Redmi K80 Ultra

The Redmi K80 Ultra, identified by the model number 25060RK16C, has just cleared both MIIT and 3C certifications in China. The 3C listing reveals support for 120W fast charging and it’s expected to pack a massive 7,500mAh battery. While it may ship with a 120W charger in the box, reports suggest the device will likely support 100W charging.

Under the hood, the K80 Ultra is rumoured to run on the MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ chipset, putting it in the same league as upcoming rivals like the iQOO Neo 10 Pro+ and OnePlus Ace 5 Ultra. It could feature a 6.83-inch flat OLED display with a 1.5K resolution and a 50MP triple camera setup housed in a round camera module on the back.

Durability also seems to be a focus with expected IP68/69 ratings and a sturdy metal middle frame. The K80 Ultra may remain exclusive to China, but a global version, possibly branded as the Xiaomi 15T Pro, could arrive in Q3 2025.

Xiaomi Mix Flip 2

The Xiaomi Mix Flip 2 also appears close to launch, having received 3C certification in China. It’s expected to launch alongside the K80 Ultra and the gaming tablet by the end of June.

The Mix Flip 2 is tipped to be lighter and thinner, measuring 7.6mm when unfolded and weighing about 190 grams. It could feature a 6.85-inch foldable OLED screen with a 1.5K resolution and 120Hz refresh rate.

Powering the device is said to be the Snapdragon 8 Elite chip, along with a 5,100mAh battery that supports 67W wired and 50W wireless charging.

Camera-wise, the Mix Flip 2 is expected to pack an OIS-enabled 50MP main camera and a 50MP ultra-wide shooter. Other features may include an IR blaster, an in-screen fingerprint sensor, NFC and an IPX8 rating. A global launch is rumoured for July 2025.

Redmi Gaming Tablet

Xiaomi is also reportedly prepping a Redmi-branded gaming tablet, also set to debut by late June. It’s expected to share several core features with the K80 Ultra including the Dimensity 9400+ processor, bypass charging, and a 7,500mAh battery with 120W charging support.

According to previous reports, the tablet may sport an 8.8-inch LCD screen with a high refresh rate for smooth gameplay. It could also include dual X-axis linear motors, dual USB-C ports, dual stereo speakers, and a metal unibody design built for durability and long gaming sessions.

Expected to be priced competitively, the new Redmi gaming tablet might undercut options from Lenovo and RedMagic, making it a strong value offering for gamers.

This tablet is said to be a major part of Xiaomi’s 2025 tablet expansion and may serve as the successor to the Redmi Pad Pro. Tipster Digital Chat Station suggests a launch window of July or August, in line with Redmi’s typical flagship schedules.

With all three devices aiming for a late June reveal in China, Xiaomi fans have plenty to look forward to.

  • Leaked images suggest the Galaxy Z Fold7 might feature a 200MP main camera.
  • The design remains similar but could include a wider camera module.
  • The Z Fold7 is rumoured to have an ultra-thin 3.9mm profile when unfolded with shrinking inner display bezels.
  • The launch is expected in July 2025 at Samsung’s Unpacked event, alongside the Z Flip7 and Z Flip7 FE.

A real-life photo claiming to show the back of Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy Z Fold7 has popped up online, adding to the buzz around its expected July 2025 launch. The Z Fold7 will reportedly debut alongside the Z Flip7 and Z Flip7 FE at Samsung’s next Unpacked event.

image

The leaked image, which first surfaced on Weibo before being taken down, shows a vertical triple-camera setup similar to what we’ve seen before. While the design and rounded corners look almost identical to the Z Fold6, the image hints at a bigger change, possibly a 200MP main camera.

This also lines up with earlier rumours and could be a major upgrade over the Z Fold6’s 50MP ISOCELL GN3 sensor.

For reference, Samsung’s 200MP sensors are usually larger (around 1/1.3″ compared to the 1/1.57″ GN3) and the image shows a wider camera module with the flash placed lower, suggesting this upgrade might be legit. That said, it’s also possible the device in the image is a dummy unit.

Galaxy Z Fold7 – Rumours

Other rumoured upgrades include a super slim unfolded profile of just 3.9mm and dimensions of 158.4 x 143.1mm when open (8.9mm when folded). The phone is expected to run on the Snapdragon 8 Elite chip globally, paired with 12GB RAM and a 4,400mAh battery, the same as the Z Fold6.

