samsung would incorporate these displays into any of foldable handset, or rather introduce a third foldable handset alongside the Galaxy Fold and Galaxy Flip smartphones.

An earlier report also claimed that Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 5 would come with a 6.2-inch display like its predecessors. The report claimed that Samsung wanted to iron out the issues plaguing foldable phones such as display creases and the thickness of the device.

However, for fans of the Samsung Galaxy S23 who were hoping for the Galaxy S23 FE variant to launch could have to wait until clearer details emerge on the subject.

The ROG Phone 7 Ultimate will pack more RAM and storage. It is said to offer 16GB of RAM and 512GB of storage.

The vanilla model could come with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. As expected, the devices will run Android 13 out of the box.

Indian Premier League (IPL) is set to start on March 31. On the occasion, Reliance Jio has announced new Cricket plans for its customers.
The new plans will be available for both new and existing users and offer data up to 3GB per day.
Along with that, the telecom operator is also offering add-on free data vouchers. Also, the all-new Cricket plans come with unlimited 5G data.

With IPL 2023 right around the corner and free to stream on Jio Cinema, Reliance Jio has launched some special plans tailor-made for cricket fans this season.
The telecom service provider is offering three new prepaid recharge plans for new and existing customers.
The plans offer 3GB/day data, up to 84 days validity, and additional free data vouchers to ensure you don’t run out of data when streaming IPL 2023 over Jio’s 5G network. These base plans can further be upgraded with new Cricket Add-On packs, which will allow users to boost the total data availability associated with their plans.
The upcoming season of IPL will be streamed on Jio Cinema in 4K resolution.

A Jio spokesperson has also hinted at more such plans in the coming days by stating, “Many more such interesting announcements will follow in the next few days related to cricket and the immersive experiences that Jio has lined up for its users.”

Jio Launches three plans priced at Rs 219, Rs 399, and Rs 999

Priced at Rs 219, Rs 399, and Rs 999, these plans give 14 days, 28 days, and 84 days of validity, respectively.

These plans give access to Jio’s True, G service, which is currently free, and are available to both new and existing subscribers

The Rs 219 plan is accompanied by a free voucher of Rs 25 with an additional 2GB data, while the Rs 399 plan offers a voucher of Rs 61 with 6GB additional data.
The Rs 999 plan offers the biggest bonus of all – a Rs 24I voucher that adds an extra 40GB of data to the user’s pack.

Jio Launches Data Add-on plans priced at Rs 222, Rs 444, and Rs 667

The data add-on plans are available in three denominations – Rs 222, Rs 444, and Rs 667.

The Rs 222 plan has a validity of the base plan and offers 50GB of additional data.
The Rs 444 plan adds an additional 100GB of data to the user’s base plan and has a validity of 60 days.

The Rs 667 plan is the most generous of them all, offering a whopping 150GB of additional data and a validity of 90 days. These plans have the same validity as the user’s base plan, and are designed to provide users with extra data in case they need it while streaming the IPL 2023 matches.

With Jio’s True5G service currently free of charge, cricket lovers can enjoy uninterrupted streaming of IPL 2023 matches on Jio Cinema in 4K resolution.

The Moto G53s 5G model has 4GB of memory and comes pre-installed with Android 13. On top of Android, a MyUX layer will enable personalisation and personalisation choices.

The upcoming smartphone’s screen likely offers an HD+ resolution of 720 × 1600 pixels. At present, the screen size is not known, the report said.
