Bharti Airtel is one of the biggest telecom companies in India that is spreading 5G services throughout the country, while Airtel 5G Plus has also been rolled out in Shimla, which will be a news welcomed by residents.
The telecom giant has proclaimed that it has crossed one million unique 5G user mark on its network because it is rolling out 5G services in a slow and phased manner, along with Reliance Jio.

5G services were launched in India after a long wait on October 28, 2022 at the Indian Mobile Congress (IMC) by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, an occasion which was attended by many dignitaries, including Defence Minister Rajnath Singh.
5G services are being launched throughout the country in a phase manner as the task has been undertaken by Bharti Airtel and Reliance Jio, two of the biggest telecom brands in India.
It began with 8 metropolitan cities, including Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Ahmedabad, among others, where both telecom giants have high hopes that every Indian resident will get to use 5G services one day.
Bharti Airtel has now made 5G Plus services available in Shimla as well, where currently it is operational at Mall Road, Sanjoli Helipad Area, Dhalli, Bhattakufar, Ridge, and a handful of other locations.
The company is constructing its network and rollout 5G services in a phased manner so that it will be available to all customers very soon, while it guaranteed fast speed and access to numerous features like High Definition video streaming, multiple chatting, streaming, instant photo upload, etc.
Most of these features will be extremely useful in different sectors like agriculture, education, healthcare, foreign policy, logistics, mobility, etc. where people find their jobs a lot easier due to 5G network.