Display bezels on the inside might also shrink from 1.9mm to just 1mm, giving users a bit more screen space.

Meanwhile, the Z Flip7 is rumoured to use the Exynos 2500 in most regions, with the Snapdragon 8 Elite reserved for markets like North America and China. As for the more affordable Z Flip7 FE, it’s expected to feature the Exynos 2400.

With mass production reportedly underway, excitement is building for what could be a big year for Samsung’s foldables.

FAQS

Q1. What major camera upgrade is expected in the Galaxy Z Fold7?

Answer. Leaked images suggest the Z Fold7 might feature a 200MP main camera, a significant jump from the Z Fold6’s 50MP ISOCELL GN3 sensor.

Q2. How will the design of the Galaxy Z Fold7 change compared to its predecessor?

Answer. The Z Fold7 is rumoured to have an ultra-thin 3.9mm profile when unfolded, with shrinking inner display bezels from 1.9mm to just 1mm for more screen space.

Q3. When is Samsung expected to launch the Galaxy Z Fold7?

Answer. The Z Fold7 will reportedly debut at Samsung’s Unpacked event in July 2025, alongside the Z Flip7 and Z Flip7 FE.

Apple Expected To Unveil Big Design Overhaul for iOS 19 and Other OSs at WWDC 2025

0

Highlights

  • Apple is set to unveil a big visual overhaul across iOS 19, watchOS, tvOS, macOS 16 and visionOS at WWDC 2025 starting June 9.
  • The redesign will feature transparency, glass-like effects, updated icons and improved navigation.
  • Inspired by visionOS, these changes will make Apple TV, Apple Watch, and other platforms more visually aligned.

Apple is getting ready to announce a major round of updates at WWDC this year, which kicks off on June 9. According to Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman, this year’s event will bring major design changes, not just for iOS 19 but also for watchOS, tvOS, macOS 16 and even visionOS.

We already knew that iOS 19 for iPhone and iPad would feature a big visual refresh. Now it looks like Apple is planning to update the design across all its platforms, creating a more unified and modern look.

In his latest Power On newsletter, Gurman says that both the Apple Watch and Apple TV software will get significant redesigns. He also notes that visionOS will receive some UI “adjustments.”

This means Apple is aiming for one consistent design style across all its devices. Expect more transparency, glass-like effects, updated icons and changes to how you navigate inside apps.

Hints of this new look can already be seen in the WWDC 2025 artwork, which shows a shiny, reflective 3D icon of the Apple Park rainbow stage. That same translucent, glassy feel is expected to show up across Apple’s platforms.

While Apple Watch software has seen several updates over the years, Apple TV’s operating system tvOS hasn’t changed much since it launched in 2015. Right now, it still feels visually different from iOS. But that’s about to shift as Apple works to bring all its software into visual alignment. Gurman calls it the biggest OS redesign since iOS 7.

A lot of the upcoming changes are inspired by the sleek interface of visionOS, introduced last year with the Apple Vision Pro. Even so, Apple plans to fine-tune that UI as well to better fit this broader design push.

All these updates will be officially revealed in just two weeks. The WWDC 2025 keynote begins at 10 AM Pacific Time on June 9.

FAQs

Q1. What major updates will Apple announce at WWDC 2025?

Answer. Apple is set to unveil a big visual overhaul across iOS 19, watchOS, tvOS, macOS 16, and visionOS, bringing a more unified and modern design.

Q2. What design changes can we expect in iOS 19 and other Apple OS updates?

Answer. The redesign will include transparency, glass-like effects, updated icons, and improved navigation, creating a consistent look across Apple devices.

Q3. Why is this considered Apple’s biggest OS redesign since iOS 7?

Answer. Gurman notes that Apple TV’s tvOS hasn’t changed much since 2015, and this update will bring it in line with other platforms, inspired by visionOS.

