Google has officially unveiled the Pixel 10 series, alongside the Pixel Watch 4 and Pixel Buds 2a, at the Made by Google 2025 event. The launch highlighted Google’s latest innovations in AI, design, and performance across devices. Here’s a quick roundup of everything.
Pixel 10

The standard Pixel 10 now features a triple camera system, including a 10.8 MP 5x telephoto camera with 20x Super Res Zoom, a 48 MP wide lens with better stabilisation (replacing last year’s 50 MP sensor), and a 13 MP ultrawide camera (down from 48 MP).
Video recording defaults to 10-bit HDR, ensuring more vivid results. On the front, the device has a 6.3-inch Actua Display capable of reaching 3,000 nits of peak brightness, making it brighter than its predecessor.
The Pixel 10 also gets improved audio, with an upgraded top speaker that delivers deeper bass and clearer output. Battery life has been extended to 30+ hours, thanks to a 4,970 mAh cell, and charging now supports the new Qi2 standard with 15W magnets.
The device runs on the Tensor G5 with 12 GB RAM and supports Wi-Fi 6E (a downgrade from Wi-Fi 7) and Bluetooth 6. Available in Obsidian, Frost, Lemongrass, and Indigo, the Pixel 10 is priced at $799 for the 128 GB model and $899 for 256 GB.
Pixel 10 Pro and Pixel 10 Pro XL

The Pixel 10 Pro and Pixel 10 Pro XL refine the flagship experience with larger batteries and improved displays. The Pro comes with a 4,870 mAh battery and 15W Qi2 charging, while the Pro XL features a 5,200 mAh battery with faster 25W Qi2.2 support.
Both models deliver over 30 hours of runtime. The Super Actua Display now reaches 3,300 nits peak brightness, and the Pro XL houses Google’s loudest speaker yet with noticeably stronger bass.
On the camera side, both phones feature a 50 MP wide lens with improved optical stabilisation for smoother video, while Video Boost enables 8K recording, Night Sight Video, and Super Res Zoom Video. The upgraded 5x telephoto camera pushes zoom to 100x Pro Res Zoom, and the new 50 MP High-Res Portrait Mode brings professional-quality portraits.
Powered by Tensor G5 with 16 GB RAM, these models also support Bluetooth 6 and Thread for smart home integration. The Pixel 10 Pro starts at $999 (128 GB), available in Obsidian, Porcelain, Moonstone, and Jade, while the Pixel 10 Pro XL starts at $1,199 (256 GB).
Pixel 10 Pro Fold

The Pixel 10 Pro Fold introduces a more durable design with a new gear-less hinge rated for 10+ years of folding and improved drop resistance thanks to ultra-thin glass with dual anti-impact layers.
The foldable’s 8-inch Super Actua Flex Display reaches 3,000 nits peak brightness, while the 6.4-inch outer Actua Display sports slimmer bezels. For the first time, a Pixel foldable comes with IP68 dust and water resistance.
Its camera setup includes a 48 MP wide lens, a 10.5 MP ultrawide, and a 10.8 MP telephoto, enhanced by a new Instant View mode that splits the camera interface into a compact viewfinder and a larger preview.
Like the Pro models, it runs on Tensor G5 with 16 GB RAM and offers storage options up to 1 TB, while also supporting Qi2 charging. The Pixel 10 Pro Fold is priced at $1,799 (256 GB) and comes in Moonstone and Jade.
Pixelsnap Charging and Accessories

Google also introduced Pixelsnap, its branding for Qi2 charging with magnetic alignment. The Pixelsnap Charger costs $39.99 and delivers up to 25W on the Pixel 10 Pro XL and 15W on other supported devices, while also being compatible with MagSafe accessories. All first-party Pixel cases support Pixelsnap, with prices set at $49.99 for Pixel 10 and 10 Pro cases and $69.99 for Fold cases.

Other accessories include the Pixelsnap Charger with Stand ($69.99), which works in portrait and landscape, even with the Fold, and the Pixelsnap Ring Stand ($29.99), a slim attachment with a microfiber liner that doubles as a phone prop.
Google also unveiled the Pixel Flex Dual Port 67W USB-C Charger ($59.99), which prioritises Pixel charging while powering a second device simultaneously.
Tensor G5

Powering the new Pixel lineup is the Tensor G5, built on TSMC’s cutting-edge 3 nm process. The new CPU is 34% faster, while the TPU is up to 60% more powerful, allowing the series to handle 20 on-device generative AI features at launch. Google has also enhanced the ISP for better photos and videos, making imaging performance one of the strongest upgrades this year.
New AI Features and Pixel Apps
This generation brings a suite of new AI-powered experiences. Magic Cue now provides contextual proactive suggestions, while the Phone by Google app gains features like Voice Translate and Take a Message.
Gemini Live introduces visual overlays in the viewfinder that highlight objects during video sharing, along with a native audio model that adapts responses to your tone, whether excited or concerned.

Photography gets smarter with Camera Coach, which suggests angles, lighting, and modes in real time. The Pixel camera also adds Auto Best Take, expanded Add Me support for larger group scenes, and 100x Pro Res Zoom on supported models.
Beyond photography, the new Pixel Journal app helps users log life events with AI-powered writing suggestions, while Pixel Recorder can now generate music and integrates directly with NotebookLM. Screenshots gain NotebookLM support as well, and the Pixel Studio app is now tied to the screenshot preview and markup tool.
For everyday use, Gboard introduces Writing Tools and Smart Edit, while Fitbit Coach has been redesigned with Material 3 Expressive, offering personalised health and fitness plans powered by Gemini.
