Vivo has launched the Vivo X300 FE in Russia. The smartphone is essentially a rebranded version of the Vivo S50 Pro Mini that debuted in China last year. The launch follows the global unveiling of the Vivo X300 and Vivo X300 Pro in December 2025. Here are more details.
The company has not officially listed the price of the Vivo X300 FE on its Russian website.
However, the device is currently available through retailers such as Ozon. According to a GSMArena report, the base model with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage is priced at RUB 60,124 (roughly Rs. 71,000), while the 512GB storage variant costs RUB 64,405 (around Rs. 76,000).
The handset is offered in three colour options, which are Cool Lilac, Graphite Black, and Moonlight White.

Similar to the Vivo S50 Pro Mini, the newly launched Vivo X300 FE runs OriginOS 6 based on Android 16. The smartphone features a 6.31-inch LTPO AMOLED display with a Full-HD+ resolution of 1,216×2,640 pixels. The screen supports a variable refresh rate ranging from 1Hz to 120Hz and delivers a peak brightness of 5,000 nits, along with a pixel density of 460ppi.
Under the hood, the device is powered by a 3nm octa-core Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 processor paired with 12GB of LPDDR5x Ultra RAM. The phone also comes with IP68 and IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance.
For photography, the Vivo X300 FE features a triple rear camera setup. This includes a 50-megapixel primary camera with an f/1.57 aperture, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide camera with an f/2.2 aperture, and a 50-megapixel telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom and an f/2.65 aperture. On the front, the smartphone houses a 50-megapixel camera with an f/2.0 aperture for selfies and video calls.
Connectivity features on the handset include 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 6.0, NFC, GPS, A-GPS, NavIC, GLONASS, QZSS, and BeiDou. The phone is equipped with multiple sensors including an accelerometer, proximity sensor, ambient light sensor, e-compass, hall sensor, and gyroscope. It also includes an IR transmitter.
For security, the Vivo X300 FE offers an in-display ultrasonic fingerprint sensor. The device packs a 6,500mAh battery with support for Vivo’s 90W FlashCharge adapter. It also supports 40W wireless charging.
In terms of dimensions, the Cool Lilac and Graphite Black variants measure 150.83×71.76×7.99mm and weigh 191g. Meanwhile, the Moonlight White version is slightly thicker at 8.1mm and weighs 190g.
