Nothing is stepping into flagship territory with the upcoming Nothing Phone (3) and CEO Carl Pei has now revealed some interesting cues about the upcoming phones including its price. In a recently released device showcase video on the Android’s official YouTube Channel, we see Pei giving an introduction to the flagship. Here’s what we know based on the recent official word.
Nothing Phone (3) – Official Device Showcase
In the video, Pei revealed the expected price to be around £800, which comes to roughly $1,063 or ₹90,500. That’s a big jump from the Phone (2), which launched at ₹44,999 in India.
This time, Nothing is aiming straight for the premium segment. Carl teased “premium materials,” which could mean a titanium frame or high-end glass alongside “major performance upgrades.”
Rumours suggest it could run on either the Snapdragon 8 Elite or a top-tier MediaTek Dimensity chip like the Dimensity 9400 or 9400+.
Nothing Phone (3) – Rumours
There’s also talk of a customisable Action Button like Apple’s and a 6.5-inch AMOLED display. A Pro version might offer a larger 6.7-inch screen. On the software side, the Phone (3) is expected to run Nothing OS 3.0, based on Android 15 with deep AI integration. This could lead to a more personalised UI experience, possibly including a completely revamped home screen.
The Phone (3) will follow the launch of the mid-range Phone (3a) and (3a) Pro, which came out in March 2025. Now, with a clear focus on flagship features, high-end performance, and a significant price increase, the big question is whether the premium materials and AI-driven features can justify the higher cost.
The Phone (3) is set to launch sometime between July and September 2025, following the brand’s usual summer release cycle seen with the Phone (1) and Phone (2).
