Apple iPhone Duo battery has been splitted in a dual-battery system, housing a 4,883mAh total lithium-ion capacity. Apple splits the total capacity across two separate physical battery cells to accommodate the book-style foldable form factor.

Under the standardized EU energy label testing, Apple iPhone Duo rated at 51 hours and 30 minutes of battery endurance per cycle. The battery architecture is also rated to retain its core performance for at least 1,000 full charge cycles under default factory settings.
