Motorola has started teasing the arrival of a new smartphone in India. The company has not revealed the name of the upcoming device yet, but the teaser could be hinting at the Motorola Edge 70 Neo, which was previously confirmed to launch in the Indian market in the coming months.

The new teaser shared by Motorola India on X uses a disco-ball theme and includes the phrases “A little disco, a little mystery” and “Something’s about to set the mood.” The video also briefly shows the incomplete phrase ‘it’s the time to.”

Motorola has not mentioned the name of the device anywhere in the teaser.
However, the upcoming smartphone could be the Edge 70 Neo, given that the company had already announced that the model would make its way to India in the coming months when it unveiled the Motorola Edge 70 Plus.
What We Know About the Motorola Edge 70 Neo So Far?
The Motorola Edge 70 Neo was recently spotted on the Geekbench database, giving us some early details about its possible hardware. The listing suggested that the smartphone could use the Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 chipset, which is also offered with the Motorola Edge 70 Plus. The device was also listed with around 6GB of RAM and Android 16.
Meanwhile, camera details remain unclear at the moment. Some rumours claim that the Edge 70 Neo could feature a 50MP primary camera rather than the 200MP main camera found on the Edge 70 Plus. But there has been no confirmation from the brand or any trusted source.
As of now, Motorola has not confirmed that the teased device is the Edge 70 Neo. As a result, the identity of the new Motorola device remains unconfirmed.
