The upcoming Vivo X200 FE has surfaced on Geekbench, giving us an early look at its core specs. Vivo is expected to launch the X200 FE and Vivo X Fold 5 globally in July with the Fold 5 set to debut first in China on June 25.
While the company has been teasing features of the Fold 5, it hasn’t officially confirmed the X200 FE yet. Still, leaks and reports suggest it’s a compact flagship, likely positioned as a rival to phones like the recently launched OnePlus 13s.

The X200 FE with model number V2503 has appeared on Geekbench and confirmed a few key specs. The benchmark shows the phone will run on the Dimensity 9300 Plus chipset, pack 12GB of RAM, and come with Android 15 out of the box.
While the Geekbench listing doesn’t directly name the chipset, the CPU and GPU configuration confirm it’s the Dimensity 9300+. In performance tests, the phone scored 2,067 points in single-core and 6,808 in multi-core on Geekbench 6.
According to recent leaks, the Vivo X200 FE could launch on July 10 globally with sales starting from July 17.
It’s expected to be priced at around Rs 54,999. The phone will likely be available in two variants –
