It suggests that the company is preparing to introduce more than just smartphones with the new Reno series.

Oppo Reno 16 Series India Launch Teased

The teaser image spotted across Oppo’s India website hints at the launch of the Reno 16 smartphone family in India. The promotional material also showcases what appears to be the new OPPO Bubble accessory and the upcoming Enco Air 5 true wireless earbuds.

The OPPO Bubble is an unusual accessory designed to enhance mobile photography. It features a circular magnetic AMOLED display that can be attached to the rear of a compatible smartphone. Acting as a secondary screen, it allows users to use the phone’s rear cameras for selfies while previewing the shot directly on the accessory.

Meanwhile, the Oppo Enco Air 5 earbuds are expected to be positioned below the existing Enco Air 5 Pro in the company’s audio lineup. For reference, the Enco Air 5 Pro currently retails at Rs 4,999 in India.

Alongside the Reno 16 series, Oppo is preparing to launch the OPPO Bubble accessory. Tipster Alvin has also shared a few hands-on videos of the device giving a closer look. The device functions as a magnetic photography companion that attaches to the back of a smartphone using a dedicated magnetic case.

The accessory serves as both a secondary display and a remote control for the camera. Users can place their phone at a distance and use the Bubble to frame shots, switch between camera zoom levels, and capture photos or videos remotely.

This could be especially useful for group photos as users can take advantage of the smartphone’s rear cameras without needing someone else to operate the device. The accessory supports multiple zoom options including 0.6x, 1x, 2x, and 3.5x and connects to compatible phones such as the Reno 16 Pro via Bluetooth.

While Oppo India has not yet announced a launch date for the Reno 16 lineup, the appearance of teasers across official channels indicates that an Indian launch announcement may not be far away.
