There is good news for those who want to write long posts on Twitter but are unable to do due to the 280-word character limit. The latest development has come after the micro-blogging site introduced Circle and closed captions for iOS and Android apps.

Twitter has announced to introduce a new feature called Notes. According to the latest update, Twitter is testing the new feature to allow users to share essay-style write-ups as a link.

The latest feature is getting tested after Twitter noticed that users share images of longer write-ups and announcements on their Twitter handle.

The upcoming feature is in testing mode among a select group of writers in Canada, Ghana, UK, and the US. The testing will continue for two months.

With the availability of the new feature Notes, Twitter users will be able to see a prominent headline, which they can click on to access the full copy. This will allow users to keep people on the platform longer, instead of steering them away for longer announcements and messages.

In addition to the text, users will also be able to embed photos, gifs, and other media content directly into the note itself. They can even edit Notes, even after they have been published.

The micro-blogging site also confirmed that Revue, the newsletter company bought by Twitter last year, would be part of the Twitter Write and the Notes feature.

The introduction of the Notes is important as many leaders and writers use Twitter daily to share their expertise and advice on topics their audiences care about. Notes will let them do that more efficiently and organize their content better, as they will have a dedicated place for their followers to find it.

What is closed captions?

Earlier, Twitter announced rolling out a button to toggle captions for its video player on its iOS and Android applications. Initially, the feature was available for to a limited number of iOS users.

The Closed captions button will be visible on the top-right corner of the video if it has captions available. It will let users choose whether they want to see captions for the video or not quickly.

Until now, closed captions showed up on Twitter videos on your mobile phone depending on many factors including whether you have turned it on in your phone’s accessibility settings and whether you are watching a video with your sound off. While that is still the case, you can now easily turn captions on and off when you want, similar to how the implementation works on the Twitter website.

Shopping made easy with this new WhatsApp update: Check details

WhatsApp has been testing a variety and number of latest updates to improve the user experience to the best. It is constantly bringing more diverse ways in which users can communicate with each other more creatively and interactively. It’s not too long since the platform introduced new privacy features for both profile pictures and story status. Now, in addition

In addition to this, the company has also made it easier for users to shop on its platform. WhatsApp has introduced WhatsApp Pay coupled with the latest features for the Business accounts to help the small and medium businesses. Using the platform they can easily reach the target audience with more engagements and interactions with their customers. At the same time, the company has made it easier for users to shop online. Now, word is that the messaging app is working on a new feature that will further enhance the shopping experience on WhatsApp.

Create Order

According to a report by WABetaInfo, WhatsApp is working on a new feature called ‘Create Order’ within WhatsApp chats that will enable businesses to create new orders for their customers quickly. A screenshot of the feature in development shared by the blog shows that after tapping the Orders shortcut, a new section called Create order shows up that lets users add some items to the order. In addition to that, users can also add their quantity. Once users have added all the items and their quantity, it will automatically calculate the total amount that shoppers owe to the business. “When the order is ready, it will automatically be shared in the chat where the order has been created from,” the blog site says.

This feature will be particularly helpful for small businesses, such as local Kirana stores, near residential areas or for businesses that mostly operate online.

Create Order

In the larger scheme of things, features like these will turn WhatsApp into a shopping destination, especially for groceries, food and other household items by connecting businesses with shoppers and giving them a common and easy-to-use platform for the purpose.

It is worth noting that at the moment, this feature is available to the beta users of WhatsApp Business’ Desktop app. However, the company is also planning to make this feature available on WhatsApp beta for Android and iOS.

What else?

Apart from the above-mentioned feature, WhatsApp is also working on introducing a new tab in the ‘Advertise on Facebook’ section that lets users of WhatsApp’s Business app track their ads on Facebook. As of now, businesses can only check a list of their ads configured for the “Click to WhatsApp” action. They also need to open Facebook to track them in detail. However, a future version of this feature will let businesses get the same information right within this section without opening Facebook. This feature is in development and there is no word on when it will be released within the app.

