  • Enter the police station complaint details such as the complaint number and more. Also, upload a copy of the complaint.

  • When prompted, enter your mobile number and click on the “Get OTP” button. You will receive an OTP (One-Time Password) on your mobile number.
  • Enter the OTP and verify to be directed to the next page.
  • On the next page, create an account as it is required for the further search of the IMEI of the missing mobile phone.
  • To locate your missing phone, click on the “IMEI Search” button. Enter the missing phone’s IMEI number and click on the “Search” button. The portal will display the current location of your device if it is switched on and connected to the internet.

To block your lost smartphone, click on the “Block Stolen/Lost Mobile” button. Enter your phone number and select the reason for blocking your phone. Click on the “Block” button after completing the form.

Once the above steps are completed, your phone will be blocked, and it will not be able to make or receive calls or messages.
