After staying in the rumour mill for some time, Xiaomi 12 Ultra launch date has finally been confirmed. According to the latest update, the Company will launch Xiaomi Ultra 12 in the first week of July. The exact launch date is yet to be confirmed by the Company.
The report also suggests that the Company will start teasing its new flagship Android smartphone on June 28. If the report is to be believed then Xiaomi 12 Ultra launch event may take place on July 5 when Asus will launch its gaming flagship, the ROG Phone 6. The Xiaomi 12 Ultra smartphone launch will take place in China.
Specifications of Xiaomi 12 Ultra
Xiaomi 12 Ultra will come up with a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC, this has been confirmed by the Company. The Xiaomi 12 Ultra is said to be the first smartphone from Xiaomi to feature Leica-tuned cameras. Reports also claim that the Xiaomi 12 Ultra will have a quad-camera setup on the rear side. A 50MP Sony IMX989 main camera, a 48MP ultra-wide camera and two periscope camera sensors are expected to be offered with the Xiaomi 12 Ultra.
A 6.6-inch curved AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate support are other rumoured specifications of the upcoming Xiaomi 12 Ultra smartphone. The phone will launch with at least 12GB of RAM along with up to 512GB of internal storage.
In addition to 12 Ultra, Xiaomi is also likely to launch the Xiaomi 12S series with the same chipset.