WhatsApp new features

WhatsApp has also announced that now a user can add up to 512 participants in a group chat. So, now you can be connected with all of your team in a single group. Also Read: WhatsApp rolling out the ability to add 512 members to a group: Know how to use the feature

WhatsApp also introduces some new privacy features for the group calls as well. Now the users can mute specific members on an ongoing call. One of the highlights of this upcoming functionality is that you would be able to mute any person, including the host. The upcoming was also pointed out previously as the video calling feature lacked a few functionalities. Now it has another great set of new features to help you maintain your privacy a little more. Sennheiser CX True Wireless Earphone Review – A talented pair of earbuds

Sennheiser CX True Wireless Review Earbuds Review: There's a lot to love here!

The Sennheiser CX True Wireless in-ear headphones attempt to deliver great sound quality and incorporate the company’s TrueResponse drivers, which, at least according to the datasheet, bear resemblance to those used in the Momentum True Wireless 2. The earbuds lack ANC and incorporate purely passive noise cancellation instead. Sennheiser’s Transparent Hearing functionality is also not supported.  At the time of writing, the MSRP in Germany is 129 Euro ($129 in the US), although the price occasionally dips down into double-digit territory.

Case and ergonomics – the CX True Wireless features splash resistance

Both the charging case and the headphones are made out of matte black plastic, but the perceived quality is quite high nonetheless. The earbuds are held in place with magnets when resting inside their case and although they rattle slightly when shaken, they charge reliably. The lid’s magnetic closure isn’t particularly strong but still does its job. The charging contacts on the earphones themselves are recessed deeply enough to avoid contact with the skin.

In order to insert the earbuds into the ear canal, we had to use a slight twisting motion. Once inserted, they remained locked in place during vigorous physical activity and even headbanging. To ensure an optimal fit, Sennheiser includes four different sizes of silicone ear tips. If needed, replacement tips can be ordered cheaply directly from Sennheiser. The CX True Wireless is IPX4 certified and should be able to withstand splashing water and rain.

In addition to the headphones and the aforementioned silicon ear adapters, the box also includes a short USB cable (Type-A to Type-C; 28 cm / 11 in).

Features and Operation – Sennheiser CX True Wireless with aptX support

With the CX True Wireless, Sennheiser is emphasizing sound quality above everything else and consequently, the earphones lack features like Transparent Hearing, Active Noise Cancellation, or wireless charging. The CX True Wireless supports the SBC, AAC, and aptX codecs, which is good news for those interested in high-resolution audio streaming. The headphones offer up to 9 hours of playback time, a claim we were able to substantiate during our testing as well.

Sennheiser CX True Wireless Review
Sennheiser CX True Wireless Review

Setup is simple and involves pairing the headphones with the respective smartphone, tablet or computer. Sennheiser’s Smart Control App, which is available for Android and iOS/iPadOS, allows for a more granular configuration of the earbuds. You can control the earbuds via small touch panels, which are configurable in the Smart Control App according to your preferences. Using the app, the user can also tweak the integrated Equalizer and update the firmware.

Sound – TWS headphones with impressive sound

According to the datasheet, the Sennheiser CX True Wireless is equipped with comparatively compact 7 mm drivers, which provide an identical frequency response (5-21,000 Hz) as the transducers used in the Momentum True Wireless 2. To put it into context: the drivers of the Galaxy Buds2 are about 50 per cent larger and measure 11 mm.

Size is obviously not everything and from an acoustic standpoint, the CX True Wireless play in a different league than the aforementioned Galaxy Buds2. The headphones are surprisingly powerful even down in the bass register and the overall sound is both balanced and accurate. What is missing is the last bit of airiness in the treble response – the Momentum 2 is better in that regard – but the CX True Wireless still sets the standard for the price range. Users desiring even more bass can dial in Bass Boost, which improves the lows, but muddles the mids and highs somewhat in our opinion. Of course, it all comes down to personal taste.

