Reliable tipster Debayan Roy @Gadgetsdata on X based on Wiebo tipster Digital Chat Station’s word has shared fresh details about both flagship smartphones. Tipster suggested that OPPO and Vivo are preparing for the most camera-focused devices yet.
According to the leak, both smartphones are expected to launch around March or April 2027. Here’s everything we know about the devices so far.
OPPO Find X10 Ultra – Specifications (Leaked)
As per the tipster, the OPPO Find X10 Ultra will feature a 2K flat LTPO OLED display. The smartphone is expected to be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 Pro processor, which is reportedly being manufactured using TSMC’s advanced 2nm process technology.
The camera setup appears to be one of the biggest highlights of the device. The Find X10 Ultra is tipped to feature a 200MP primary camera with optical image stabilisation (OIS) and LOFIC technology. The main sensor is likely to be Sony’s LYT902.
For ultra-wide photography, OPPO may equip the device with either a 200MP or a 50MP sensor although the exact configuration remains unclear at this stage.
The telephoto setup is expected to be particularly impressive. The leak suggests the phone could feature a 50MP camera with 10x optical zoom alongside another 200MP periscope telephoto camera. This secondary periscope sensor is said to have a sensor size of either 1/1.12-inch or 1/1.28-inch making it one of the largest telephoto sensors seen on a smartphone.

The Vivo X500 Ultra is also tipped to feature a 2K flat LTPO OLED display and Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 Pro chipset.
According to the leak, Vivo is taking a different approach to zoom photography compared to OPPO. The device is expected to feature a 200MP primary camera with a large 1/1.12-inch sensor and LOFIC technology. The sensor is believed to be Samsung’s upcoming HPA sensor.
For ultra-wide shots, Vivo could introduce a 200MP sensor with a 1/1.56-inch size. The tipster suggests this could either be Samsung’s HP5 sensor or a sensor sourced from SmartSens.
The telephoto camera is also expected to use a 200MP sensor. The leak points to a 1/1.28-inch periscope camera with LOFIC technology potentially using either the SmartSens SCC90XS or Omnivision OV52B sensor.
Interestingly, the tipster claims the Vivo X500 Ultra will not include a dedicated 10x periscope camera. Instead, Vivo may rely on its high-resolution 200MP periscope sensor to deliver zoom performance.
Another notable detail from the leak is the possibility of a 100MP front-facing camera, which would be a major upgrade over current flagship selfie cameras.
