As of late, Twitter is involved in a legal tussle with the mighty Elon Musk, after the latter had proposed to buy it out for a jaw dropping $44 million but later backed out of the deal around July 2022, owing to the innumerable spam accounts and bots that Twitter has, or so Musk claimed.

Later, Musk reversed his decision and plans to go ahead with the deal as he originally intended, which was met with a sigh of relief from both sides as they feared the legal hassle will continue for a longer period of time.

In the midst of it all, Twitter employees are in for some bad news as the company has denied to give payoffs to them and clarified the same, owing to Musk’s plans to purchase the entire company, because the Tesla CEO is considering layoffs at the org, hence Twitter’s plans for job cuts to its employees.

The general counsel has already mailed to its employees regarding no layoffs, while the organizations’ current management is planning to pare the payroll of the company by about $800 million by the end of 2023, which means that nearly a fourth of the workforce will be packing up.

It is the human resource staff that denied mass layoffs for the employees, and there were quite a few documents that showed extensive plans to have staff pushed out, whilst infrastructure costs were already slashed, which was before Musk announced its plan to purchase Twitter.

Amidst the ongoing Russia-Ukraine War, the main chief of SpaceX has come up with different proposals to end the conflict, whilst claiming that SpaceX can no longer continue funding its Starlink internet services in Ukraine, thereby backing out and bearing the penalties of the service.

The Joe Biden Administration is in talks of subjecting some of Musk’s ventures to national reviewing, which includes both his Twitter deals and SpaceX’s Starlink Satellite Network, which is said to be in its early stages as the US Govt. officials are duly weighing the availability of tools through which they can review said ventures.

The Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) is said to be the one that’ll review Musk’s ventures like his financial assets and capital among others, which makes sense as CFIUS comes under the US Department of Treasury and the main element that might trigger the review is the presence of foreign investors in the consortium.

It will be interesting to see how things turn out in the end because the national review of a huge organization is no easy task but the Biden administration seems to have made up its mind in going through with it in full measure.

As smartphone enthusiasts across regions are bracing themselves for the launch of iQOO 11 Pro soon, the key specifications recently surfaced online via an unexpected leak.

One of the popular internet gadget leakster indicated all that is to be expected of the latest iQOO device in a tweet. It is believed that the all new handset will have a 6.78″ 2K LTPO, 120Hz display, Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC processor, 8/12GB RAM and 256/512GB storage.

Samsung is expected to soon come up with next flagship offering in the Galaxy series. With the launch of Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23+ and Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra lined up, the tradition of leaking renders online continues. This is allegedly the second updated render leak for Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra on Twitter within the gap of one month. On the lines of previous leaks, these renders also reveal rounded corners, slim bezels and a 6.8-inch display.

The design upgrades as per the latest leaked renders is minimal when compared to the last Galaxy S22 model. The successor is now believed to have a thinner metal frame but carried a S22 style chin of similarly-size at the bottom of the screen. The renders leaked before this latest leak had shown a slimmer chin at the bottom as compared to the last launch Galaxy S22.

The first renders that were leaked last month showed a rear camera layout almost identical to Galaxy S22 Ultra with a centrally-placed hole-punch cutout. It also showed the traditional power button on the right side along with the volume rocker. For the display size, the company might go with the 163.4 x 78.1 x 8.8 mm. As per the rumours, these Smartprix leaks in association with the internet popular leakster Steve H.McFly (@OnLeaks) were said to have come out well ahead of the scheduled time.