Sennheiser CX True Wireless

As impressive as the sound quality is, the performance of the microphones is a very different story. Even in quiet rooms, the CX True Wireless disappoints sorely when it comes to telephony or video conferencing. Our own voice comes across as weak and somewhat choppy, with plenty of sound artifacts. Add some background noise to the mix and a conversation is next to impossible. When we found ourselves at a busy intersection, our conversation partner on the other end of the line didn’t hear much aside from a cacophony of noise and clacking sounds.

Verdict – Great headphones, but subpar microphones

The CX True Wireless in-ear headphones are designed to deliver great sound quality and as far as that goal is concerned, they do set a new standard within their price bracket. Potential buyers interested in headset functionality need to look elsewhere, however. The integrated microphones are lackluster at best even in very quiet environments.

When it comes to the battery life, the True Wireless headphones from Wedemark once again impress with run times of 9 hours per charge, even when using the high-resolution aptX codec. What’s missing are goodies like Transparent Hearing, ANC, and automatic ear detection – all features the Sennheiser CX Plus version offers.

From a sound quality perspective, the Sennheiser CX True Wireless doesn’t really have a direct competitor. Should telephony be on the agenda, however, Huawei’s FreeBuds Pro might be an alternative

Here's an easy guide to gain more followers on Instagram for free

Growing an Instagram account is all about one thing- How many followers you’ve got? It all cuts down to the chase if you have more followers on the platform or not. How many likes are on your latest post? Did you hit that 10,000 followers milestone yet?

Growing an account takes time and patience, but it will be a lot more comfortable and a lot easier with these tips and tricks below.

Let’s begin!

The first thing you must know is that Instagram is all about numbers. And if you want to get more followers, you have to make yourself interesting and noticed.

That’s the point at which a lot of people tend to give up. But it’s not
necessary.

If you want to become popular and have many followers, you should realize that social networks are a big game. You want to be noticed for your clever hashtags, excellent photos, and likes to get more of them.

Becoming popular is hard, and it takes time. But here are some tips on how to grow your Instagram account by getting free Instagram followers as well as likes without spending a single cent.

1. Use apps like GetInsFollowers

You can get hundreds, if not thousands, of followers using an app like GetInsFollowers, which is offered by the platform insfollowers. You can even get free Instagram likes too. It’s an excellent way to get started if you are on a tight budget. Before purchasing IG likes you should read Instant reviews.

2. Follow other users with similar interests

You can find new and interesting people by searching the hashtag sections of Instagram.

Follow other users with similar interests

The hope is that they’ll follow you back. Sometimes it works, but don’t be surprised if it doesn’t always.

3. Respond to the comments of others

Always try to find time to like and comment on the photos of other users’ posts. Keep in mind that it’s a plus if your comment is appropriate and fits the content of the picture. Reply with a nice message or maybe an emoji; that usually works too.

4. Get your family and friends to support your account

A great way to grow your Instagram following is to get your family and friends to follow you. If they read your posts, they might like them and start following you too. That’s another way to do it for free without having to buy Instagram followers.

5. Ask people to follow you in your posts

Another way to gain more followers is to ask your audience or readers to follow you in your posts! People who see your post by searching hashtags will see the suggestion and follow you. It sounds corny, but it does work.

6. Have accounts with lots of followers tag you in their posts

Getting tagged is a big deal. It means an exposure that most people would pay big bucks for. You can get a ton of free Instagram likes without you having to do anything at all.

7. Post super great content that people want to follow

The most important thing is that if you post great content, other people will want to follow you. Content that people are sharing, liking and sharing more than others. If people like it, they will share it, and your account will grow.

Conclusion

As you can see, getting likes and followers is very easy with these tips. If you combine all of these, you will have a massive follow count, and you will be one of the popular Instagram users that are followed by tons of people.

Easy ways to make your reels go viral on social media

It’s not been long since Instagram introduced reels to help creators engage more with their followers. Ever since TikTok got banned in India, Instagram is there for everyone. But creating viral reels is a matter of a lot of time and hard work. Also, making reels that go viral required binge-worthy content and a lot of research. But, this just doesn’t end here!

