New leaks have revealed key details about the upcoming Vivo X500 series including the possible display sizes of the smartphones expected to arrive in the lineup. Weibo tipster Digital Chat Station recently shared information hinting at the screen sizes of the next-generation Vivo flagship phones. Here’s more on that.
According to the tipster DCS’s response to a user comment, it appears the Vivo X500 series may arrive with three different display size options including 6.37-inch, 6.59-inch, and 6.85-inch panels.

The standard Vivo X500 is expected to feature a 6.59-inch display. Meanwhile, the Vivo X500 Pro could arrive with a comparatively compact 6.37-inch screen.
The top-end Vivo X500 Pro Max is tipped to come with a larger 6.85-inch display.
Reports further suggest that the Vivo X500 Ultra, which could launch during the first half of 2027 may also use the same display size as the X500 Pro Max.
In another Weibo post, Digital Chat Station claimed that only the large-screen model in Vivo’s upcoming 2nm flagship lineup is currently being tested with a 200-megapixel periscope telephoto camera. This suggests that the X500 Pro Max may be the only model in the series to feature the 200MP periscope sensor, while the other variants could launch with 50-megapixel periscope telephoto cameras instead.
The tipster also revealed that the prototype device currently being tested features a 50-megapixel primary camera with a large 1/1.28-inch sensor. The sensor is said to use LOFIC technology, which is designed to improve dynamic range and light capture performance.
Vivo is reportedly considering an upgraded 50-megapixel ultra-wide camera for the upcoming lineup.
In related news, a recent report claimed that the Vivo X500 series may also include a new model called the Vivo X500e. However, there are currently no technical specifications available for the device.
It also remains unclear whether the Vivo X500e will launch in China, where the Vivo X500 lineup is expected to debut in September.