Apple’s Smart Home Hub with 7-Inch Display Could Launch by Year-End, Says Gurman

0

Highlights

  • Apple HomePod-style smart home hub with a 7-inch display could launch by the end of this year.
  • The device will reportedly include a built-in camera, rechargeable battery, a new homeOS operating system, FaceTime support, deep integration with Siri & HomeKit and full Apple Intelligence compatibility.
  • Apple is also developing another smart home device featuring a robotic arm and an advanced AI personality.

image

It has been reported multiple times in the last few months that Apple is working on a new smart home device for a while now. This all-new HomePod-style device is designed to be a central hub for smart homes and will feature a square 7-inch display, Apple Intelligence support and deep integration with Siri and HomeKit. In any case, a new report from one of the trusted Apple sources now confirms the expected launch timeline.

Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman in his recent newsletter, reports that we could see it hit the market before the year wraps up. This device might finally launch “by the end of this year” is what Gurman wrote to be precise.

The device was originally supposed to launch in the spring, but delays mainly around Apple’s AI efforts have pushed the timeline back.

Apple’s Smart Home Hub – Why Delay?

The delays reportedly stem from Apple’s earlier AI struggles. The new device was supposed to rely on improved Siri capabilities and App Intents, expected to be ready with iOS 18.4. But technical setbacks pushed things out. Apple has since confirmed that the new Siri features with Apple Intelligence will roll out “in the coming year.”

To help refine the product, Apple even launched an internal testing program earlier this year, allowing select employees to use the device at home.

Some earlier reports had suggested this smart hub might not arrive until 2026. So, if Apple manages to release it by the end of this year, it would be a big shift from those earlier expectations.

Apple’s Smart Home Hub – What to Expect?

Here’s a quick look at what’s rumoured so far –

  • A 7-inch square display with thick bezels
  • A camera positioned at the top
  • A built-in rechargeable battery
  • A new operating system called homeOS
  • FaceTime and other video-focused features
  • Support for a range of Apple apps
  • A dashboard similar to StandBy
  • Easy smart home control features
  • Full support for Apple Intelligence

Another Smart Home Product in the Works

According to Gurman, Apple is also working on a second smart home device, a more advanced display with a robotic arm and a “unique AI personality.” This one is said to be a “major priority at Apple” but is expected to launch a “year or two later.”

To meet that timeline, Apple has apparently “pulled some bolder features” from the robotic version. Gurman says these may return in future hardware upgrades, though no further details are available for now.

FAQs

Q1. When will Apple’s Smart Home Hub launch?

Answer. Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman reports that we could see it hit the market “by the end of this year.” Initially, it was supposed to launch in spring 2025, but AI-related setbacks delayed the release.

Q2. What features can we expect in Apple’s Smart Home Hub?

Answer. The device is rumoured to have a 7-inch square display, a built-in camera, rechargeable battery, a new homeOS operating system, FaceTime support, deep integration with Siri & HomeKit, and full Apple Intelligence compatibility.

Q3. Is Apple working on another smart home device?

Answer. Yes, Apple is also developing a more advanced display with a robotic arm and an AI personality, described as a “major priority.” It is expected to launch a year or two after the smart hub’s release.

Samsung Galaxy Buds Core Leak Reveals Bigger Battery and Possible Redesign

0

Highlights

  • The Samsung Galaxy Buds Core is rumoured to feature a 100mAh battery in each earbud and a 500mAh charging case.
  • Speculation suggests a stem-style design similar to the upcoming Buds 3 lineup along with improvements to ANC and Ambient Mode.
  • The Buds Core has appeared on Samsung’s support pages and received certifications, indicating a global release at the Galaxy Unpacked event in July 2025.

Samsung seems ready to refresh its budget TWS lineup with the new Galaxy Buds Core. As per reports, this will most likely replace the Galaxy Buds FE that launched in 2023 for around $100. Leaked info hints at a major upgrade, especially in battery capacity. Here’s what we know.

Samsung Galaxy Buds Core – Big Battery Upgrade (Leak)

According to a leak from @TheGalox_ on X (formerly Twitter), each Buds Core earbud will pack a 100mAh battery, while the charging case will come with a 500mAh battery.

If true, that will be a 66% jump in earbud battery capacity compared to the Buds FE’s 60mAh, and a slight increase over the 479mAh case on the FE.

This could mean significantly longer battery life. The Buds FE already offers 6 hours of playback with ANC on and 21 hours with the case. With bigger batteries and possibly a newer chipset, the Buds Core might even beat that and could get close to what the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro offers with its 515mAh case and 48mAh buds.

