Horizon Zero Dawn

Horizon Zero Dawn takes place in the 31st century, in a post-apocalyptic world where colossal machines dominate the land. Human civilization has regressed to tribal societies of hunters and gatherers who survive in immense forests, imposing mountain ranges, and the atmospheric ruins of their ancestors – all while the machines become increasingly powerful.

Sony games adapted to TV series: Horizon Zero dawn

The player controls Aloy, a huntress who uses her speed, cunning, and agility to stay alive and protect herself and others against the force, size, and power of the machines. The game features sci-fi and mystical elements which seems so real and lively.

Gran Turismo

For all the cars lovers and GTA lovers, Gran Turismo is a fresh racing game developed by Polyphony Digital and published by Sony Interactive Entertainment. The trailer almost gave us a sniff of Gasoline as they appeared to be so realistic with super quirky customization options on everything from engines to decals.

Sony games adapted to TV series: Gran Turismo

The appeal of the Gran Turismo series is due significantly to its graphics, a large number of licensed vehicles, attention to vehicle detail, accurate driving physics emulation, and the ability to tune performance, hence the subtitle “The Real Driving Simulator”, incorporated to the franchise’s iconography since Gran Turismo 4. Handling of the vehicles is modelled on real-life driving impressions, tuning is based on principles of physics, and the sound of the vehicle’s engine is based on recordings of the actual vehicles. The game has been a flagship for the PlayStation console’s graphics capabilities and is often used to demonstrate the system’s potential.

Well, this is not the only Sony game adaptation that we are going to witness. Ever since the release of “Uncharted- The movie” Sony has collected applauds from not only the gaming industry but the TV industry as well. Uncharted paved its way into the game film and television industry, and strategies have been implemented quite smoothly. After the Uncharted, we also saw its popular works on TV like ” Ghost of Tsushima” and “The Last Survivor” as well. Also, not just the visuals, the content is also worth looking forward to. In terms of the fan base, “Horizon” and “God of War” are naturally comparable. The only thing that makes people curious is what will “Romantic Tour of Sports Car” going to look like? Also, the characters are also creating a buzz in the head. Just like Tom holland justified Nathan Drake in every aspect, how Kartos is going to look like?

Xsolla

In its bid to ensure more opportunities for developers to launch and grow their games around the world, Xsolla, a global video game commerce company, has expanded its mobile and digital distribution solutions. Xsolla has added a new checkout feature – in addition to a bouquet of new features designed especially for mobile gaming – to help developers scale their business with sale and distribution of Non Fungible Tokens, which are commonly referred to as NFTs.

Even as increased revenue generation for developers is the prime objective of Xsolla Web Shop, the company has now unveiled Xsolla Digital Distribution Hub, which connects games to a global network of apps, internet service providers (ISPs), banks, and other channels to help developers reach players and gain revenue from every transaction.

Chris Hewish, President of Xsolla, said, “Xsolla is committed to providing best-in-class services and support for developers worldwide to help them reach more players in more geographies. We continue to develop new features that target the key challenges of marketing, launching, and monetizing video games. We have more to come in 2022 that will keep our partners ahead of the constantly evolving game climate.”

The latest additions and developments are attuned to the ever expanding mobile gaming landscape, which lead the global gaming revenue and propel the need of a Mobile Web Shop, it said. To help mobile game developers reach more players and remain at the forefront of the ongoing revolution, the Xsolla Web Shop for mobile games has added new features, such as:

Expanded Analytics: Developers can create a transparent funnel that will increase efficiency in bringing new players to their Web Shop. This will help developers understand the player experience online and determine where and how users engage with their game.

Unique Promotions: This built-in component helps developers benefit from in-app purchases through their Web Shop. Within the online experience, developers can provide promotional offers and launch discount campaigns, promo code offers, and bonuses to boost sales and bring new players online.

Subscriptions Management: To help developers sell a complete catalog of digital goods in their Web Shop, Xsolla added robust subscription features. This allows developers to gain and retain new customers, create loyalty, generate reliable revenue streams, and manage subscriptions with confidence.

The other most significant milestone, as mentioned earlier is the Xsolla Digital Distribution Hub, which connects games to a global network of apps, ISPs, banks, and other channels to help developers reach players and gain revenue from every transaction. This new solution empowers gamers to discover and support their favourite games through an optimized multi-platform experience and allows them to pay how and when they want. Developers can now benefit from increased market penetration and brand awareness through distribution channels, such as super apps, online banking apps and mobile carrier marketplaces. With the Digital Distribution Hub, your game can reach a vast audience of new users, save on distribution costs, and boost overall revenue and engagement.

