Redmi Product Manager Xinxin_Mia has shared gaming benchmark results of the Redmi K100 Pro Max, originally published by reviewer New Technology. The tests reveal that the smartphone is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset paired with the company’s AI D2 display chip and a massive 9,070mAh battery.

According to Xinxin_Mia, Redmi has further optimised the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 compared to earlier implementations. The company claims the new tuning delivers around 40 percent better battery endurance than its predecessor while maintaining stable performance during extended gaming sessions.

The published benchmark results show the Redmi K100 Pro Max delivering consistent frame rates across several popular mobile games. In Honor of Kings, the device achieved an average frame rate of 119.7fps while consuming 3.63W of power. After a 60-minute gaming session, the maximum recorded temperature was 41.5°C. During Peace Elite, the phone again maintained an average of 119.7fps, drawing 4.09W of power and reaching a peak temperature of 44.4°C.

For Delta Force, the Redmi K100 Pro Max delivered an average of 119.5fps with 5.37W power consumption, while the highest recorded temperature was 45.3°C. The smartphone also handled Genshin Impact smoothly, averaging 59.9fps while consuming 4.67W of power. The device reached a maximum temperature of 44.1°C during the test.

Among all the tested titles, Honkai: Star Rail proved to be the most demanding. The phone averaged 55.6fps, consumed 6.80W of power, and reached 52.2°C. Even under this heavier workload, the published graphs suggest that the device maintained competitive performance throughout the gaming session.

Alongside the gaming results, Redmi has officially introduced what it calls its most advanced display technology for the upcoming K100 Pro series.

According to the company, the new lineup will use M11 OLED light-emitting material combined with a next-generation Super Pixel architecture. Xiaomi Group President Lu Weibing said the company has spent several years improving display efficiency by working on both OLED materials and pixel arrangement instead of simply increasing screen resolution.

The new M11 OLED material based on fourth-generation pTSF technology is said to improve green pixel efficiency by 20 percent. Redmi also claims it covers 90 percent of the BT.2020 colour gamut while increasing the display panel’s lifespan by 5.2 percent.

Redmi says its new Super Pixel technology uses a full RGB pixel layout that allows every pixel to have dedicated red, green, and blue sub-pixels.

On the 6.9-inch display of the Redmi K100 Pro Max, this results in 9.389 million sub-pixels, which the company says is higher than the sub-pixel count found on similarly sized 2K diamond-pixel OLED panels. According to Redmi, the new display can deliver image quality comparable to premium 2K displays while consuming even less power than conventional 1.5K OLED panels.

Redmi K100 Pro Max – Specifications Confirmed So Far

Redmi has already confirmed several key specifications of the K100 Pro Max ahead of its launch. The smartphone features a 6.9-inch flat display with ultra-slim bezels, 4,500 nits peak local brightness, a 185Hz refresh rate, and a 4,800Hz instant touch sampling rate.

The phone packs a 9,070mAh battery with support for 100W wired fast charging and 50W wireless charging.

For photography, the Redmi K100 Pro Max is expected to feature a 200-megapixel primary camera, accompanied by a 50-megapixel ultra-wide sensor and a 50-megapixel periscope telephoto camera.

Marketing renders shared by tipster Evan Blass suggest that the Pixel 11 Pro Fold will retain a design similar to last year’s model while introducing a refined camera bar and Google’s new Pixel Glow light strip integrated into the rear glass panel.

The Pixel Glow system is expected to function as a notification and status light and will reportedly play an important role in Google’s Gemini Intelligence experience. The renders also show the foldable in a muted green finish similar to the Pine colour option expected for the Pixel 11 Pro.

Pixel Watch 5 – What to Expect?

Google is also likely to introduce the Pixel Watch 5 at the August 12 event. Ahead of the launch, the smartwatch has appeared in Google’s own Health app, suggesting that its official debut is close.

Screenshots shared by a Telegram account show the Pixel Watch 5 listed as a supported device, complete with a setup page for connecting it to the Health app.

Leaked renders indicate that the smartwatch will retain the familiar design of its predecessor, including a domed display, proprietary band attachment system, and side charging contacts.

The smartwatch is expected to launch in Dark Anthracite, Natural Silver, Pyrite, and Warm Gold finishes. However, the Warm Gold variant is said to be exclusive to the 41mm model, while the larger 45mm version is expected to be available in the remaining three colours. The updated watch face shown in the renders also includes a dedicated Gemini shortcut, hinting at deeper AI integration.

According to recent reports, the 41mm Wi-Fi variant of the Pixel Watch 5 could start at EUR 419 (around Rs. 45,600), while the 41mm LTE model may cost EUR 519 (around Rs. 56,500). The 45mm Wi-Fi version is tipped to start at EUR 449 (around Rs. 48,900), while the 45mm LTE model could be priced at EUR 549 (around Rs. 57,600). This would represent a EUR 20 price increase over the Pixel Watch 4 in Europe.
