Samsung has officially expanded its Galaxy Tab S10 lineup with the launch of the Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 Lite. The new device comes equipped with a 10.9-inch display, Exynos 1380 processor, up to 8GB RAM, and a large 8,000mAh battery. Samsung is also bundling the S Pen stylus in the box, making it a more versatile option for students, professionals, and creators.
Commenting on the launch, Changtae Kim, EVP & Head of New Computing R&D Team, Mobile eXperience Business at Samsung Electronics, said, “The new Galaxy Tab S10 Lite is designed to bring practical, everyday functionality to more people around the world. We built it to be a reliable companion that empowers users to get more out of every moment, with useful features and a versatile design that fits naturally into how they jump between classes and playlists, stay productive during the day or turn downtime into creative time.”

The Galaxy Tab S10 Lite will be available globally starting September 5, 2025, in three colour choices. These would be Grey, Silver, and Coral Red. Samsung has yet to reveal India pricing, but the tablet will be positioned as one of the most budget-friendly models in the Galaxy Tab S10 family.
Internationally, buyers will get two configurations, which are 6GB RAM + 128GB storage and 8GB RAM + 256GB storage. For those who need more space, storage can be expanded up to 2TB via microSD card.
The tablet features a 10.9-inch TFT display with a resolution of 2112 x 1320 pixels. It supports Vision Booster technology for better visibility outdoors and delivers up to 600 nits of peak brightness. To reduce eye strain, Samsung has also secured TÜV Rheinland certification for low blue light emission.
Weighing 524 grams and measuring just 6.6mm thick, the Tab S10 Lite is designed to be slim and lightweight, ideal for portable use.
The tablet runs on the Exynos 1380 chipset paired with 6GB or 8GB of RAM, depending on the variant. It ships with One UI 7 based on Android 15 right out of the box. Samsung is also promising seven years of major OS updates and security patches, making it one of the longest-supported tablets in its class.
Powering the device is a robust 8,000mAh battery with 25W fast-charging support.
For imaging, the Galaxy Tab S10 Lite sports an 8MP rear camera and a 5MP front camera for selfies and video calls. While basic, these are on par with most tablets in this price range.
