The Vivo V80 Lite 5G has officially launched in Pakistan, confirming earlier reports that the smartphone would be a rebranded version of the Vivo S2. Both phones share the same design and specifications. However, it has also been claimed in multiple media reports that Vivo is taking a different approach with the V80 Lite 5G in Malaysia.
The Malaysian Vivo V80 Lite 5G is scheduled to launch on September 3, 2026 and it appears to be a rebranded version of the China-launched iQOO Z11S. While we will know more about that as the launch date approaches, here’s more about the phone that now hit the market in Pakistan.
Price and Availability

Pre-orders for Vivo V80 Lite 5G will begin on August 25, 2026. Customers who purchase the phone between August 25 and September 10, 2026, will also receive a one-year extended warranty on the smartphone.
As for price, the 8GB + 128GB model is priced at PKR 124,999, while the 8GB + 256GB variant costs PKR 145,999.
It is available in Silk White and Sapphire Blue colour options in Pakistan.
Vivo V80 Lite 5G – Key Features
The Vivo V80 Lite 5G launched in Pakistan features a 6.83-inch AMOLED panel with a 1.5K resolution of 2800 × 1260 pixels. It supports up to a 120Hz refresh rate and offers 449 PPI pixel density. The screen has a 93.82% screen-to-body ratio, P3 wide colour gamut, HDR10+ support, up to 2,000 nits of HBM brightness and up to 3,000 nits of local peak brightness. The display has also received SGS Low Blue Light, SGS Low-Flicker and SGS Five-Star Sunlight-Readable Display certifications.
It comes with a 3D dual-curved display and a Skyline Camera Module. Its rear panel uses a plastic composite sheet, while an optical fingerprint sensor is built into the display.
The Sapphire Blue variant measures 164.42 × 75.25 × 7.99mm and weighs 197 grams. The Silk White version is slightly thicker and heavier at 8.10mm and 199 grams, while retaining the same 164.42 × 75.25mm dimensions.

The phone is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7360-Turbo chipset, which is manufactured using a 4nm process. The octa-core processor includes four cores clocked at 2.5GHz and four cores running at 2.0GHz.
The chipset is paired with 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage. The phone also supports up to 8GB of Extended RAM and can reportedly keep up to 25 applications active in the background. There is no support for expandable storage. The brand claims that the smartphone can maintain 90 FPS gameplay in Mobile Legends: Bang Bang for up to three hours at an ambient temperature of 30°C.
The phone runs OriginOS 6 based on Android 16. Vivo has promised three generations of operating system updates and five years of security updates. The company also claims the device will provide a smooth experience for 50 months and beyond.
For thermal management, the Vivo V80 Lite 5G comes with a 3,800mm² vapour chamber and a total cooling area of more than 23,000mm². Vivo claims its thermal conductivity has improved by up to 10 times, helping the phone control temperatures during gaming, video playback and high-resolution video recording.
It packs a 7,050mAh BlueVolt Li-ion battery with support for 44W wired charging. It also supports bypass charging, which is designed to help control the phone’s temperature during extended use while charging. According to Vivo, the battery can offer up to 14 days of standby time, 22.4 hours of video playback, 22 hours of TikTok video playback and up to 58 hours of 4G calling. The battery is also claimed to maintain its health for up to six years.
The smartphone has a 50-megapixel Sony IMX852 main camera with an f/1.8 aperture, along with a 2-megapixel bokeh camera with an f/2.4 aperture. For selfies and video calls, there is a 32-megapixel front camera with an f/2.0 aperture.
Both the front and rear cameras support 4K video recording. Other camera features include Aura Light Portrait with stepless brightness adjustment, AI Erase 2.0, Dual-View Video and Live Photo.
The Vivo V80 Lite 5G has IP68 and IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance. It has also passed five MIL-STD-810H military-grade tests. The phone supports Wet-Hand Touch, Greasy-Hand Touch and Rain Protection features.
For connectivity, the smartphone supports two Nano-SIM cards with Dual SIM Dual Standby, 5G, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.4, GPS, OTG and a USB Type-C port based on the USB 2.0 standard. NFC and FM Radio are not supported. Navigation systems include GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, QZSS and BeiDou. The phone also features AI SuperLink with an omnidirectional antenna and intelligent network selection.
The device comes with symmetrical dual stereo speakers, while sensors include an accelerometer, ambient light sensor, E-compass, proximity sensor and gyroscope.
