Vivo has officially unveiled its latest Vivo X300 series in India, which includes the Vivo X300 and Vivo X300 Pro. The flagship smartphones are coming to India almost more than a month after their global launch. The lineup was initially introduced in China back in October.
Both smartphones come powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset and bring a host of performance, camera, and design upgrades over their predecessors. Here’s everything we know about the phones, starting with price and availability in India.

Vivo X300 and Vivo X300 Pro – Price and Availability in India
In India, the Vivo X300 price starts at ₹75,999 for the 12GB + 256GB model. The 12GB + 512GB, 16GB + 512GB configurations are priced at ₹81,999 and ₹85,999, respectively.

The model comes in Mist Blue, Summit Red and Elite Black Colour finishes.
As for the high-end Vivo X300 Pro, it comes in a single 16 GB + 512GB configuration. The mode is priced at ₹1,09,999 in India.

Vivo X300 Pro – Key Features

The Vivo X300 Pro features a 6.78-inch 1.5K (2,800×1,216 pixels) flat BOE Q10+ LTPO OLED display with 120Hz refresh rate and Circular Polarisation 2.0 for improved outdoor visibility. Under the hood, it runs on the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 SoC, paired with LPDDR5x RAM and UFS 4.1 storage. It comes preloaded with OriginOS 6 based on Android 16.
OriginOS is comparatively colourful and slick. This version has been updated with a more customisable lockscreen including depth effects and basic widgets, along with a “Dynamic Glow” design that has more than a little Liquid Glass to it.
OriginOS debuted in China back in November 2020 and is now on version 6.0. Vivo has kept Origin in China, while international customers have been using the older Funtouch OS.
In the camera department, the X300 Pro boasts a triple rear setup featuring a 50MP Sony LYT-828 main sensor with OIS, a 50MP Samsung JN1 ultra-wide lens, and a 200MP periscope telephoto camera with OIS. The setup supports Zeiss’ 2.35× telephoto teleconverter as an optional add-on. Vivo’s V3+ (post-processing) and VS1 (pre-processing) imaging chips handle image optimisation. On the front, the device sports a 50MP Samsung JN1 selfie camera.

The standard Vivo X300 shares much of its hardware with the Pro variant including the Dimensity 9500 processor, OriginOS 6, and security and connectivity features. However, it comes in a more compact form factor, measuring 150.57×71.92×7.95mm and weighing 190 grams.
It features a 6.31-inch 1.5K (2,640×1,216 pixels) BOE Q10+ LTPO OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The device packs a slightly smaller 6,040mAh battery, though it retains support for 90W wired and 40W wireless charging.

In terms of cameras, the X300 carries a 50MP Samsung JN1 front sensor, while the rear module houses a 200MP Samsung HPB primary camera with OIS, a 50MP Samsung JN1 ultra-wide lens, and a 50MP Sony LYT-602 periscope telephoto shooter.
