Tipster Sanju Choudhary even mentioned June 10, 2026 as the most likely launch date. Although, this is most speculation and there has been no word from the brand on this.
While Redmi has not officially confirmed the device yet, the tipster Debayan Roy (Gadgetsdata) claims that the smartphone may arrive with either a MediaTek Dimensity 8-series or Dimensity 9-series processor. The chipset is expected to focus on delivering strong performance in the upper mid-range segment.
The upcoming Redmi Turbo series phone is also tipped to feature a massive battery capacity ranging between 8000mAh and 9000mAh. In addition, the smartphone could support 100W fast charging.
For display, the device is expected to feature a 1.5K resolution flat LTPS OLED panel. The leak also suggests that the smartphone may come equipped with a 50-megapixel primary rear camera with OIS support for improved image stabilisation.
The tipster further claims that the device could offer IP69-rated dust and water resistance. In terms of design, the smartphone is expected to feature a vertical camera module layout along with a metal frame for a more premium in-hand feel.
