Vivo is all set to launch the Vivo X300 FE globally and in India on May 6, 2026 at 12 PM IST. Ahead of its official debut, the company has shared key details about the smartphone positioning it as a compact yet premium offering. Building on its predecessor Vivo X200 FE, the brand describes the device as a “Compact Creative Wonder” and highlights performance and usability in a smaller form factor. Here’s everything we know about the phone ahead of the launch.
One of the biggest highlights of the Vivo X300 FE is its compact size. The smartphone features a 6.31-inch (16.04 cm) display that makes it easier to use with one hand compared to larger devices. It is designed for users who are often on the move whether commuting or multitasking.

The device measures just 7.99mm in thickness and weighs 191 grams ensuring a comfortable in-hand feel. It also introduces a new “plateau” camera module design along with a matte AG finish for a premium look.
In India, the Vivo X300 FE will be available in an exclusive Urban Olive colour alongwith Lilac Purple and Noir Black options.
The smartphone is expected to come with an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance making it suitable for everyday durability. For screen protection, it will use Gorilla Glass 7i or similar Mohs level 4-rated glass.
The Vivo X300 FE is equipped with a 50MP ZEISS telephoto camera featuring Telephoto Extender Gen 2 technology. Unlike typical digital zoom, the phone offers a true 3x optical zoom with an equivalent reach of 200mm.
With the ZEISS Multifocal Portrait system, users can access five focal lengths ranging from 23mm for wide shots to 100mm for detailed portraits. This approach focuses on delivering natural results rather than relying on artificial background blur.
The smartphone also introduces a new AI Creative Camera suite designed to deliver ready-to-share images instantly. Features like AI Magic Move allow users to reposition subjects within a photo, while AI Image Expander helps adjust and enhance composition.
Powering the Vivo X300 FE is the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset that enables fast performance and efficient on-device AI processing without lag or overheating.
Despite its compact form, the phone packs a large 6,500mAh silicon carbon battery. It supports 90W wired fast charging as well as 40W wireless charging offering extended usage that could rival even larger smartphones.
