Realme Pad X tablet goes on sale in India, but should you buy it?

Realme Pad X tablet is now available for purchase on Flipkart after being recently released in India. The tablet is priced under Rs 20,000, and users can purchase it for less money with bank card deals.

In India, the Realme Pad X is available for just a starting price of 19,999. This pricing is for the Wi-Fi connectivity variant with 4GB RAM and 64GB of storage. The 5G model is also available and costs Rs 25,999. The price of the 6GB RAM + 128GB storage model (5G) is Rs 27,999.

About the special offers, HDFC and SBI bank cards come with an instant discount of Rs 2,000. In fact, this means that the base edition of the Realme tablet would be available for an effective price of Rs 17,999, which is a sensibly good deal. There are further alternatives of the bank offer. But is the Realme Pad X worth less than Rs 20,000 in India?

Realme Pad X Specifications

The Realme Pad X has an 11-inch display with a WUXGA+ (1,200×2,000 pixels) resolution and runs Realme UI 3.0 for Pad, an Android 12-based user interface. The tablet is equipped with a Snapdragon 695 SoC and up to 6GB of RAM. The tablet has a 13-megapixel rear camera and an 8-megapixel wide-angle front camera with a 105-degree field of view for pictures and videos.

Is Realme Pad X worth Buying

It is a little challenging to hold the tablet with one hand because of its weight. The back panel is also pretty slick in addition to all of the above. Users are therefore encouraged to use a case, which will cost extra.

Although it features an 11-inch screen, it has a typical 60Hz refresh rate. As a result, the experience might not be as fluid as on panels running at 120Hz. The 3.5mm headphone jack is also absent.

There are better versions available for a comparable price point, thus there is no point in paying an additional Rs 6,000 on a 5G model. The price of the Xiaomi Pad 5, which was released earlier this year, is Rs 26,999 in India. This one boasts more features, including a faster processor, a 120Hz display that supports Dolby Vision, a quad-speaker setup that supports Dolby Atmos, and more. However, at the price stated, you are just receiving the Wi-Fi model.
