Oppo Find X10 series is expected to launch later this year with several models in the lineup. The series is tipped to include the standard Oppo Find X10, Find X10s Pro, Find X10 Pro, Find X10 Pro Max and Find X10 Ultra smartphones. As of now, we know that official launch and confirmed details are still a few months away from hitting public domain. Anyhow, a new leak has now revealed important display related details about the upcoming flagship series.
Famous tipster Digital Chat Station on Weibo recently shared new information regarding the possible display sizes of the Oppo Find X10 series smartphones.
According to the leak, Oppo is currently testing four different display variants for the lineup. These reportedly include a 6.32-inch 1.5K LTPS display, a 6.59-inch 1.5K LTPO panel, a 6.78-inch 1.5K LTPO display, and a larger 6.89-inch 2K LTPO screen.
The tipster did not specifically mention the names of the smartphones linked to these panels. However, earlier leaks and user discussions suggest that the displays may belong to the Oppo Find X10s Pro, Oppo Find X10, Oppo Find X10 Pro, and Oppo Find X10 Pro Max models.
In another post, the tipster also shared what appears to be a representative image of a larger model featuring a display measuring close to 6.9 inches. Although the source did not directly confirm it, the panel is believed to be the same 6.89-inch display mentioned in the previous leak.
The display is described as a flat panel with 2K resolution and uniform narrow bezels on all four sides.
Based on the latest information, the Oppo Find X10 Pro Max is expected to feature the large 6.89-inch 2K display. The upcoming Oppo Find X10 Ultra is also tipped to arrive with the same screen size as the Pro Max variant.
For comparison, the current-generation Oppo Find X9 features a 6.59-inch display, while the Oppo Find X9 Pro comes with a 6.78-inch panel. The Oppo Find X9s Pro offers a compact 6.32-inch screen, whereas the Oppo Find X9 Ultra sports a 6.82-inch display.
The tipster further claims that all devices in the upcoming Oppo Find X10 lineup could feature large rounded corners along with LIPO display technology and narrow bezels.
Previous leaks have suggested that the Oppo Find X10 series may launch in October this year. The smartphones are also tipped to be powered by MediaTek’s upcoming Dimensity 9600 chipset.
The series is also expected to support the BT.2020 wide colour gamut standard for improved colour reproduction. Moreover, the standard Oppo Find X10 is rumoured to feature a massive 8,000mAh battery and a dual 200-megapixel rear camera setup.
More details regarding the Oppo Find X10 series are expected to surface online as the anticipated launch timeline gets closer.
