Realme, which just yesterday launched the Realme GT 5 Pro, has unveiled alongside it the AIRVOOC 50W Wireless Flash Charger in China.
The charger facilitates extremely fast wireless charging on compatible devices of which the GT 5 Pro is one.
The Realme AIRVOOC 50W Wireless Flash Charger is priced at CNY 329 (approximately Rs 3,900), with pre-orders starting as of yesterday.
The official sale of the charger will begin on December 14 in China.
Realme has debuted this charger in a white colour option, and as of right now there is no word on when the device is set to arrive in the Indian markets.
Lest we forget, the Realme GT 5 Pro was also announced with some pretty decent features.
The handset has a 6.78-inch 1.5K BOE panel display, similar to the OnePlus 12, which boasts a 144Hz refresh rate and can produce 10.7 billion colors, enhancing visual clarity and colour accuracy.
Powering the device is the latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor, ensuring top-notch performance.
Additionally, the phone is equipped with a 3VC cooling system, the largest in its class at 12,000mm², designed to effectively manage and dissipate heat.
In terms of cameras, it features a 50MP Sony LYT-808 super light sensor, the largest main camera in Realme’s lineup, with a 1/1.4-inch sensor size and an f/1.69 ultra-large aperture.
The camera setup also includes a 32MP Sony IMX890 periscope lens and an 8MP ultra-wide lens, complemented by a 32MP front shooter.
As for the design the phone is offered in three distinct colours ie Red Rock, Bright Moon, and Starry Night.
For battery life and user experience, the Realme GT 5 Pro is powered by a 5400mAh battery supporting both 100W wired and 50W wireless charging.
Running on Realme UI 5.0 based on Android 14, the phone includes additional features such as universal IR blaster control, enhanced NFC, and Dolby Atmos dual speakers.
Priced at CNY 329 (approximately Rs 3,900), the Realme AIRVOOC 50W Charger will be available for sale from December 14 in China, with no current information on its release in Indian markets.
The AIRVOOC 50W Charger is designed to support the 50W wireless charging capability of the Realme GT 5 Pro, enabling rapid and efficient charging for the smartphone.
The charger offers 50W wireless charging, a dual-coil high-power system, and “Turbine Butterfly Wing Air Cooling” for heat management. It includes safety features to prevent overheating, overcurrent, and overvoltage.
The Realme GT 5 Pro features a 6.78-inch 1.5K display, Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor, and a 5400mAh battery supporting both 100W wired and 50W wireless charging. It includes a 50MP main camera and a 32MP periscope lens.
The Realme GT 5 Pro is available in four variants, with prices ranging from CNY 3399 for the 12GB+256GB model to CNY 4299 for the 16GB+1TB model, which roughly converts to about Rs 40,000 to Rs 50,400 respectively.
The Realme GT 5 Pro boasts a 6.78-inch 1.5K BOE panel display, featuring a 144Hz refresh rate, 2160Hz PWM dimming, and a peak brightness of 4500 nits, capable of displaying 10.7 billion colours.
The smartphone features a 50MP Sony LYT-808 main camera with a large 1/1.4-inch sensor, alongside a 32MP Sony IMX890 periscope lens, an 8MP ultra-wide camera, and a 32MP front camera.
The Realme GT 5 Pro includes Realme UI 5.0 based on Android 14, a 3VC cooling system, universal IR blaster control, enhanced NFC, Dolby Atmos dual speakers, and IP64 dustproof and waterproof capabilities.
Realme UI 5.0 early access has been extended to include the Narzo 60 Pro 5G, Narzo 60 5G, and GT Neo 3T, in addition to previously eligible models like the GT 2 Pro and GT Neo 3.
Realme UI 5.0 offers a refreshed colour scheme, new notification sounds and ringtones, smoother system animations, and overall performance upgrades for a more efficient and secure user experience.
Users can join the beta program by updating their device to the specified UI version, enabling Developer Mode, and applying for Early Access through the Software Update Application channel in their device settings.
While beta versions offer early access to new features, they may also have stability issues and could affect the regular usage of the device, so it’s advised to not install them on primary devices.
You will receive the update soon after submitting all needed information in the application channel, but keep in mind that we have limited seats to ensure an optimal beta testing program.

2. You will not be able to get back to the Early Access version once you have rolled back.
3. You need to manually update to the latest realme UI 4.0 version in case you lost some pre-installed applications.

Step 2: Locate and install the rollback package:
Settings → About device → Click on the “realme UI 4.0” banner at the top → Click on the three dots in the top right corner → Local install → Find and tap the rollback package to roll back to the previous version.
The update information on other models is not confirmed yet.