Bharat Claims: An app that helps you in claiming insurance in a few simple steps

0
BHARAT CLAIMS

Indians are usually unaware of their free or hidden insurance policies, especially provided with credit, debit cards, bank accounts, and government schemes such as PM Jeevan Suraksha Bima Yojna and Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojna, PM Gharib Kalyan Yojna (for health workers fighting COVID-19), PF account and Gas Cylinders etc. There are many such insurance policies provided for free but due to lack of awareness, reluctance on the part of insurance companies, and complicated claim processes, nominees or families are not able to get the claims in case of a death in the family.

Ramesh Chandra’s (name changed) brother died recently due to illness and the family was in financial distress. He got connected with a friend who was an insurance agent and got to know about a tech-enabled claims facilitator mobile app and uploaded his brother’s Aadhaar on the app. And within a month, the family received Rs 7 lakh claim as the deceased had worked for a company in Mumbai and he had an insurance policy with his PF account, unknown to the nominee and the family. ‘Bharat Claims’ facilitated the process and the insurer was pressed to settle the claim.

Now, India@75 gears up to disrupt the ways Indians claim their known and unknown insurance policies. The world’s first AI-based consumer mobile app – Bharat Claims – through its tech-enabled human-driven initiative has shown the ways for people to get rid of insurers’ reluctance and complicated processes and claim their known or unknown or free or premium paid insurance policies.

According to IBEF, the life insurance industry is expected to increase at a CAGR of 5.3% between 2019 and 2023. India’s insurance penetration was pegged at 4.2% in FY21, with life insurance penetration at 3.2% and non-life insurance penetration at 1.0%. In terms of insurance density, India’s overall density stood at US$ 78 in FY21.

“Historically, India has suffered a trust deficit in insurance, causing very low consumer penetration. Insurance reach is still very low in India. The root cause of which is the complicated and erratic claims settlement process. ‘Bharat Claims’ is an AI-enabled transparent and easy-to-use mobile app. Due to its ease of claiming insurance and discovering free unknown insurances, every insurance consumer in India will eventually download this mobile app,” said Kavinder Khurana, Social Entrepreneur and MD of Bharat Claims.

The idea of insurance tech originated in 2021. A team of insurance tech experts joined hands to develop ‘Bharat Claims’ and in that year only, in its experimental phase, facilitated claims totaling Rs 8 crore for 250 families. Now, thousands of families in Gujarat, Rajasthan, West Bengal, and other states are in the process of getting their claims, facilitated by ‘Bharat Claims.’

“It is the biggest insuretech disruption. Imagine you can help your near and dear ones to claim free or unknown insurance of the deceased member in their family with the Bharat Claim mobile app. We would urge all Indian citizens to download the app to know what free or unknown insurance they already have and nominate their family members to claim it,” added Kavinder Khurana.

Delays and rejections of claims are not uncommon in the insurance sector and it is one of the main reasons for the low penetration of insurance in a 1.4 billion population country. ‘Bharat Claims’ ensures seamless insurance claims are part of people’s daily life with a click.

“The government, through its banking system, collects Rs 12 and Rs 330 per account holder as premium for Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Suraksha and PM Jeevan Jyoti Beema Yojna Insurance schemes, respectively. Over the years, the premium collection has crossed Rs 60 crore per annum. We find that there is an urgent need to provide people with a tech-enabled mechanism to get their known, unknown, and free insurance claims timely and without any hassle. We developed this app with efforts in the last 3 years and now anyone can download it from Google Play Store. After uploading Aadhaar Card and other details, we provide the user with information about all the free and unknown insurance policies. In case of anyone’s death, we facilitate speedy claims for their family and dependents,” said Hitesh Saini, CEO, Bharat Claims.

“Bharat Claims mobile app integrates all isolated, opaque, and fragmented government databases into one platform which can fetch out policy details by just Aadhaar number or Aadhaar scan. From helping in claiming free insurance to providing expert assistance in claim settlements, Bharat claims has emerged as the first of its kind one-stop tech platform,” added Saini.

So, if consumers are facing any difficulties regarding their insurance policies and claim settlement, with ‘Bharat Claims’ on their mobile, they can be at ease. Moreover, the app provides some value-added services such as Insurance Score (like CIBIL) so that a consumer gets a discount on their future policy premiums. Instant financing in case of reimbursement claims during hospitalization is also possible through the Bharat Claims mobile app. In the case of third-party insurance claims also, if consumers face problems, the disruptors- ‘Bharat Claims’- are out there to facilitate and help, it said.
