A new Indian social media platform called Khul Ke has officially been announced.
The app aims to provide a platform for open expression in India and foster community-building activities.
It allows users to access audiovisual content and engage in conversations with like-minded individuals.
During its test phase, the app recorded a month-on-month growth of 10-15 percent.
Khul Ke will feature content from India’s Padma recipients, offering them a platform to discuss important topics.
The app aims to highlight the achievements and contributions of these awardees, giving users insight into their significant contributions to society.
The app offers a range of features including support for short and long video formats, microblogging, and private messaging with voice or video chat options.
It also introduces MeetUp, an online meeting service.

Khul Ke also offers features like RoundTable, designed for moderated conversations and live podcasting, TownHall for microblogging, Snip-It for short video timelines, and Bol Khul Ke for capturing immediate reactions on trending topics.
The platform is also hosting discussions on a variety of topics including Science, Politics, and Sports with contributions from notable figures in respective fields.
