The Pixel channel claims that Samsung Galaxy M54 5G will come with a 6.67 inch full HD+ AMOLED display screen and a 90Hz refresh rate. It will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 SoC chipset, which will be a massive upgrade in comparison to the older M-series models and will run on an Android 13 based on One UI 5.0.

The storage capacity for the handset is speculated to be 8GB RAM + 128 GB internal configuration although there are strong rumours that it will have an additional variant of up to 256GB, along with a triple rear camera setup, with a 64 megapixel primary sensor that is paired with an 8 megapixel ultra-wide camera and a 5 megapixel micro sensor, and the front camera of 32MP will be for taking selfies.

Other features that Galaxy M54 5G may include pertains to connectivity, which includes Bluetooth 5.0, Wi-Fi 6E, and GPS, along with a USB Type-C port and an in-display fingerprint scanner.
