A Delhi-bound Air India flight got delayed in Udaipur on Monday after a passenger’s cell phone battery faced malfunction during take-off. The cell phone battery faced the problem after the plane took off from Udaipur’s Dabok Airport for Delhi.

However, official checked and fixed the issue and then the plane took off from Udaipur within an hour. The pilot landed the plane after smoke was seen in the plane.

Notably, this is the second incident involving Air India that has come to light in the last couple of days. However, no one was injured flowing the explosion of the cell phone.

A similar incident was reported last month when Air India’s San Francisco-bound flight made emergency landing in Russia’s Magadan after a mid-air engine failure.

The Delhi-SFO flight was then diverted to the port city following a mid-air glitch in one of the Boeing 777-200LR engines. Over 200 passengers was stranded there for two days and the flight landed in San Francisco on June 8.

Later on June 7, Air India sent a ferry flight to Magadan, in Russia to fly 216 stranded passengers and 16 crew members onward to their original destination San Francisco. “Flight AI173D landed safely in San Francisco (SFO) at 0007 Hours on 08 June 2023 (local time),” the airline had said.

Prior to this incident, an IndiGo flight – 6E 2134 which took off from Delhi for Dehradun in Uttarakhand made emergency landing at Delhi airport shortly after take-off.

The airline in a statement said: “IndiGo flight 6E 2134 from Delhi to Dehradun returned to its origin due to a technical issue. The pilot informed the ATC as per procedure and requested a priority landing.”

The Chinese consumer electronics manufacturer, OnePlus has started to roll out the OxygenOS 13.1.0.543 update to its OnePlus Nord 3 smartphones.

Speaking about the update itself the update will bring the July 2023 Android security patch to the device along with a few other system improvements.

Several features of the upcoming smartphone have been tipped in the recent past, and now, tipster Digital Chat Station (DCS) has come up with the storage and main camera sensor details.

Xiaomi is working on the Xiaomi 13T series smartphones, which are reportedly set to launch in Q3 of 2023.

The upcoming series would consist of Xiaomi 13T and Xiaomi 13T Pro smartphones.
The “T” series smartphones are affordable variants of the flagship Xiaomi 13 smartphones.

There are no confirmed reports of Xiaomi launching those smartphones in India.
The Chinese OEM is also working on the upcoming flagship Xiaomi 14 series.

Reports on the web indicate that the company would launch the device in Q4 of 2023 in China.
Popular tipster Digital Chat Station has tipped key specifications of upcoming smartphones in the recent month.

The tipster had even shared schematics of the forthcoming device.
A new Weibo post from Digital Chat Station reveals the camera and storage details of the upcoming Xiaomi 14 smartphone.

Xiaomi 14 Main Camera and Storage Tipped

As per DCS, the Xiaomi 14 will feature an even larger 50MP main camera sensor than its predecessor. It will have a 1/1.28” sensor paired with a medium-telephoto unit.

The smartphone is also tipped to come with ultra-narrow bezels on a straight display.

The tipster also adds that the Xiaomi 14 will be offered in 512GB and 1TB storage options.
To recall, the current-generation Xiaomi 13 maxes out at 512GB.

Previously, DCS had revealed that the Xiaomi 14 will be backed by an upgraded 4,860mAh battery unit with support for 90W wired and 50W wireless charging. It is expected to be powered by the upcoming Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 flagship processor.

The previously leaked schematic of the Xiaomi 14 revealed a flat display on the front with negligible bezels and a center-aligned punch-hole cutout.

The back panel of the device has a square-shaped camera module along with a sensor placement that is similar to the current Xiaomi 13 series.

However, the camera cutouts are larger for the main and telephoto lenses on the upcoming device compared to its predecessor.

Xiaomi 14 Specifications

Digital Chat Station reveals that the upcoming flagship smartphone from Xiaomi will sport a 50MP primary sensor.
The tipster claims that the sensor would be more significant than its predecessors.
The primary sensor is also tipped as a 1/1.28” sensor compared to the 50MP 1/1.49” sensor found on Xiaomi 13.

The leakster also hints that the primary sensor will be paired with a medium telephoto lens.
The telephoto lens will likely offer a better optical zoom than Xiaomi 13’s 3.2x optical zoom.

A recent report revealed that Xiaomi might equip the smartphone with a telephoto sensor with 3.9x optical zoom and 90mm focal length.

DCS also reveals that the upcoming Xiaomi 14 will feature an ultra-narrow bezel on a straight display.
Previously, the tipster hinted that Xiaomi might launch the upcoming smartphones in two variants with straight or curved panels.

The tipster also reveals that Xiaomi would launch the smartphone with 1TB storage options.
The previous generation Xiaomi 13 series smartphones were maxed out at 512GB. The schematics revealed that the upcoming smartphone will be equipped with ultra-narrow bezels.

The punch hole can be seen in the centre, with a slit on top for the microphone.
The smartphones will continue to feature a camera island cut-out similar to the Xiaomi 13 series smartphones.
