The iQOO Neo 11S has once again surfaced in leaks ahead of its expected debut in China. While earlier reports suggested the smartphone could launch in July, a fresh update from reliable tipster Digital Chat Station claims that the device is now tentatively scheduled to be unveiled in August.
Alongside the revised launch timeline, the tipster has also shared details about the phone’s RAM and storage variants, colour options, display and other expected specifications.
iQOO Neo 11S RAM, Storage and Colour Options Tipped
According to the latest leak, the iQOO Neo 11S will be offered in four memory configurations. These will most likely be 12GB RAM + 256GB storage, 12GB RAM + 512GB storage, 16GB RAM + 256GB storage, and 16GB RAM + 512GB storage.
The smartphone is also expected to arrive in three colour options namely Light White, Shadow Black, and Wind Chaser. The tipster further claims that the handset could be priced at around 3,000 Yuan (approximately $445) in the Chinese market.
iQOO Neo 11S – Other Expected Specifications
As per the tipster, the iQOO Neo 11S will feature a flat OLED display with 2K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. Although the latest leak does not reveal the processor, previous reports suggest that the smartphone will be powered by an underclocked version of the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset.
The device is also expected to pack a battery of around 8,000mAh, a claim that Digital Chat Station had shared earlier. Other rumoured features include 100W fast charging, an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner, and an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance.
The leak does not mention the camera specifications. However, since the Neo 11S is expected to be a minor upgrade over the existing iQOO Neo 11, it may retain the same camera setup. If that happens, the smartphone could feature a 16-megapixel front camera, along with a dual rear camera system comprising a 50-megapixel primary sensor and an 8-megapixel ultra-wide camera.
More iQOO Smartphones Expected
Following the launch of the iQOO Neo 11S, the company is expected to turn its attention to its next-generation flagship lineup. Reports suggest that the iQOO 16 series could make its debut in September or early October and it may be accompanied by the iQOO Neo 12.
