Apple iPhone 15 to Get Sony Camera Sensor
Apple has had a wonderful 2022, along with other tech giants like Samsung, Google, OPPO, and others, all of whom have rolled out their best this time around.
Speaking of Apple, it launched its much awaited iPhone 14 series in September 2022 that was quite well received, even though many people criticized its repetitive design, including Steve Jobs’ daughter, but it did manage to win over the majority of the public.
Now the company will soon launch its new iPhone 15 series of smartphones very soon that will be equipped with some interesting features, while the devices include four models: iPhone 15, iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 15 Plus, and iPhone 15 Pro Max.
All the iPhone 15 models will be equipped with the new Sony image sensors, which have been described as ‘state of the art’ as it has been developed by Sony Semiconductor Solutions and began shipping it to Apple and other smartphone manufacturers.
Among the many features, iPhone 15 will probably come with a titanium chassis with curved rear edges that will replace the square designs of the previous models, while the back edges might be rounded for creating a new border.
It has been reported that Apple may not be able to bring in its own modems for iPhones in 2023, which is why it will use Qualcomm’s 5g modems for iPhone 15 Ultra as well, which might be disappointing for certain users, although Qualcomm is also an excellent alternative.
