Samsung Galaxy S23 European Variant Spotted on Geekbench

There are many devices lined up for release in 2023 and one of them is the Samsung Galaxy S23 series, whose European variant was recently spotted on the Geekbench website, which indicates that it might come out in the first quarter of 2023.

Whenever an upcoming device is leaked or discovered on web portals, it is the tell-tale sign that it will be available in the market very soon and this happened mere hours after Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra appeared on the BIS certification.

Samsung Galaxy S23 Spotted on Geekbench, Launch Expected Soon

It has become apparent that Samsung Galaxy S23 series will be launched very soon as the smartphone was spotted on the popular website, Geekbench, mere hours after Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra received Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) certification, which is the official stamp that it is safe to launch in India.

Samsung Galaxy S23, the vanilla model, was seen on Geekbench bearing the model number SM-S911B, along with quite a few specifications, which has left many users excited at the prospects of trying out a new Samsung smartphone very soon.

The Samsung Galaxy S23 series will become the successor to the Samsung Galaxy S22 lineup that released in early 2022, while the Geekbench V5.4.6 listing shows that the S23 model has scored 578 points in the single-core round and 2118 points in the multi-core round.

The listing also reveals that Galaxy S23 will run on Android 13 OS out of the box, which is to be expected from a 2023 flagship model, and is expected to be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC, while the clock speed is mentioned as 3.36GHz, which means that it is an overclocked version of the chipset.

The excitement level of many users is palpable as they’re eagerly waiting for further information from Samsung regarding the launch of the Galaxy S23 series, which makes it arguably the most awaited smartphone model of the year.
