The iQOO Neo 11 Ultra is nearing its official debut and details about the upcoming flagship have started emerging ahead of the launch. iQOO has confirmed that it will showcase the Neo 11 Ultra on August 10 but leaked real-life images and a Geekbench listing have already revealed several details about the phone.
The latest leaks also suggest that iQOO could introduce another Z-series smartphone, the iQOO Z11S, alongside the Neo 11 Ultra in China. Both phones are expected to focus heavily on battery capacity, with the Z11S reportedly featuring a massive 10,000mAh battery.
iQOO Neo 11 Ultra Design Revealed in Real-Life Images

Tipster Experience More on Weibo has shared real-life images of the iQOO Neo 11 Ultra, offering the first look at the upcoming smartphone. The images show the phone in Wind Chaser and Light White colour options.
The Neo 11 Ultra can be seen featuring a new horizontal camera module on the rear, accompanied by an LED flash. The overall camera module design appears similar to that of the iQOO Neo 11, although the camera arrangement on the Neo 11 was vertically oriented.
One of the leaked images also shows the model number V2573A on a label. This is the same model that was previously spotted on China’s 3C certification with a 100W charger. The smartphone is expected to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset.
The iQOO Neo 11 Ultra is expected to be available in four configurations such as 12GB RAM with 256GB storage, 12GB RAM with 512GB storage, 16GB RAM with 256GB storage and 16GB RAM with 512GB storage.
While the leaked images do not show the front of the phone, previous reports suggest that it will feature a 6.83-inch flat OLED display with a 2K resolution and an ultrasonic in-screen fingerprint sensor. The phone is expected to run Android 16 with OriginOS 6 on top.

iQOO Neo 11 Ultra Geekbench Details Revealed
The iQOO Neo 11 Ultra has also appeared on Geekbench 6 with the V2573A model number. The benchmark listing provides details about the processor and confirms that the phone will come with 16GB of RAM and Android 16.

The listed CPU configuration includes one prime core clocked at 4.21GHz (C1-Ultra), three performance cores running at 3.50GHz and four efficiency cores clocked at 2.70GHz. These specifications point towards the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset, although the version used on the Neo 11 Ultra appears to have been modified.
The regular Dimensity 9500 comes with a Mali-G1 Ultra MC12 GPU, whereas the iQOO Neo 11 Ultra is listed with a Mali-G1 Ultra MC11 GPU. This means the phone has one fewer GPU core. As a result, graphics performance could be slightly lower than that of a standard Dimensity 9500-powered device, although the difference may not be noticeable during everyday use.

iQOO Neo 11 Ultra Specifications and Battery
The Neo 11 Ultra is confirmed to feature a 6.83-inch flat display with a 2K resolution. The phone will also feature an ultrasonic in-screen fingerprint sensor. iQOO has officially confirmed a 9,100mAh battery, making it the first phone in the Neo series to feature such a large battery.

The phone is expected to support 100W wired charging, while wireless charging may not be available. Earlier reports had pointed to a battery capacity of around 9,000mAh. The smartphone is also expected to feature a metal middle frame and an IP68/69 rating for dust and water resistance.
Camera details have not yet been officially revealed. However, reports suggest that the Neo 11 Ultra could feature a 50-megapixel + 8-megapixel dual rear camera setup, with OIS support for the 50-megapixel main camera. A 16-megapixel camera is expected on the front.
iQOO Z11S Could Launch Alongside Neo 11 Ultra

Alongside the Neo 11 Ultra, iQOO could also introduce a new Z-series smartphone in China this month. According to tipster Experience More, the company is preparing to launch the iQOO Z11S, which could debut alongside the Neo 11 Ultra.
The Z11S will reportedly be the fifth smartphone in the series following the Z11 Turbo, Z11, Z11x and Z11i. The tipster has not revealed the phone’s complete specifications but has suggested that its launch could coincide with the Neo 11 Ultra.
Two Vivo phones carrying the model numbers V2753A and V2603A were recently spotted on Geekbench and Chinese certification platforms including 3C and MIIT. Reports have identified the V2573A as the upcoming iQOO Neo 11 Ultra, while it remains unclear whether the V2603A will eventually launch as the Z11S or as another device.
The V2603A has appeared on Geekbench with the MediaTek Dimensity 7500 chipset, 12GB of RAM and Android 16. Its 3C certification suggests that it could support 44W charging. Other specifications of the device remain unknown at this stage.
iQOO Z11S to Feature a 10,000mAh Battery

The iQOO Z11S is expected to follow a different approach from the Neo 11 Ultra, with its biggest highlight being a 10,000mAh battery. If launched as reported, it will be iQOO’s first smartphone to enter the 10,000mAh battery category.
iQOO has officially confirmed that the Z11S will feature a 144Hz display. The promotional material also highlights eye-care features. The phone will reportedly come with a 6.83-inch screen featuring full-brightness DC-like dimming and 2160Hz high-frequency PWM dimming. It will also have SGS certifications for low blue light and low flicker.
The Z11S will feature a vertically arranged dual-camera setup on the rear, housed inside a rectangular camera module. The flash will be positioned beside the camera module. Leaked images show the phone in White, Black and a pale Green colour option.
