The Y300 Series predecessor, the Vivo Y200 was a popular mid-range smartphone featuring a Snapdragon 4 Gen 1 processor, 8GB of RAM, and 128GB of internal storage.

It also boasted a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with an in-display fingerprint scanner and a 16MP selfie camera.
