Vivo X300 Ultra and Vivo X300 FE are going on sale in India starting today i.e May 14, 2026. The smartphones were launched in the country last week and expanded the company’s X300 lineup to four models. The Vivo X300 Ultra arrives as the company’s top-end camera-focused flagship, while the Vivo X300 FE targets users looking for premium features in a more compact form factor. Buyers can purchase the new Vivo phones via Flipkart, Amazon India and the Vivo India online store. Here are more details.
The Vivo X300 Ultra price in India starts at Rs. 1,59,999 for the single 16GB RAM and 512GB storage variant.
Vivo has also introduced photography accessories for the handset. The Vivo Zeiss Telephoto Extender Gen 2 Ultra with 400mm equivalent focal length is priced at Rs. 27,999, while the Vivo Imaging Grip Kit costs Rs. 11,999.
Customers can purchase the Vivo X300 Ultra along with the Telephoto Extender Gen 2 Ultra and Imaging Grip Kit in a bundle priced at Rs. 1,95,997 instead of the MOP of Rs. 1,99,997. The company has also announced the X300 Ultra Photographer Kit, which includes the accessories along with an additional 200mm equivalent telephoto extender lens. This package is priced at Rs. 2,09,999.
As part of the launch offers, buyers can get a 10 percent instant cashback on eligible card transactions. Vivo is also offering one year of free extended warranty with the purchase.
The smartphone is offered in Eclipse Black and Victory Green colour options.
The Vivo X300 FE price in India starts at Rs. 79,999 for the 12GB RAM and 256GB storage model. Meanwhile, the 512GB storage variant with 12GB RAM is priced at Rs. 89,999.
Vivo is providing up to 10 percent instant cashback on purchases made using SBI, IDFC First Bank, and Axis Bank cards. The Vivo Zeiss Telephoto Extender Gen 2 lens is priced at Rs. 15,999, while the telephoto extender accessories kit costs Rs. 3,999.
The Vivo X300 FE phone and kit bundle is available for Rs. 99,997. Buyers can also opt for the combo offer priced at Rs. 95,997, which includes a Rs. 4,000 discount.
The smartphone is available in Urban Olive, Lilac Purple, and Noir Black shades.
The Vivo X300 Ultra runs on Android 16-based OriginOS 6 and features a 6.82-inch 2K AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate, 300Hz touch sampling rate, HDR support, and a 94.49 percent screen-to-body ratio.
The handset is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor paired with an Adreno 840 GPU and Vivo’s VS1+ imaging chip. It comes with 16GB LPDDR5x RAM and up to 1TB UFS 4.1 storage.
For photography, the smartphone gets a Zeiss-tuned triple rear camera setup. It includes a 200-megapixel primary sensor with OIS, a 200-megapixel periscope telephoto camera with 3.7x optical zoom and up to 105x digital zoom, and a 50-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens. On the front, there is a 50-megapixel selfie camera.
The rear camera system supports up to 8K video recording, while the front camera can record videos at up to 4K resolution.
It packs a 6,600mAh battery with support for 100W wired and 40W wireless fast charging.
Connectivity options include 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, GPS, and a USB Type-C port. The phone measures 162.98 × 76.81 × 8.19mm and weighs 232g.
The Vivo X300 FE is a dual-SIM smartphone that runs on OriginOS 6 based on Android 16. Vivo says the phone will receive five years of Android OS upgrades and seven years of security updates.
It sports a 6.31-inch AMOLED display with a 1,216 x 2,640 pixels resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, HDR10+ support, 300Hz touch sampling rate, 460ppi pixel density, and up to 5,000 nits peak brightness. The handset also comes with SGS Low Blue Light certification and IP68 + IP69 dust and water resistance ratings.
The smartphone is powered by Qualcomm’s 3nm Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset paired with an Adreno 829 GPU, 12GB LPDDR5x Ultra RAM, and up to 512GB UFS 4.1 storage. For thermal management, the company has equipped the device with a Vapour Chamber Liquid Cooling system with a 4,005 sq mm heat dissipation area.
In the camera department, the Vivo X300 FE features a Zeiss-branded triple rear camera setup. It includes a 50-megapixel Sony IMX921 primary sensor with OIS, a 50-megapixel Sony IMX882 telephoto sensor with OIS and up to 100x digital zoom, and an 8-megapixel ultra-wide camera with a 115-degree field of view.
For selfies and video calls, the handset offers a 50-megapixel front camera with autofocus. The smartphone supports video recording at up to 4K 60fps.
The phone also includes several onboard sensors such as an accelerometer, ambient light sensor, proximity sensor, e-compass, hall sensor, IR blaster, flicker sensor, and an in-display fingerprint sensor for security.
