OpenAI has rolled out a major update for ChatGPT on WhatsApp allowing users to interact with the AI not just through text but also using images and voice notes. This makes the chatbot much more versatile and user-friendly. Here’s what we know about the feature so far.

Meanwhile, OpenAI has also introduced a new ‘Deep Research’ mode in ChatGPT designed for multi-step web research on complex topics. This is OpenAI’s second AI agent following the launch of Operator AI, which assists with browser-related tasks.
