The OnePlus Bullets Wireless Z2 ANC looks and feels similar to the previous non-ANC versions.
These are flexible audio neckbands with physical control buttons, a USB Type-C charging port, and magnetic power control.
The neckband fits perfectly and is comfortable for long hours of listening sessions. The silicone material and ergonomically curved design are good.
The active noise cancellation is decent.
Out of the box, the earphones provide punchy and bass-driven sound effects with good loudness.
Although no app support, you can get app-like controls within the Bluetooth settings when paired with compatible OnePlus smartphones.

The design and internals are geared towards all-weather
The earbuds come with an IP55 rating, which means they are water and sweat-resistant, making them perfect for intense workouts or outdoor activities without worries.

OnePlus Bullets Wireless Z2 ANC – Sound Quality and ANC

The 12.4mm bass driver adds deep bass for powerful beats. You will experience incredibly rich audio detail at every frequency.

The sound is clear and detailed. You can easily hear all the little details in your music, from the high notes to the low ones.

It doesn’t have the best Active Noise Cancellation of the segment, but the ANC of Bullets Wireless Z2 definitely fairs much better than our expectations. The 45dB Hybrid Noise Cancellation gives good results and so does the AI Call Noise Cancellation.

During calls, these earphones are really clever at focusing on voices and blocking out other sounds around you.

OnePlus has advertised the Anti-distortion audio technology used in these earphones. It is really good at making sure the music stays smooth and doesn’t sound weird or fuzzy.

It also has a dual transmission feature to make sure the sounds in your game reach your ears at the exact right time.

Bullets Wireless Z2 ANC also has a Quick Switch feature. The Quick Switch lets you switch between devices super fast. It’s like they’re helping you multitask with your music.

The Bullets Wireless Z2 comes with a good battery capacity. Here are some quick facts about the battery –

With a single charge, you can groove for a whopping 30 hours without any interruptions. With up to 16 hours of talk time, you can chat away without constantly worrying about the battery.
These have a standby time of 80 hours
With ANC turned On, you can expect a good 20 hours of battery life when on a full charge.
And with ANC turned Off, the number of hours go up to 28.

The highlight of the battery is, however, the fast charging technology. We didn’t get to test it, but OnePlus claims a quick 10-minute charge delivers up to 20 hours of immersive audio playback.

Verdict – Should You Buy OnePlus Bullets Wireless Z2 ANC?

In a nutshell, the OnePlus Bullets Wireless Z2 earphones are a decent to good set of audio companions. The bass is good, the sound is clear, and these easily get rid of almost 75 to 80 per cent of annoying outside noises.

So whether you’re jamming to music or having a chat, these earbuds are there to make your ears really happy.
