Galaxy S23 Ultra Major Specifications are Now Confirmed

If various rumours are to be believed, the Samsung Galaxy S23 flagship series is set for a February 2023 launch worldwide. While no official word from the brand about the launch has touched the surface yet, the device receiving its mandatory TENNA certification definitely confirmed some of the Galaxy S23 Ultra major specifications. Tech bloggers were quick to make a note to reveal the key features online. Let’s find out what now we surely know about the Galaxy S23 Ultra features.

Galaxy S23 Ultra Display and Processor

The TENNA certification documents of Galaxy S23 Ultra revealed that the smartphone will be sporting a 6.8-inch display with QHD+ and 3,088×1,440 pixels resolution, which is something that many tech enthusiasts have already speculated.

Apart from the display, other key features confirmed by the certification documents include an octa-core SoC with one of the fastest cores limited at 3.36GHz, another two-core cluster limited to 2.8GHz, and every other limited to 2GHz. The smartphone will have 4G LTE and 5G functionality for connectivity.

Galaxy S23 Ultra Camera

One of the key highlights of Galaxy S23 Ultra, as per the confirmed leaked specifications, has to be the camera. The device will feature a four rear cameras setup with a 200 megapixel primary, a 12 megapixel ultrawide, a 10 megapixel 3x telephoto, and a 10 megapixel telephoto with a 10x optical zoom lens.

A popular online tech tipster, the Galaxy S23 series, including Galaxy S23, S23 Plus, and S23 Ultra, all will be sporting an 8K video recording at 30 frames per second. Moreover, something that was not available in the previous Galaxy S22 series, this one will also have an option of 4K video recording at 120 frames per second. The feature that allows users to shoot 4K videos at 120fps is particularly useful for videographers who wish to slow down their video footage to 30 or 24fps.

Moreover, it is also revealed that buyers of Galaxy S23 Ultra might get an option to go for a customized variant sporting the latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip at some extra price. The smartphone will be available in three storage variants of various combinations such as 8GB/12GB RAM and 256GB/512GB/1TB storage.

In separate news, Samsung has just launched its latest entry-level smartphone Samsung Galaxy M04 in India at the price of Rs 8,499 for the 4GB + 64GB variant. Galaxy M04 is a simple smartphone with a 6.5-inch display with HD+ resolution, a 13 megapixel primary camera sensor, a big 5000mAh battery and more.