Instagram Reels are a hot trend now and even if you’re new to the concept, this is what helps you go viral all over. If you’re new to the concept, these are basically quick, interesting clips made up of one or multiple photos and videos. Chances that you’ve scrolled through them in your newsfeed are quite high. And the best part? You don’t have to be a huge or popular creator. Anybody can create them, regardless of their editing experience. So if you too want to make reels that actually go viral, here are top-7 tips. Check it out!

Also Read: Instagram announces new ways to tackle the age issue in a better way

Easy ways to create viral reels on Instagram

  • Remove watermarks
  • Use trending music
  • Make high-quality videos
  • Stay in community guidelines
  • Try closed captions
  • Shoot vertically and use your own reel cover
  • Do fun transitions

1. Remove Watermarks

To give your videos the best chances of performing well, we advise you to remove watermarks from the videos you want to upload. This could be watermarks of editing apps you’re using or other platforms where you’re making the videos.

Many Instagram users make the mistake of uploading videos with TikTok watermarks. Instagram’s algorithm can detect TikTok’s watermarks in videos. To increase the likelihood of your videos appearing in Instagram’s Explore section, remove any watermarks.

When you’re creating an Instagram Reel, look for songs that are popular and trending. If you know of a song that is trending and is likely to go viral online, use that song. If you can’t find a song like that, simply choose one that fits your theme.

Adding music to your Reels lets you keep up with trends while making you more discoverable on the platform. You can also be a part of fun challenges that Instagram releases from time to time.

3.  Make high-quality videos

The most successful Instagram Reels tend to be the ones that are professionally edited. That’s not always the case, but the most important difference between viral and non-viral Instagram Reels is the quality of the video.

A good quality video has two things: good lighting and high resolution. If you’re using your phone, make sure you have sufficient light. If you’re filming in an indoor setting, consider buying a ring light, which softens the shadows and makes for a better image.

Likewise, if you’re shooting outdoors, try to film during times of the day when there is less sunlight, or at least avoid filming directly in the sun.

4. Stay in community guidelines

This one is a no-brainer. If you don’t violate community guidelines through your posts, Reels, and stories, you have a better shot at going viral. Or else, you might face a temporary or permanent ban. Why risk getting into trouble?

Easy ways to create viral reels on Instagram

Respect intellectual property rights, don’t post anything related to nudity unless it’s for medical purposes and steer clear of terrorism, bigotry, organized crime, hate groups, or fake news. As a creator on Instagram, you should always be up-to-date with the Community Guidelines.

5. Try closed captions

Keep in mind that many Instagram users watch videos without sound, so providing captions or text will help them understand the content if there is no audio. This will also allow people who are hard of hearing to understand the video.

Influencers on Instagram can find it difficult to create captions that reflect the mood of the video or add necessary information; they may even omit captions altogether. However, when they make the extra effort, they make their Reels more discoverable while increasing engagement.

With video captions, users can search for keywords that appear in the captions, rather than being restricted to searching for hashtags or picture captions. This searchability helps make Reels go viral.

6. Shoot vertically and use your own reel cover

Video files can be uploaded either in a vertical or horizontal format, but it’s ideal to shoot and upload videos vertically since they will then take up the entire screen of the mobile device.

Creating a custom Reel cover image can also help your video stand out and pull users in to watch it. In addition to giving your Reels a distinct identity, custom covers can make your video more eye-catching when it is viewed as a thumbnail. Remember to create your cover in the same format that you’re shooting the video in.

7. Do fun transitions

If you want to stand out on Instagram and make your Reels look more professional, learn how to master transitions. You can use a variety of transitions to spice up your video, including the snap and cut/jump ones. To create these, you need to master two simple tools: the timer and the align tool.

To make a jump cut, you must first record or select several video clips. Then, you need to piece together the segments and align the frames.
