Benchmarking platform AnTuTu has released its latest list of the top-performing flagship smartphones for February 2026. This list highlights devices with the highest average benchmark scores recorded during the month. Interestingly, the latest rankings show a new device at the top with the one that has been reigning for months dropping to the second spot.
Taking the lead this time is the iQOO 15 Ultra, which secured the number one position with a noticeable lead in average performance score compared to its closest rival. Meanwhile, the RedMagic 11 Pro+ had been dominating previous rankings by holding the top position for several months, now dropping to the second position.

This time, iQOO 15 Ultra features at the top with an average score of 4,208,894. It features the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, which has its own story dominance going on.
It is important to note that these rankings are based on synthetic benchmark scores and positions can change frequently from month to month. Various factors such as software optimisation, system updates, and device testing conditions can influence benchmark results, meaning the leaderboard may shift regularly.

The rankings show that Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset dominates the flagship segment, with most devices in the top 10 powered by the processor. Only the Vivo X300 Pro breaks that pattern, featuring the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset and still managing to secure a spot among the top three devices for the month.