Samsung Galaxy Buds Core – Rumours

There’s also talk that the Buds Core might feature a stem-style design similar to the upcoming Buds 3 lineup. Along with this, you can expect upgrades like better Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) and improved Ambient Mode.

The Galaxy Buds Core (model SM-R410) has already appeared on Samsung’s support pages and received certifications like BIS and Nemko, pointing to an upcoming launch, possibly at the Galaxy Unpacked event in July 2025.

With BIS certification confirming an India launch, a global release also seems likely. If the leaked battery specs and design updates are accurate, the Galaxy Buds Core might shape up to be a strong budget option for Galaxy users. More leaks and official images are expected soon as the launch approaches.

FAQs

Q1. What battery capacity does the Samsung Galaxy Buds Core offer?

Answer. Each Buds Core earbud reportedly features a 100mAh battery, while the charging case comes with a 500mAh battery, marking a significant upgrade over the Buds FE.

Q2. Will the Galaxy Buds Core have a new design?

Answer. Leaks suggest the Buds Core may adopt a stem-style design similar to the upcoming Buds 3 lineup, along with improvements to Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) and Ambient Mode.

Q3. When is the expected launch of the Samsung Galaxy Buds Core?

Answer. The Galaxy Buds Core has appeared on Samsung’s support pages and received certifications, indicating a potential launch at the Galaxy Unpacked event in July 2025.

The iPhone 17 Air is rumoured to be Apple’s thinnest iPhone ever with a slim 5.5mm profile. It’ll likely feature a 6.6-inch display, making it slightly larger than the iPhone 17’s 6.3-inch screen but smaller than the Pro Max’s 6.9-inch display.

As for the Pro and Pro Max models, Apple could be changing things up with a new horizontal camera bar on the back and a mix of aluminium and glass for the design.

Standard iPhone 17 and 17 Air models might come in familiar shades like Ultramarine, Teal, Black, Pink, and White. The Pro models could arrive in more premium tones such as Black, Silver, White and a possible new Sky Blue option.

iPhone 17 Series – Key Specifications

All four iPhone 17 models are expected to feature OLED displays with higher brightness. Apple might finally bring 120Hz ProMotion to all models, not just the Pro versions.

The iPhone 17 and 17 Air are tipped to run on the A19 chip, while the Pro and Pro Max could be powered by the A19 Pro.

RAM is expected to start at 8GB and go up to 12GB on the higher-end models.

The entire lineup may come with a 24MP front camera. On the back, the iPhone 17 Air will likely have a single 48MP sensor, while the standard iPhone 17 could feature a dual setup (48MP + 12MP). The Pro and Pro Max are expected to include three 48MP cameras, including a Tetraprism telephoto lens with 3.5x optical zoom, 7x lossless zoom and advanced video options like 8K recording and dual-video capture.

We have some unusual leaks coming in for the Google Pixel 10. It can be, in fact, very well termed to be one of the most unexpected Pixel leaks yet. A commercial shoot for the upcoming Pixel 10 has surfaced online, right in the middle of production.

The leak comes from user @MarksGonePublic on X (formerly Twitter), who spotted a “full-on commercial shoot for the Google Pixel 10” happening in Vancouver. The post read, “Just out for a walk…stumbled onto a full-on commercial shoot for the Google Pixel 10. They had a macro probe lens, a Panavision rig, and 20+ crew members…to film someone holding a phone. If the Pixel camera’s so good, why not just use it?”

Other than the post specifying what the shoot for for, the big giveaway was the storyboards on-site clearly labelled “Pixel 10,” matching Google’s usual ad style and visuals.

The new tagline for the Pixel 10 series appears to be “Ask more of your phone.”

In the storyboard, we see “Google” and “Pixel 10” next to what seems to be a Pixel 10 Pro or possibly the 10 Pro XL based on the layout. The two circles beside the camera module hint at the flash and thermometer sensor, similar to past models.

The boards also show the power button, volume controls and full back design of the phone. At first glance, the design doesn’t look much different from the Pixel 9 Pro.

The leaked shoot includes two ad scenes, both focused on the camera. One seems to highlight general photography features, while the other might showcase a feature called Add Me.

There are also two actual shots of the Pixel 10 Pro in what looks like a black or Obsidian finish. Even from a distance, it looks nearly identical to its predecessor.
