Elon Musk seems to be having some trying times ever since taking over as the CEO of Twitter for a whopping $44 billion, as now he is facing accusations from Bill Gates, no less, of taking a seat-of-the-pants decision making style.

The Microsoft CEO has used a virtually unheard term, which is described as a management style where white men manage a firm but are inexperienced novices in doing so and simply take decisions for the sake of it to achieve their goals.

Microsoft CEO Accuses Twitter CEO of Making Seat-of-the-Pants Decision Making

It seems Elon Musk taking over as Twitter CEO has not gone down too well, whether it is the masses or classes, as many of them have criticized his dictatorial style of handling the social media platform like firing nearly 11,000 employees worldwide and threatening to do the same with the remaining ones if they don’t kowtow to his way of working.

Now it is Bill Gates, Microsoft CEO, that has raised his voice against Musk’s seat-of-the-pants decision making style, which is a term used for white men that are handling a management firm but have little to no experience in doing so and therefore take decisions in a management style in an immature way just so as to achieve their goals.

Mr. Gates opines that Musk is not taking decisions that are based on a set of measures, which is how the owner of a multimillion dollar company should do so, and instead, is following a seat-of-the-pants way of taking decisions.

Gates has further said that this is destroying digital polarization and will prove dangerous to Twitter and its employees, which many people now claim has gone to the dogs ever since Elon Musk took over as its CEO back in October 2022 for $44 billion where one of the first things he did was deactivating Amber Heard’s account.

While Heard is actor Johnny Depp’s ex-wife, not many people are aware that she was Musk’s ex-girlfriend as well and this decision of banning her account was ridiculed by many users, while many advertisers have left Twitter and some of them have paused their activity citing concerns about his content moderation strategy, while his firing of half of Twitter’s staff has already been mentioned.
